There are many ways to choose where to travel next. For example, you can plan a trip based on your interests or preferences, or you can take inspiration from other travelers. Whatever method you decide to follow, here are some of the best places to visit.

1. Mt.Huangshan, China


Mt. Huangshan has been regarded as one of the four sacred mountains in Chinese culture. Its name is derived from Huáng Shān (literally “Yellow Mountain”). It lies in Anhui province, near the border between Jiangsu and Anhui provinces. The mountain was named after Huangdi, considered the first emperor of China. Today, Mt. Huangshan remains popular among locals and tourists alike as a major tourist attraction and recreational destination.

It covers an area of about 30 sq km (11.8 sq mi) and is roughly triangular-shaped; its highest point is at 2596 meters above sea level, making it the second tallest mountain peak in mainland China after Kunlun Shan, although its top is much narrower than that of Kunlun Shan, making it harder to scale.

Mt. Huangshans summit offers stunning panoramic views at various locations along the ascent. These include Mount Hengdao , the highest peak on the eastern side of the mountain at 2,631 m (8,737 ft); Wuyi Jie or Waterfall Street, where waterfalls are located at several spots along the route; and Xiaochengjie , where there are numerous Buddhist temples including the famous Temple 88 .

There are many trails throughout the mountain range. One of them is called the Three Gorges Trail which stretches for around 60km (35 miles), traversing three river gorges namely, the Qiantou River, the Minjiang River and the Zhejiang River. This trail is regarded as one of the most challenging hikes in China due to the rugged terrain and weather conditions. It should however not deter those who are determined to conquer this epic hike!

The mountain contains over 350 species of flora and fauna, including rare animals like the clouded leopard, golden snub-nosed monkey and giant panda. Over 1,500 species of birds have been identified here.

The mountain also serves as a cultural center for both locals and visitors. Many museums exist throughout the mountain, containing relics and artifacts left behind by past cultures. Among these are the Huangshan Prehistoric Cultural Relics Museum , the Huangshan Folk Customs Museum and the Huangshan Artifacts Exhibition Hall. Furthermore, there are many local schools on the mountain, providing education to children from ages 4–18.

2. Mount Fuji, Japan


Mount Fuji is the highest mountain in Japan (3776 meters/12388 feet) and it is well known for its beauty. It has a perfect symmetry. The summit can be seen from wherever you are, it is an impressive line against the blue sky. It also has three volcanic cones that form a perfect triangle. Mount Fuji is surrounded by spectacular scenery such as lovely lakes and forests.

Mount Fuji is an active stratovolcano located on Honshu Island in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan's oldest national park, which was made a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1996. Mount Fuji is not just the tallest mountain in Japan but also one of the most famous ones in the world.

Nearby tourist attractions include Lake Kawaguchiko and Yamanashi's old.

3. Bali, Indonesia


Bali is known for its beautiful beaches, clear waters, amazing diving, majestic volcanoes, great surfing, delicious food, and friendly people. This island nation has been called the paradise in Asia, but not many know that this tropical island offers something much more than what is mentioned above.

Bali is famous for its ancient Hindu temples and spiritual tourism. There are more than 500 temples scattered around the island, which makes this country a good destination to learn about Balinese culture and spirituality. You can find anything from candi (Hindu temple) to animal worshiping statue. If you want to visit some religious places, you should come here because there are many interesting places to explore.

The volcanic nature of Bali makes the island home to stunning waterfalls like those at Ketewel Waterfall. These falls provide water to locals and tourists alike. You can take a short boat ride through the lush jungle area to witness the beauty of these natural beauties.
Kuta Beach is a very well-known beach and is ideal for people who enjoy relaxing, swimming, snorkeling, and playing some volleyball. The white sand combined with turquoise blue waters make this beach look even better.
Lombok Island is located just 2 hours away from Bali. This small yet beautiful island is full of beautiful sceneries. They call it the little brother because this island is only 30 minutes longer than Bali. Most travelers who visit here usually go to Senggigi and Mataram since they offer nice beaches.
Java Island is the largest island of Indonesia and it is located off the coast of Sumatra. This island became famous after the invasion of Portuguese soldiers who conquered the whole island in 1500s. Today, Java is still a relatively large island that covers an area of 16,000 km2.
