Why Use Toners?

The beauty community seems to be a bit torn on toners and their abilities. Some people will swear by a good toner, while others see it as a waste. I am a fan of toners because they are easy to make and with the right ingredients you can make an amazing toner that will help you with any skin ailment more than the one you can pick up at a beauty store. Toners are easy to customize to your specific problem or skin type and they take just seconds to use. Below I have listed some of my favorite Green Tea toners. I have used these toners on and off since I was a freshman and high school. Whenever I feel a break out coming on, whipping one of these up saves my skin from unsightly blemishes.
