Salts

Table Salt

Table salt (also known as sea salt) is best for cleansing/health, though it is all-purpose. It blocks negative energy and dark spirits, though it can also remove blocks.

Red/Fire Salt

Fire salt can be used for protection, banishing, power, cursing/hexing, chaos magic, and as a strong symbol of fire.

Crush sea salt, chili powder, black pepper, cinnamon, and red chili flakes. Charge with candles.

Black Salt

Black salt is good for repelling negative energy, protection spells, and cleansing.

Materials: Charcoal, cinnamon sticks, incense ashes, cloves, burnt matches, eggshells, sea salt, drilled rosemary (you can also only use charcoal and salt)

Mix and ground up.

Pink Salt

Pink salt removes love curses and protects relationships. It blocks break-up spells and is good for love in general.

Earth Salt

Earth salt can be used for growth, kindness. prosperity, strength, grounding, home protection spells, and something to represent the earth element. Crush sea salt, fertile soil, nutmeg, black pepper, thyme, and any seed. Charge with sunlight or crystals.

Air Salt

Air salt can be used to represent the element of air, cleansing, protection, intellect, balance, divination, and storm magic. Crush up sea salt, basil, rosemary, sage, and pollen. Charge with incense smoke.

Water Salt

Water salt is good for calmness, protection, healing, renewal, understanding, and to represent the water element. Crush up (with a river stone if you can) sea salt, rose, chamomile, and eucalyptus. Charge with crystals, having it near rain/storm, or a blue candle.

Incense

Amber: love, comfort, happiness, healing

Ambergris: dreams, aphrodisiac

Angelica: protection, harmony, integration, insight, understanding, stability, meditation

Anise: emotional balance

Apple Blossom: happiness, love, friendship
