Useful Tips for Winter Skincare Routine
1. Drink plenty of water
In winter, we tend to drink less water than in summer. This practice results in dehydration and leads to dry, dull skin. Drinking 8 glasses of water in winter is essential for your body to function properly and flush out toxins. To maintain the glow; on your skin, you need to stay hydrated.
2. Avoid hot water
When the temperature is dipping, who wants to take a cold water bath? It’s a big No. We are all tempted to take a hot water bath when the weather is cold. But this can make your skin dry and flaky. My recommendation is to use lukewarm water whenever you wash your face or take a bath.
3. Moisturize daily
Cold weather tends to dry our skin. Using a daily moisturizer is imperative. There are many moisturizers available in the market. They all are excellent, but my recommendation is to go for a natural one. For this, use the coconut oil home remedy I stated above. Nothing is better than that.
