Struggling with problem skin?

3 Easy Steps to get rid of Rosacea and Acne

Just 3 simple Steps for improving problem skin such a Rosacea, acne, psoriasis and Eczema.

I know this will work because I do it and use it faithfully every day and have been for 21 years now and I have no signs of rosacea at all.

I'm sure you have tried everything that hasn't worked too, and spent a lot of unnecessary money .

So Stop suffering with your problem and give this a try. It's a 3-step Daily Facial Cleansing Routine using:

1) Johnson's Baby Shampoo

2) Maximum Scalpicin

3) Rainbow Souffle Dead Sea Salt Scrub

If you are Young, Old, Male, Female. It works for ALL.

I'm not a Physician, just someone that was desperate and came up with a solution that works with out medications or expensive products.

First Step to Control Acne - Rosacea and other impurites

Johnson's Baby Shampoo

YES, Plain Johnson's Baby Shampoo...

The plain No More Tears Johnson Baby Shampoo

You first Rinse your face with warm water, apply some shampoo into your hand and gently rub it all around your face.

After you have rubbed the shampoo all over your face, Rinse it off with warm water and Blot your face dry with a towel.

Note: If the baby shampoo slightly burns your face the first time you use it, don't worry it is only because you have imperfections that need to be healed. Mine did it too the first time I put it on.

Now onto the 2nd Step

Second Step to Control Acne - Rosacea and other impurities

Maximum Strength Scalpicin Anti-itch Clear Liquid

YES, I know what you are thinking. This is a SCALP Treatment, right?

Scroll to Continue

But it works WONDERS for the itching and burning. For me, the 1% HYDROCORTISONE is a must!

So be sure to check the Active Ingredients on the back of the box / bottle says: 1% Hydrocortisone

Don't get the one that has anything other than 1% hydrocortisone this is important, it is Odorless and Grease- less.

If you don't feel comfortable about using 1% Hydrocortisone then ask your doctor first.

Now, after you have done step one-Johnson's baby shampoo. Apply a few drops of Maximum Strength Scalpicin onto a cotton ball and rub over your problem areas on your face.

You should feel immediate relief. It will feel so soothing that you will want to put the whole bottle on. But don't...

You will need to apply Scalpicin twice a day for at least 3-4 days straight.

Then just once a week after that. If once a week is not enough then try twice a week.

Really........use it as needed.

Your face by day two (if not already by day one) will feel so soothed and guess what? It will be SMOOTH....................

You heard it right....Smooth.

Personally, I have not had any problems using Scalpicin. It has helped me tremendously.

Now on to The Final step

Come on over to Facebook

More about "Rainbow Souffle" on Facebook. Here is the link.

Rainbow Souffle Dead Sea Salt Body Scrub

Third and Final Step Rainbow Souffle Skin Refining Scrub and How to Apply:

  1. After washing your face with Johnson Baby Shampoo, Gently rub a small amount of Rainbow souffle on your face. Don't rub to hard. After rubbing it all over your face apply a little of warm water to dissolve the salt, as the salt dissolves a light lather will start forming. (As your rubbing the lather around you will feel an instant smoothness to your face.) Rinse, Pat dry with towel, apply Scalpicin with cotton ball.
  2. Wash face with Johnson Baby Shampoo and don't dry your face
  3. Apply Rainbow Souffle, Rinse and Gently dry your face
  4. Apply Scalpicin with Cotton ball
  5. If you happen to have any problem areas on your Body use the Rainbow souffle as often as you like. Your body can handle the scrubbing more than your face can.
  6. note: Use it Rainbow Souffle three times a week on your face.

Rainbow Souffle's Ingredients

Dead Sea Salt, Oxygen and Vitamin-C

Will your skin be dry after the 3-step cleansing?

No !

Your skin will not dry out doing the 3-Step using the 3 products. As a matter of fact you will now be able to use lotions that you might have never been able to use before. Can you believe that? It's true. I remember way back before I came across this, I could not use any moisturizers on my face whatsoever. It didn't matter which ones I tried. They all did something to my face. Whether I broke out in a rash, or itched, burned etc. But now I can put on what ever I want with no problem. Any Brand is no problem. I know this is all hard to believe because you probably have suffered with your skin problem for a long time and nothing has worked. All you have to do is just try it for a few days. I just know you will like it. You will be glad you did it.

How to use Rainbow Souffle Body Scrub

Be sure to get Your Tube of it now!

Just aggravates the problem

Some people use Isopropyland/or Ethyl Rubbing Alcohol on their face if they have Acne since it does help to dry the blemish out. But, did you know that Rubbing Alcohol will actually make your face "Oilier"??

That's because the skin cells tend to work " overtime" or "harder" to replenish it's natural moisture.

That's why your face will be overly oily with continued use. Then the oil will clog your pores and you have more of a problem than what you started with in the first place.

Besides, if you have inflamed skin the alcohol will only irritate more.

Drink Lot's of water

Water lot's of it!

You must drink lot's of water. I know for a lot of us it is hard to drink water. That clear, tasteless, liquid is hard to swallow at times.

Force your self to do so, DAILY.

We all know the rule: Drink 8 glasses of water a day.

Just imagine this, what happens to a flower when you don't water it? Of course it shrivels up, withers, dries out and dies.

When we aren't getting enough water in our system our bodies ache, cramp, wrinkle just to name a few.

So do the same for yourself. drink as much water as you can every day

What foods trigger the problem?

Foods to avoid

Spicy foods and other spicy seasonings such as: hot sauces, peppers (including black pepper) and meat marinades, tomatoes, citrus fruits, foods containing MSG, white bread, pasta ( for the yeast content) and hot beverages.

Once you determine which of these triggers an outbreak, you can avoid it. You don't have to completely stop eating your favorite foods, just go easy on them. Eat less of them. I personally love hot sauce on top of all my food and used it on a daily basis. Now I cut back to every other day or so.

The dead sea salt in it will burn and feel uncomfortable.

So do you want to try to see if it works for you? - Please take the poll answer Yes or No if you would try my 3-step cleansing

This is one of the quickest fix for adult acne that you can follow. Grab a bottle of your favourite apple cider vinegar, pour half a cup of apple cider into a boiling pot of water. You can use the vapour from the boiling water to steam your face.

@kislanyk: Marciag, thanks for visiting my lens. I agree there are a lot of Internet marketing myths out there for treating Rosacea, but see, my lens comes from my own experience and I still do the 3-step. Sure it does not cure rosacea but it keeps the nasty symptoms down every day I do it. When I don't the rosacea flares up. Since it does help I want to share it with any one that it might help. I know what's it's like going thru the agony of Rosacea.

Marika from Cyprus on May 12, 2011:

Your tips are great, however currently there is no real product truly treating rosacea. All these so called cures are an internet marketing myth. Sad but true.
