1. Wheat Flour and Coconut Oil Body Scrub.

Coconut oil is rich in vitamin E.

How to Prepare:

  1. Instantly take half a bowl of wheat flour.
  2. Include coconut oil to it.
  3. Make a coarse paste (Don’t make a sticky paste.).
  4. Your body scrub is ready.

How to Apply:

  1. Before taking a shower, apply this to your whole body and scrub for ten minutes.
  2. You will note the color of wheat flour changing to black.
  3. This undoubtedly means it is gently removing all dead skin and impurities from your skin.
  4. Then just wash your body with a mild soap.

Benefits:

  • It removes dead skin cells from the skin.
  • It moisturizes the skin.
  • It plucks tiny hair from your body.

Use this body scrub regularly on your body especially on your knees and elbows to lighten the skin at that portion.

2. Wheat flour and Olive oil Face Scrub.

Olive oil contains many vitamins, including A, D, and K, as well as vitamin E.

How to Prepare:

  1. Take 3 tablespoons of wheat flour in a bowl.
  2. Add olive oil to it.
  3. Make a thin and smooth paste.

How to Apply:

  1. Properly apply the fine paste on your face.
  2. Massage properly with your fingers in circular motions.
  3. After some time, you will feel the paste is becoming thick and sticky.
  4. Rub your face properly, and you will see tiny black globules of the paste on your face.
  5. This indicates all the dirt and impurities are removed from your face.
  6. Wash it off with a mild face wash.

3. Wheat Flour and Turmeric Face Mask.

How to Prepare:

  1. Take 4 tablespoons of wheat flour in a bowl.
  2. Include one pinch of turmeric powder in it.
  3. Add the required amount of water.
  4. The paste should be of runny consistency for easy application.

  2. Add 6 to 7 tablespoons of milk to it.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of honey to it.
  4. Make a fine paste.

How to Apply:

  1. Apply it on your face and neck.
  2. Leave it until it dries.
  3. Cleanse it off with cold water.

Benefits:

  • It moisturizes skin.
  • It helps to retain the natural glow of your face.
  • It removes pigmentation and dark patches from skin.
