I love complete outfits and that includes educating others on how to wear jewelry gracefully.
Let's face it, it's something expensive, but jewelry suits one's looks, personality, and lifestyle. It's a very special thing that complements a look, reflects, and resonates with your personality. Everything you use—colors, beads, shapes, and designs—reflects the way you think.
Maybe you feel old-fashioned or out-fashioned putting on the simplest pair of diamond earrings or a brooch that your mother gave you... You're wrong. There are myriad reasons for wearing jewelry.
One tradition of elegance is wearing jewelry at its simplest. A single ornament to simply glitz up your lobes, neck or wrist is perfect enough. Whether it's a subtle pair of diamond earrings, a pearl choker, or a jade bracelet; all add a personal touch to an outfit that over time becomes part of a woman's signature.
A diamond piece of ornament makes the lady wearing it seen for her individuality. It may bring her to an exorbitant pedestal, but their sparkles correspond to owning some of the glittering stars in the blue night sky.
If you have a pair of diamond studs, indulge yourself by wearing them for any occasion. There’s no point in saving special jewelry for very special occasions. If you buy something because you like it, then wear it.
The classic stud setting possessed an exceptional look that has been highly sought after all over history. Its legend may have been stimulated by the stone's strange luminescence.
Did you know that the classiest women wear only diamonds at night? Small, subtle, and sweet diamond studs or a diamond pendant for the day are fine. Keep the bigger ones for nights.
Sport on a tennis bracelet and it automatically makes you dressed elegantly. That's how beguiling single diamond pieces never fail to stand out.
Pearls are always appropriate - Jacky Kennedy
As always, the classic charm of pearls never goes out of style. Pearl earrings on their own are magnificent. A simple pair of oversized pearls make an ordinary outfit look dramatic. Pearl earrings can match up with any dress that even without make-up, a woman would look stunning with them on.
The flawless and innocent vibration of pearl brings lightness to every woman's complexion and radiance to her whole appearance. Although it can be as expensive as buying any other precious gemstone, a perfect pearl accessory will never fail to enhance a woman's beauty.
If you have some pearl jewelry, get them out and start wearing them. Trust in a simplistic choker or long pearl necklace, they can be worn whenever and whatever you like — casual or formal, day or night.
Many women love colored gemstones and semi-precious stones. These are the beautiful and breathtaking crystals that excite the passion for love and romance. Since ancient times, ruby, aquamarine, sphene, and tourmaline are the favorite among royalties, an art which has been passed on to the women of today.
Natural semi-precious stones are long known to come from the rocks and minerals that originated from the Earth. Since many believe that stones carry within their structure the history of the powerful forces that have shaped Earth's evolution, wearing the gemstones has become both beautiful and healing.
The deep lovely colors of gemstones captivate much more attention. Young women wear them to attract love and romance. Gemstone earrings, bracelets, and necklaces can add a special touch to any outfit or occasion and are considered more casual -- the most affordable elegance within every woman's budget.
It's a legacy of fine jewelry that we can pass on to our children.
The Metallic Jewelry
One thing wonderful about metallic jewelry is the possibility of mixing gold and silver. Your grandma may not agree with this, but it has become a trend these days provided that you accentuate it appropriately.
Although metal jewelry suits all occasions and designers are elaborating it with mixed designs from casual to glamorous, it pays to wear them with subtlety. This way, you can be sure that you stand out with the jewelry, not the other way around.
Whether you’re in love with vintage gold or have long cherished danglers and heavyweight collar necklaces, don't forget to make your look soft and graceful.
Worried about how to wear dazzling golds without looking heavy? Match them with the slightest make-up.
The Jewelry Every Woman Should Wear
Earrings are what define a woman as feminine.
A woman wearing even the simplest pair of earrings makes her look conservatively elegant even in the simplest attire.
Back in the earliest times, long ear lobes have been regarded as a sign of a woman's status and power stating beauty and wealth -- the longer the lobe, the greater the woman's wealth.
This appending ornament to the ear also ensured a continuous state of mental and physical well-being. Wearing ornament in the ear has been passed on to generations creating the customary belief of one appendage to each ear as an important constituent of the female attire.
Today, we call it etiquette. Every woman can excuse herself from wearing rings (maybe not for those married), necklaces, bracelets, and anklets; but not from wearing earrings. It is the eternal jewelry for every woman.
If you're thinking of buying rings or necklaces, I would advise you to get more earrings and let them build up your look. Earrings don't have to be big. I have a pair of really nice little diamonds my sister gave me and I wear them whenever I can. Surprise yourself with a tennis bracelet... I so loved it I'm not bothered by the time of the day, just whether or not it suits my outfit.
Can We Afford Genuine Jewelry?
Not all fine jewelry comes at ceiling prices. There are master craftsmen who can skillfully design custom pieces for a reasonable budget. Suggest a color and style you like. You can even arrange for a payment plan.
There are already affordable options today allowing men and women to express their individual uniqueness. If you can afford one, why not go genuine?

Simple or Elaborated - It is always best just to stay with the traditional rules of pairing jewelry with clothing

Hi B.A Williams,
Thank you. I'm happy that you enjoyed the article. Yes, I liked the photo of that baby wearing pearls, found it a look of innocence, pureness and daintiness along with her pearls. Thanks for dropping by. Wonderful of you.

Earrings are really a woman's identity... and your mom has been so much of a woman to pass it on to you. Glad that you're among those who practice the womanly etiquette when it comes to wearing jewelries. Thanks for sharing...and thanks for being a woman of inspiration!

Earrings have always been the only piece of jewelry that I feel naked without. Even when I was younger and my mom made me wait until i was 10 to get my ears pierced, I wore clip-on and magnetic earrings. Cute hub!
