It's a hundred pound cylinder. It's yellow and blue paint. The eyes are white and black. The goggles are canning lid rings taped together with black electrical tape.
The entire tank was painted yellow. The paint was purchased at Walmart. The paint itself is infused with primer.
After the tank was completely yellow, the front was taped off and the bottom of the tank was painted in a solid blue color.
Then, a skinny, blue line was painted from front to back on both sides.
The final paint was a thin line of black with two half circles of white.
I need to make the lines sharper. I need to fix the teeth. Poor thing won't have arms.
Sigh. My hubby doesn't even know I even attempted this project. He will be surprised.
I'm planning on filling the "goggles" with flex seal spray. Two reasons,:
1) the eyes will seem more real
2) the goggles will be glued on, hopefully
Then I have to paint the second tank...
