1) American Football Failure?
Like many countless big men in Professional Wrestling like Roman Reigns, Baron Corbin, Goldberg, Brock Lesnar and more, The Monster Among Men, Braun Strowman has made a name for himself in the world of American Football. HIs 6ft 8in, 385 lb frame definitely had to catch the eye of many football coaches. However, unfortunately for Braun, he was not able to play much American Football during his time as his grades for school were not up to standard. Braun Strowman admitted for himself that he was not putting in as much effort as he should have put into his school work and thus was not allowed to play on the field. Braun eventually had no choice but to attend night school in order to get extra help to improve his grades however when he did attend the NFL Scouting Combine he still did not get chosen because of his big lack of College football experience.
2) His Strongman Past
Taking a good look at Braun Strowman and seeing his in-ring ability you could tell that the dude is pretty freaking strong. Braun Strowman became the fastest man to gain a pro card in the sport of strongman weight lifting. Strowman stated before in an interview that in order for him to live the life of being a strongman and having to lift the heaviest of weights, he had an insane diet which consisted of 12000 to 13000 calories per day; which is mental as the recommended calorie intake is only about 2500 calories per day for men. In fact, Braun Strowman was so big that his girlfriend at the time had to tie his shoe laces for him as he could not do it himself. All of those sacrifices paid off in 2012 when he placed first in the Arnold Amateur Strongman Championships winning a whopping 5 out of 7 events immediately placing him in the 2013 Arnold Clasic championships, where the strongest of men collide. Braun also won several competitions such as Central GA Strongest Man, Europa Battle of Champions, Monster of the Midland, NAS US Amateur National Championships, Summerfest Strongman and West Cary Fall Festival of Power.

The Rosebuds were an integral part of former WWE Superstar Adam Rose's Entrance as he would make his way down to the ring dancing with the rosebuds from his Exotic Express. In 2014, early spring Braun appeared several times dressed as a Roman gladiator ( the irony since he brutalises Roman Reigns heheheh) being the security for Adam Rose's parties in the Exotic Express. However, in the 2016 draft, the group was split as Braun was drafted to Monday Night Raw and Bray and the other members were drafted to Smackdown LIVE. Braun even described the move as "heartbreaking" as he and Bray were very close in real life. The two rode together to shows and Bray has taught Braun how to wrestle as well as gave him plenty of tips for the wrestling business. Bray has stated before that he thinks Braun is "Evil Windham" (Windham being the real last name of Bray Wyatt) because he can do all of the things that Bray cannot do. Henry just like Strowman had a very illustrious past as a strongman winning the 2002 Arnold Strongman Classic and even competed in the Olympic Games. Henry has acted a scout for WWE for most of his career looking for the best people he could find to join the company. Strowman was a very entertaining showman who even told the crowds who came to watch him lift that the louder they get the stronger he gets.
