How to Clean Pandora Style Charms and Bracelets
Pandora Style Beads - Chamilia LoveLinks Pugster Design Ideas
Our jewelry works hard for us. From the oils on our skin to moisture creams to hairsprays and to the greatest monster known to jewelry - perfume. We must be careful with our jewelry and avoid these contaminates that can not only spoil the luster but actually harm our jewelry. But most importantly, we must clean our jewelry on a regular basis and know how to clean our jewelry. Pandora style beads also known as euro charms are sold under a number of different brand names from LoveLinks to Chamilia to Troll to Biali, Pugster and much more. These charms are intricate in detail and demand some care and a little bit of maintenance to retain their luster.
The best way to clean perfume off of a Pandora bracelet is to never have the perfume touch the bracelet. We all know this in practically but then reality sets in and we err. And when we err, we know it. Yet, for the lack of carelessness and the love and devotion we have for our Pandora style bracelets, we all too often do not make the time to clean our precious jewelry let alone learn the proper methods.
Oh, you might say, I don't have a genuine Pandora bracelet so my investment doesn't equal the time for my few pieces. Yet, unless you are tucking them away and not wearing them, your Pandora style bracelets - ALL deserve care and attention - on a regular basis. Why? Because these charms are memories and mementos of our lives. Often charms are given as a gift, sometimes charms are simply purchased as a token to remember a special occasion such as a birthday or anniversary or to celebrate a special relationship such as a Mother, but ALL of these charms serve as a tribute to something that we treasured in our lives.
Have I gotten you motivated as yet to clean the simple steps to caring for the memories you may wear around your risk? Then stay tune for a quick and helpful primer on how to clean your beautiful and unique charm bracelets - whether they are LoveLinks, Biagi, Chamilia or Pandora or simply Pugster or others.

Who Wears Pandora Style Charm Bracelets?
What is fun bout the Pandora style charm bracelets is both young and old love these bracelets. And now they even offer a child's size. Whether you are in your teens, early 20's or over 50 like me, the charms are always delightful.
The silver charms have a more casual and universal appearance. The gold charm bracelets are extremely pricey especially with the rise in the price of gold but oh, look how dreamy the gold charm bracelets look. Then add in a few hearts and now you truly have a story book bracelet even Cinderella would enjoy!
As you can see at the right, the design of your bracelet will determine its style. The fun part of the charms is the color choices. If you desire a more uniform look, use glass and crystal charms all in the same color family to make a bold statement. Look how great black with the silver looks and imagine wearing that bracelet when sporting a white and black summer top. See the bling come alive on your wrist!

Cleaning and Care of Your Pandora Style Bracelet
Cleaning and care go together. Start with taking care of your jewelry on a daily basis. Do not leave your bracelet unattended on a dressed or night stand. Have a box for your bracelet by the sink, by your bedside table. Remember the care of your bracelet is a daily item not just a routine maintenance item.
The single most important item besides proper storage is to take extreme care when applying moisture creams and perfume.
I love the stack-able storage boxes from HSN and now QVC offers some great boxes designed specially for inserting into your dresser drawer. I like keeping the faux leather boxes on top of my dresser in the master bedroom but for the general living area by our great room and by the kitchen, I prefer a tiny box to store that piece that I take off when I return from work or from an evening event. In this manner - having multiple boxes throughout my home, I have no excuse for proper storage. So the bracelets are either on my wrist or in one of the jewelry boxes.
Do Plan on Cleaning Your Charms On a Regular Basis
To protect your investment and to retain the luster of your charms, it is important to clean your charms on a regular basis.
The process is simple once you understand the objective of protecting precious gems, stones, and pearls and follow some very simple rules.

Three Bowls - Two Bowls of Water - One Empty Bowl
I prefer to set out three bowls to clean my charms.
One bowl with dish soap and one bowl of plain water. Both bowls should be lukewarm.
And then one bowl with no water and I use this bowl to remind me to separate out certain charms that should not be submersed in the water.
