This article isn't for the people who want to know about the best scrub in the market. Yet there's no problem if you read to the bottom. You may change your decision to buy body scrub from the market rather you may make one for yourself at home. Simply you can make body scrub for yourself with the ingredients in your kitchen. Why waste money scrubbing while you can make it, right? I will tell you how I made a body scrub for myself. Read to the bottom of the article. I will help you step by step.

Sugar as a scrub

Sugar as a scrub

  • Sugar

There's sugar in your kitchen, that is not only for food and drink, it can also be used as a body scrub. Two or three years ago I found somewhere on the internet which described the importance and uses of sugar. Someone finely described sugar. I was impressed by the use of sugar. I didn't know this could be so useful. Not only it is used for food and drink, it is beneficial to our skin. Especially when it comes to body skin. Our body has dead cells,if it isn't removed, it layers in our body which creates blemishes and makes our skin look tan. It can be properly removed with scrub. There's many types of scrub in the market. But not everyone is capable of buying it. Some people can't buy food for themselves, forget about body scrub to buy from the market. However, our body needs to remove these dead cells properly. You can do that with SUGAR! Isn't it fantastic? Sugar can't remove dead cells alone, it needs an associated ingredient such as coconut oil or olive oil. These two oils are better. Except for these two ingredients, I haven't tried any other ingredients. All you have to do is take a bowl and put one tablespoon of sugar and two tablespoons of coconut oil or olive oil into it. Mix them together and stir. Your simple homemade body scrub is ready. Rub it onto your body skin. I specifically say 'body skin' because if I say skin, it may mean I'm talking about both body and face skin. Body skin differs from face skin. So I specifically mention body skin. Anyways,

You can rub the parts which have been tanned. Our armpit, elbow, knee, feet, and neck have more dead cells than other parts. Though it may vary from person to person.

After you've rubbed properly, rinse away with warm water. Take a towel and wipe it. It is simple, right? It can take 20 minutes to finish the full process. It will help you to remove dead cells properly.

Lemon peels as a scrub

Lemon peels as a scrub

  • Lemon Peel

Lemon peel or orange peel? You can choose between two of them. In everyone's house, there's lemon or orange in the fridge. Although not everyone buys lemon or orange. But it isn't costy either. It's cheap yet it is a powerful ingredient. You just made a lemonade? Or have you dropped some lemon extract onto the food you are cooking? You have eaten an orange? Don't throw away the peel. Lemon or orange peel can save your money from buying body scrub from the market. Gather four to five lemon or orange, peel them, smash them with the blender machine. Finely smash them. You can add some sugar here or honey. Rub it onto your body skin. It can only take 5-10 minutes. Wash it with normal water. It has been more beneficial than sugar scrub to me. It may vary. You may find sugar scrub more beneficial than this one.

Sea Salt

  • Sea Salt

Another easily available ingredient is salt. Without salt you can't eat tasty food. Try to cook noodles without salt, what do you think? Can you eat these noodles? The importance of salt is that much! It helps us to eat tasty food and is easily found. Did you ever think of it as a body scrub? Isn't it interesting that this simple sea salt can be your body scrub, helping you from wasting money to buy scrub from the market and letting you simply remove your dead skin cells? This is one of my most used scrubs. Sometimes there isn't any sugar, lemon, or orange in the kitchen. Then I go for sea salt. The process is the same as sugar. Take a bowl. Put one tablespoon of sea salt and two tablespoons of coconut oil or olive oil. Mix them well and stir. Rub it onto your body skin. Wash with warm water.

Lentils

Lentils

  • Lentils

You will find lentils in your kitchen. It is a bit harder than others mentioned above. You may like it. I try this scrub one or twice a month. I already said making this scrub is a bit hard and it takes time. Yet it has benefits to skin. Thus I apply it too. Take one cup of lentils. Keep them in a bowl with water in it. Keep lentils there overnight or you may soak it for only one or two hours. It just needs to be a bit soft. Smash all the lentils with the blender machine. You can directly apply it on the body skin or you can add honey in it. It works both as a body pack and scrub. It will leave a soft glow in you skin (. ❛ ᴗ ❛.). You will see the difference after you wash it with normal water.

Rice

  • Rice

Rice is another easily available ingredient in your kitchen. It is not as hard as the lentils scrub, it will be a little bit harder than the first three scrubs which I mentioned above. Take a half cup of rice and let it soak in a bowl of water at least for one hour or more. Smash it. Your rice scrub is ready. You can make more and keep it in the refrigerator for later use. You can refrigerate it for a month.

Conclusion: In this article I've mentioned the scrubs which I always apply. I never brought scrub from the market. I made one of these scrubs everytime I needed it. This works so well for me. I hope these will also work finely for you too. Have a nice day ♡‿♡.
