Since dreams of teeth falling out represent change, these emotions are often felt. None of us know what the future holds. It is not uncommon to worry about this as it brings some level of anxiety. If some or all your teeth fall out, you are going to feel very bad. This type of teeth dream may represent your own emotions about your appearance. When we feel good and look good, we gain confidence. The same can be said about your teeth. When they are cleaned, straight, and white, we are confident and we feel better about ourselves. If you loose a tooth or you have a bad tooth, our confidence begins to falter. We begin to hid our smile and it gives us a bad feeling. We no longer feel beautiful and we no longer smile. If you have bad teeth, your teeth dream may simply be a reflection of your own emotions about your teeth in your waking life. Teeth dreams can also symbolize our fear of rejection and acceptance. We all want to feel accepted, no matter what stage of life we are in. If your not feeling accepted, dreams about your teeth are not uncommon. Rejection can have negative impacts on our waking life. More then likely, this is because of the reference between the tooth fairy and money. Teeth dreams may also represent power. However, it may also suggest that you have no power over a situation in your waking life.

Losing teeth dreams can also symbolize our fears of aging and death. The younger you are, odds are you rarely think about death and aging. As we age, we begin to thing about death and again more and more. Fear is actually a common emotion that we all have when it comes to aging and death. All of us know that one day, our time will come and our life will be over. Thinking about death can be very scary and can cause anxiety. Teeth dreams do not represent that we are near death. These types of dreams are only a reflection of our own emotions about getting older and death.

Dreaming about teeth falling out can also suggest that we may feel helplessness in a certain situation in our waking life. This type of dream meaning can represent a variety of different circumstances. You may feel that you have no control of your situation or circumstance. Some men and women believe the teeth dreams represent a lack of spirituality or faith in your waking life. A certain situation may have occurred that has made you question your own faith and way of life. There may have been a death or something bad may have happened to you. At this time, you may feel lost and feel like giving up. Life is not easy, but it can be rewarding. The important thing to remember is that God has a plan for us all. Everything happens for a reason, both good and bad. A tested faith is a stronger faith. Dreams about your teeth falling out can also symbolize renewal and rebirth. This is a useful article. Many times I saw my teeth falling and I get up so scared checking whether all my teeth are there... I didn't know that many see dreams like this. Thank you for sharing this. God bless you!

Good Hub lyric. And quite interesting. I had no idea they were so common. I have told quite a few people over the years and no one has ever said, Yeah, I have those dreams too.

I began having them around 8 or 10 and they continued 3-6 times a year until my mid thirties. I remember as a young girl, many of the people in my mother's family had bad teeth, very crooked, later they needed dentures at very young ages, late thirties, early forties.

My father's family recent immigrants from Poland had strong, straight, white teeth and so did I. (My siblings inherited my mothers crooked teeth nd all spent time in braces) My father used to brag on my teeth and compare me to my favorite aunt who also had beautiful teeth.

I always thought the dreams were because I was inordinately proud and aware of my teeth and was afraid that they would get broken or knocked out somehow. (pride goeth before a fall - which I heard regularly in the Baptist Church).

They were so real, I would wake up with my hand over my mouth terrified until I could look in a mirror and see that they were still all there. Funny to realize now that lots of people have these dreams.

Hi Lyric,

I have had this dream a few times in my life. I don't know remember if I was going through a stressful situation or change in my life. I do remember the relief I felt when I woke up and realized that it was just a dream.

Have a good day. :)

Oh, my goodness!!! LOL I would have never thought about one having a dream about losing one's teeth, and I know it would not be very pleasant to have such a dream!

It would probably make one get up and check the mirror to see if they are all still there. LOL

Voted up ++ and sharing (will have to return to share, as my buttons are not appearing this day)

God bless, Faith Reaper
