Well guys it's finally here!!! After all the uncertainty of whether or not there would even be a season, we've arrived at the season finale, the Super Bowl!!! This one is a big deal. We have the GOAT, Tom Brady going against one of the greatest of the next generation, Patrick Mahomes! This is going to be one for the ages.
X Factor For Bucs
Phil
My X Factor would be the Tampa Bay running game. The running game always helps open up the offense. Plus the goal is to have Brady not throw as much and if Leonard Fournette and Ronald Jones go off Brady can conserve his throws for when they actually need it. They run well then that means play action opportunities so even more options. If the run game struggles then Brady will be forced to throw more which he struggled to in the second half of the GB game. Bucs always play better when the run game is doing well so expect them to get it going early to set up manageable second and third downs.
Akeem
The X Factor for this team will definitely be the receivers. Now don't get me wrong, brady is going to play a big role in this, but if the people he's throwing to can't catch, it's going to be no good. Because they can't just run the ball for an entire game. That's ineffective.
X Factor For Chiefs

The chiefs will be looking to go back to back after beating the 49ers in last year’s Super Bowl.

Phil
My X factor is the Kansas City O-Line. They have a bunch of injuries and will be going against a daunting Bucs D line. They got playmakers that will be looking to get after Mahomes to sack or hurry his throws. They performed well against a better GB O line so if they repeat the same performance for the Super Bowl it will be a long night for Patrick Mahomes.
Akeem
For the Chiefs I would say the key factor would be Mahones. If he is on his game the way he has been for essentially all season, then this should be a smooth game for him. Like I don't expect him to play super hard unless they're down by a substantial amount, but he is definitely capable of doing so.
Super Bowl MVP
Phil
My Super Bowl MVP will be none other than Tom Brady. He will finish the game with 300+ yards and 3 total TDs. He mentioned last year that he will not be attending this super bowl in a jacket and fast forward to now he has kept his promise. He made it this far and has one last game to finish the job. There is so much history on the line and Brady being a competitor he will do whatever it takes to reach it.
Akeem
There's only two options. And I'm going with Mahomes, duh. You guys know I'm not a Brady fan and I already don't see his team winning. Hence why I don't think he'll be getting MVP. *Kanye shrug*
Super Bowl 55 Champion
Phil
My Super Bowl 55 Champion will be the TB Bucs. They will be the first team to win a Super Bowl in their home stadium which means even more history for Tom Brady. Also he will win a Super Bowl without Bill B so there is even more motivation there. For me the the weakened Chiefs O-Line will be their downfall this Super Bowl. I do believe this will be Brady’s last SB win and then the Chiefs Dynasty will take off.
Akeem
Much like last year, I have Kansas City winning the super bowl. They have all the tools to do so. From a star QB, to a great receiving core. It's set up for them to win. Now I know most people might want Brady to get it because then he can go out on top. But I don't see that happening.
