A Day in the Life of Any Woman
A woman has many daily responsibilities and obligations to manage from her husband and children to her career and family and friends. Making time for self-care and self-help can be a full-on challenge. Any woman also has much more independence and choices to make compared to any other historical time. She can be a full-time mother and wife but also strive to achieve career and personal goals. The modern woman also looks much different than in historical times. Women can multi-task and also accomplish many tasks in one day. However, time self-care is almost never a high priority or on any of the multiple to-do lists.
How You Feel is How You Look
There is a strong and deep connection between the way a woman looks physically and the way she feels while they look a particular way. The best example is when a woman is dressed in pajamas and slippers compared to when she is dressed up with makeup on. In the first scenario, women will always feel lazy and unmotivated while dressed in pajamas and slippers. Now for the second scenario. Put those same women in dressy clothing with hair, makeup, and nails done. Now she will feel motivated, energetic, and even more confident. That's why women who experience breakups, especially difficult ones, will often dress cozy and sometimes even forgo showering. They feel like crap and want to match how they feel. In essence, it is all in how you present yourself.

Tips for Women on How to Look Amazing
There are many things a woman can do to look amazing every day and at all times. Starting from the inside out is always the best method. There are some tips to follow that are very beneficial and they do not include applying makeup or even doing nails. Adding and or subtracting certain things from a woman's lifestyle could also help to look even more amazing than ever before. Certain diet changes and exercise can also help a woman to look amazing as well. Really it is just a matter of self-care and self-love that is necessary to look and feel amazing all, well most, of the time.
1. Whiten Your Teeth
Simply whitening your teeth can brighten your face and accent your smile. First impressions are always a big deal and many times it is a smile that people see first, before anything else. There are different types of teeth whitening treatments and products such as:
2. Never Forget to Moisturize
After every shower or bath, be sure to generously moisturize your skin and face with a lotion. Do not ever use body lotion on the face as it is too thick and creamy which can clog pores, causing breakouts. Skin is stripped away from its natural moisturizers as it is washed and rinsed then dried. Moisturizing will help to replenish lost moisturize which will decrease wrinkles and leave skin looking soft and supple. Also, never shower in hot water which can suck out moisture from the skin quickly.
3. Tint Eyebrows and Eyelashes
This is just like applying hair color to the head. This is specially formulated for delicate eyelashes and stubborn eyebrow hair. Tinting them in a shade or two darker than the natural color will make eyes pop with or without makeup. So no matter what, it will stay and not wash away. Having more defined eyes is great for bringing out natural beauty but also gives eyelashes and eyebrows a fuller and more natural appearance that will last longer. Most tints of this kind will last an average of 4 to 6 weeks, sometimes even 8 weeks. For a less permanent option, there is also henna available for tinting eyelashes and eyebrows.
4. Get Enough Sleep.
Many women have dark circles and or puffy eyes from lack of sleep. Lack of sleep is something everyone struggles with because of everything else that is going on in their life. The average person should be getting at least 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night. In reality, the average person only gets 4 to 6 hours of sleep per night. Finding more time to sleep allows cells to renew and rejuvenate for healing and repairing. This does not happen or only partially happens when there is a lack of adequate sleep hours. Sleep should be a priority instead of social media or other distractions.
5. Drink Plenty of Water.
Drinking an average of 8 8 ounce glasses of water a day is great for staying hydrated instead of dehydrated. Dehydration affects the skin by having no more moisture within, making skin appear dull and wrinkled. Staying hydrated daily will make skin appear supple and glowing. Drinking appropriate amounts of water daily is good for your health, but also for your physical appearance.
