Celebrity White Men with Cornrows

We do not often see celebrity white guys with cornrows. If anything, it's usually the women.
The style usually comes off as unexpected, and sometimes we even like the way it looks.

I was shocked to see him in this style simply because he is known for having a classic men's look, such as in the movie, The Illusionist.
Axl Rose with Artificial Braids (below)
Everyone was shocked by Axl Rose's switch to African-American style braids. He's a hard rocker, afterall.
And they were artificial, of course, but somehow the look was cool. His fans were happy to see that he sometimes integrated the braids with his classic bandanna.
Props to him for going for a big, unexpected change and surprising all of us.

Okay, it wasn't for a movie role like Edward Norton, and it wasn't done on part of a rocker with attitude, like Axl Rose, so of all possible white guys with cornrows, no one expected the look the least bit from British David Beckham, the world's foremost soccer player. He appeared very comfortable with the look, but I think in this photo his cornrows have gotten a bit mussed up from all the soccer playing.

Not many white men can pull off the cornrow look, but I think JT looked good in them. Maybe it's his face shape or maybe it's just that he was sporting shades a lot at the time, and that added to the coolness factor. Incidentally, I'm not sure that the braid part is his real hair. They might have been weaved in.
