7 Ways Mobile Technology Can Be Used To Improve Your Life

I am Muhammad Anjum — the writer, and the promoter. My words have touched millions over the past two decades through my diverse audience

Communication

For all intents and purposes, being able to communicate is a huge part of modern society. There are numerous means that can be beneficial for communication; there are messaging platforms (such as WhatsApp), voice messaging (such as WeChat), social networks (such as Facebook and Instagram), and even video calling applications such as Zoom. All of these platforms also support text messaging. They allow us to send messages on their platform using either SMS or MMS. It’s important to keep in mind that this does not mean that we need to go out of our homes if we don’t want to connect with family members, friends, coworkers, and other loved ones via messaging platforms; instead, it uses instant messaging channels. A professional telephone company like T-Mobile can provide you with an instant communications channel that can operate anywhere in the world. This allows us to stay connected and even in situations like natural disasters when everything is down. If you’re not comfortable with communicating via SMS then here are 7 effective alternatives (some of which you probably already use):

Text Messaging

Text messaging has grown tremendously over the last couple of years but is still one of the most common methods of communication between two persons. With text messaging we can let other people know that we’ve received an email on their mobile device, or vice versa. Although messaging apps like Whatsapp are more widely popular than the Facebook messenger, both platforms serve similar functions. Both platforms support email, making texts one of the biggest innovations of recent years. By sending a message to another person from your mobile device, they receive a response within seconds and sometimes minutes, depending on who you are using it with. For instance, someone could simply use the thumbs up or the thumbs down emoticons on the keyboard and give the recipient a thumbs-up signal as an indication to confirm that they are not interested. You may wish to consider adding images to your messages to show more context. Of course, if you do use images and gifs, it’s recommended that you use captions, too. You should also make sure you are using a secure messaging service so you aren’t vulnerable to hacking attacks.

Instant Messaging

Instant messaging platforms allow you to share photos from your phone with others via a computer screen or web page. Most mainstream messaging service providers enable users to create short videos in no time at all or in seconds. While Facebook Messenger and Telegram, which is owned by Tencent, provide us with similar capabilities, they also offer additional features like GIF and audio sharing. Using Snapchat, the user can send their picture, upload a photo from their gallery or share a short clip to anyone else as well as access stickers, emojis, and other emoticons. Users also use hashtags and emojis to add to photographs. People can find this helpful as they can quickly search for images related to specific topics, whether text messages or visuals for example.

Social Networking

Social networking services provide users all across the world with platforms that allow them to communicate and interact with each other in new and exciting ways. In fact, today’s generations of teens and adults prefer interacting with other humans via social media rather than just texting each other on rare occasions. What makes social networking more impressive are its speed and ease! As simple as it sounds, many social networking sites require no downloads. However, it’s not always as easy as it seems. There are countless different social platforms out there, most of which can be confusing or downright annoying to use. Before going onto any social media site, it would be prudent to understand some basic social networks.

FOMO – FOMO stands for Fear of Missing Out on something. Social networking sites and websites such as Twitter, Instagram, Tinder, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc all attempt to connect with users, and encourage them to spend most of their waking hours on these platforms. Although they do encourage active use of their respective social media accounts, the fact remains that many users end up neglecting their personal networks and start relying on social media to remain motivated. Whether it’s looking to escape work for once, getting into a romantic relationship, finding new jobs, etc. it’s very easy to become overly reliant on social media and neglect the real world. And if you can avoid having too much fun on social networking sites, then why not? Let’s face it, social network usage is only accelerating and growing every single day. Today’s generation of younger generations are increasingly aware of this and tend to avoid using social media in favor of “real life”. According to Statista, 90% of teenagers use social media and messaging applications, in less than 3 years' time, and by 2020 75% of millennials are expected to use social media. Statistics show that people who use online dating apps like Grindr and Tinder are higher than those who use traditional dating sites. Overall, statistics are showing that today’s young adults will turn to social media to stay engaged with their peers.

Businesses

Businesses worldwide use various types of mobile applications to deliver information. One of the main business applications that we’ll be discussing includes productivity software. Smartphones and other mobile devices support enterprise management systems, CRM platforms, customer engagement solutions, and point & click sales applications. Enterprise software is an application that lets businesses conduct key tasks such as accounting, marketing, etc. using multiple computers and/or tablets. The latest application in these categories is Salesforce. Salesforce is a suite of cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications that offer robust capabilities that are compatible with major cloud computing platforms like AWS and Microsoft Azure. Unlike proprietary solutions that cost thousands of dollars to utilize, Salesforce offers a free version of the product. This means enterprises can spend time focusing on core activities while building powerful products to drive increased profitability. Not only is salesforce designed specifically for the business, but so are other enterprise application programs that are available for free to businesses including Adobe Acrobat, Zoho, and IBM Watson. This software is a great fit for businesses because they provide several options at different price points. Salesforce was especially helpful during COVID-19 to businesses and it has since been adopted by many corporate giants; including Amazon, Google, Yahoo!, SAP, VMware, and NTT Docomo. Salesforce supports the entire business strategy of any business, from sales and marketing to customer service and operations. Salesforce offers some of the best tools that help businesses achieve more efficient and productive operations. It is business intelligence, talent management, enterprise data management, contact center, collaboration, and more support and strengthens relationships between employees

Personal Training

As our lifestyles become increasingly complex, it is becoming clear that we must continue working out and staying healthy and fit. In order to keep ourselves motivated towards improving our health, we can take things to step by step. Like many of you, I started doing cardio workouts regularly after retirement. At first, I focused solely on lifting weights and going to the gym; however, I ended up adopting a lifestyle of keeping fit and staying active outside by running, cycling, and hiking during my working hours. When I moved on from exercise classes, I began to incorporate some form of bodywork into my routine. Body workouts such as yoga are becoming increasingly popular among Americans. Cardiovascular exercise increases blood flow to the brain, which promotes brain health. Studies have shown that cardiovascular exercise improves memory and creativity. Other studies have shown benefits through improving sleep quality, reducing depression and anxiety, and improving immune system function. So how do you incorporate cardio training into your routine? Well, one way is by incorporating it into your workout routine. Just like other forms of exercise, walking, cycling, hiking, and body stretching are excellent ways to incorporate cardio training into your routine. After months of trying to include cardio exercise into my daily routine, I realized that incorporating body exercises into my daily routine was more challenging than ever before. That’s when I decided that physical activity was the perfect solution by offering a class called Body Workout. Each class requires around a 15-60 minute session for up to 6 people, and you can purchase the entire program outright. Classes begin around 4:30 PM on weekdays and run until 11 PM on weekends. On average, participants learn cardio movements and push themselves through 12 consecutive sessions per month. Those familiar with me know that I am passionate about teaching and coaching. My goal is to make sure I work hard to teach everyone as fast as possible. Once every 10 weeks, I offer the same class, but this time taking it to a whole new level. The classes are taught by coaches who have experienced cardio-specific careers and professions. The classes are structured on cardio training fundamentals and progress into advanced cardio techniques and practices. Members learn the proper technique, the proper drills, the proper setup, and drills so they can progress beyond cardio workouts. It’s worth noting that I offer a variety of classes ranging
