All that is required is to open two capsules of this vitamin and take the oil in them, and put it on the eyelashes with a special brush. These are the most important tips by which you can get long eyelashes naturally, and although these tips are not medical, they are tried and recommended by beauty experts, and there are those who say that the results they got were within one month:

  • Eat foods that support healthy hair growth, the most important of which are:

-Salmon: It contains omega-3s, which is a fatty acid that promotes hair growth and gives it shine.
-Yogurt: It contains vitamin B5, which promotes blood flow and maintains hair density.
-Spinach: It is rich in iron, vitamin A, beta-carotene, folic acid, and other nutrients that give hair the necessary strength and hydration.
- Citrus fruits and guava: They contain vitamin C, which strengthens hair and protects it from breakage and fall.

- Fortified meat and grains: They are rich sources of iron that promote hair growth.

  • Remove makeup every night, because keeping makeup and sleeping in it causes brittle eyelashes and therefore fall off. In addition to that, not removing makeup causes irritation of the eyes, so the eyelids should be gently cleaned during the removal of makeup, and coconut oil is a good option to clean the face from makeup, it cleanses and gives the face and eyelashes the necessary hydration, and it also has antibacterial properties.
  • Give eyelashes a break by not applying makeup on a daily basis, especially eye makeup, because applying makeup to the eyes dries the eyelashes and irritates the eyes, causing the eyelashes to break and fall.
  • Use mascara that contains moisturizing substances, as it fills the eyelashes and promotes their growth longer, and you should also avoid using mascara that contains water as it dries the eyelashes.
  • Be careful not to use false eyelashes, as they pull out eyelashes and cause them to fall out due to pressure on the eyelashes.
  • Do not rub eyelashes either during cleaning, friction or by any other procedure, as this leads to their breakage or fall.
