Prayers Against Evil Spirits: Serpents, Lions, Birds, and Flies

When Satan enters our lives, whether it be in the form of creature or man, we must hold strong and pray rather than cower and feel afraid. In this article, you will find a collection of prayers which have been carefully selected for the purpose of casting away demons from your life. Use them as you undergo the many trials of living, which are often more frequent than we'd like to admit, and use them well.

While evil spirits from the demonic world of Satan's kingdom may take any form, the prayers in this article take aim at some specific and Satanic incarnations. These include:

Deliverance From Serpents

Isaiah 27:1

• "In that day, the lord will punish with his sword, his fierce, great and powerful sword, Leviathan the gliding serpent, Leviathan the coiling serpent; he will slay the monster of the sea."

2 Corinthians 11:3

Exodus 7:12

• "I release the rod of God to swallow up every serpent that would come against me."

Deuteronomy 8:15

• "Protect me from fiery serpents."

Isaiah 14:29

• "I bind a rebuke every serpent that would try to twist and coil around my life in Jesus' name."
• "I bind and rebuke in Jesus' name every python that would try to squeeze out my prayer life in Jesus' name."

Acts 28:3
