Scorpio Sun Taurus Moon (for ladies)

"Her Illumination: Dignified.

Her dark side: She rages.

One thing about this woman, when she sets her mind to something, it's set. While not inflexible, she's committed. She's also not the least bit gullible in case you had any schemes you'd planned to put over on her. She learned early on about life and the unscrupulous few. She's one of the women who have endured much--loss of family, loved ones, a child even. She doesn't dwell on these things. She knows the only way to survive is to put the past behind you her and keep her feet moving forward one step at a time. She's no saint though, and I must tell you, she's an awful nag with her husband even though she'll give him more devotion than he dreamed possible. She's practical and down to earth, but in her heart of hearts, she'd rather be a Libra, or wear the gaudy silver dress and spend the evening at the best restaurant with the most influential people. This may never be the case for her because she usually comes from poverty or a lower social class, and often marries a difficult man. She acquires a little money eventually, but the style, breeding and elegance she so much admires is always a touch out of reach. A conscientious coworker, she's not afraid of hard work. As a mother she brings, quite naturally, some of her difficulties to her children. She'll try to be as protective as possible, but it may not always work. To describe her as a mother, let me tell you a story: I read there was a mother who was raising her children alone. It was Thanksgiving and they didn't have enough money for a turkey, so the mother bakes a meatloaf carefully shaped like a turkey. She asked her oldest son to carve it. It was the most memorable Thanksgiving the children would ever have. It was a holiday of spirit, pride and love. It's rather like the silver dress she could never afford for herself. I hope a Cancer marries her. A Libra or a Taurus would understand the longing for beauty in an ugly world."

Scorpio Sun Taurus Moon (for guys)

"His Illumination: Oozes sex appeal.

His dark side: Spooked by changes.

Like the preceding man, this one has an intensity and sense of purpose. While he is materialistic, he is not necessarily selfish, or cruel. He will be rather earthy, passionate, and loaded with sex appeal. He has a fabulous ability to make money, and is so resourceful when low on funds that you could hardly ever tell. He knows what he wants and goes after it with single minded determination. As a coworker you needn't worry that he will want your job--he just wants to create his own niche in the company. As for the object of his affection, whether wife or child, he can be very devoted. He will chase you. If he is not interested, you can forget it. No feminine wiles work here. This is the Rhett Butler of the Zodiac. He can be a very bad boy and still manage to maintain a fair degree of social status. Lucky in love, he has a wide choice of companions. He dominates social situations with his quiet, strong sensuality and masculine presence. He will never blend into the woodwork and doesn't want a women who can. He want's a woman who can stand on her own two feet and offers him an exciting challenge. While attracted to beauty and intelligence in a woman, the fiery, passionate sort holds his attention. Unusually handsome, he has a strong, solid and very muscular build. He can handle the outdoors, and is interested in football, boxing and fishing. If you are not, you don't have to worry about it mattering to this man. He expects you to have other interests. He is not looking for a companion, or a mother figure, for that matter. He wants a lover. Stay home and keep the incense burning. He likes feminine women, and can tell the difference between the unconstructed look, the silhouette fashion and the layered or blunt cut. He is nobody's fool when it comes to money, women or what he wants. A Leo catches his eye, as does a Taurus, Capricorn, Pisces or another Scorpio."
