NFL Week 16 Reaction
Your perfect mix of Sports, unqualified opinions, underwhelming comedy, and below average writing.
The playoffs are getting closer and closer in the longest season of all time!!!!! 18 weeks for the first time ever and we have already completed 16 weeks!!!! Crazy how time flies. We saw this week the Chargers lose to an unexpected team, Baker cooking his favorite turnovers, AJ Brown go off in his first game back, and much more. Before we get into things we would like honor and send our condolences to the Madden family as we found out that NFL Icon John Madden passed away yesterday. Coach, broadcaster, personality, and a lot more as he brought smiles to whoever watched him on TV or met him in person. We have a tribute at the end of the article to show appreciation make sure you check it out.
Upset of the Week (HOU 41 LAC 29)
The Chargers really lost to the HOUSTON Texans!!!!!! This makes you think… Brandin Cooks probably went off right? WRONG!!!!! Rex Burkhead was the best player offensively for the Texans. The former Bengals and Patriots player totaled 22 rushes, 149 rushing yards, and two rushing touchdowns. HOW SWAY!!?!?!? Granted there was no Mike Williams or Austin Ekeler but the Texans are a mediocre team. The Texans defense had their way against a weakened Chargers offense and it was murder she wrote from there. The Texans basically said they don’t want a great pick this year we guess.
Game of the Week (TEN 20 SF 17)

Randy Bullock seals Titans W as they improve their record on last Thursday Night Football game of the year!!!
Sports Illustrated
SF was entering this game as one of the hottest teams in the NFL with their defense looking finally healthy and clicking and their offense looked good as well with Deebo Samuel and George Kittle leading the way. Then entered AJ Brown coming off a short stint from IR. Probably expected him to be rusty but that was not the case he had an amazing game as he helped the Titans keep it close enough so kicker Randy Bullock can hit the game winning field goal as time expired. Titans are building the right momentum as they continue to get healthier before playoffs.
Dummy of the Week (Baker Mayfield)
Christmas is usually the season of giving and Baker Mayfield was for sure in that mood. He gave the Packers gifts on 4 separate occasions. The final score was GB 24 CLE 22…. You take off even one pick CLE could have won. Baker needs to shut it down for the rest of the season and get healthy. That is basically the whole team at this point they are way too battered to be competing in the AFC North. As for GB a game that was a little too close for comfort but they will take it.
Hero of the Week (AJ Brown)

AJ Brown totals 11 receptions, 145 receiving yards, and 1 receiving touchdown first game back from IR.
CBS Sports
This man AJ Brown just pumped in new life to a Titans team that was struggling for a bit with not only health but consistency. Look for him to build off of this performance as the Titans regain their team piece by piece with the biggest piece in King Henry projecting to come back for playoffs.
