Lizard Man of Scape Ore Swamp

The Lizard Man of Scape Ore Swamp or the Lizard Man of Lee County is said to be a seven foot tall creature that has three toes on each foot and three toes on each hand. Its head is said to look very much like an alien grey. The Lizard Man has been reported all around Lee County South Carolina, in Colombia South Carolina and in the swampy area between Charleston South Carolina and Folly Beach South Carolina. It is supposed to be a reptilian humanoid creature said to walk up right like a man and it has been reported to kill and feed on dogs, cats, and wildlife in the area.

Deer have been found dead in the area for years with parts of the deer missing. And at a lot of these deer kill sites strange footprints with three toes have been spotted many times. So many people believe it is the lizard creature killing and eating the deer.

Several people over the years have reported seeing the creature feeding on road killed deer and other road killed animals. The cryptozoological creature is seen most often in the swamp land of Lee County in and around Bishopville South Carolina. The creature is said to be a mixture of human features and dinosaur features. It is said to be covered with green scales all over its whole body. People who have seen it says that its hands and feet have suction pads that it can use to climb much like a gecko lizard.

The Lizard Man Of Lee County Is Over Seven Feet Tall

The lizard man stands over seven feet tall and it is said to be extremely strong and powerful. Most people also report that the lizard man has fiery red glowing eyes.

The lizard man in Lee County has been seen since 1988 but in other parts of the world creatures of this type have been reported for thousands of years.

Attacks On Cars, Outbuildings, And Farm Animals In The Area

Honda Van Attacked

In September of 2004 a man called the local Bishopville police after he found the fenders torn off his Honda Van and deep scratches down its sides. The drivers side window had been beaten out and it was obvious that the interior of the van had been torn apart and searched. It was believed that there may have been food left in the van on the night that the attack on the van happened.

Outbuilding Raided, Three Toed Tracks Found

In November of 2004 a local Bishopville man called the police after his outbuilding was broken into and most of the food in a freezer was carried outside, torn apart and eaten. It was here where the really strange tracks were spotted in a muddy area and casts were made of the tracks. It was apparent from the casts of the tracks that the tracks were 14 inches long and had three toes on each foot. The local police attempted to figure out what left the really strange tracks but they were never able to determine what made the tracks. Many people who live in the area think that the tracks were made by the Lee County Lizard Man. The cast tracks are still kept by the Bishopville Police Department in case the person or Lizard Man who made the tracks is ever captured.

Sheep And Goats Attacked And Killed By Lizard Man

In October of 2011 the Lizard Man apparently committed one of the worse attacks ever and killed nine sheep and four goats in the pasture of Barney Smith about six miles from Bishopville. The animals were torn apart and parts of each animal was eaten. Tracks on the site were determined to be from two different lizard man creatures. One had fourteen inch feet and one had nine inch feet. This proved that there was at least two lizard men in the area when the sheep and goats were torn apart and killed. Several three foot around four foot deep holes were dug in the area where the animals were killed but no one could ever determine the reason for the holes.

Truck Attacked By Lizard Man

In March of 2012 a man had to leave his truck about 100 yards from the bridge in the swamp and when he returned the next morning his truck tires were all flat and it appeared something had chewed on the tires. There were also teeth marks on the hood and rear bumper. When the hood was raised it was apparent that something or someone had crawled under the truck and pulled wires and hoses loose. The bottom of the radiator had several huge bite marks. The local deputy sheriff said he had never seen anything like it. He said it looked like three huge bites had been taken out of the radiator at the bottom. He said it was apparently clear that no human made the bite marks.

No clear photo has ever been taken of the Lizard Man but it is clearly apparent from the attacks that something strange is going on. No one can prove that it is the Lizard Man doing the attacks but no one can prove it is not the Lizard Man.

Man Shoots Lizard Man

In April of 2012 a local man about five miles south of Bishopville said that he was awaked by his large collie mixed dog screaming in pain just outside his house. He said he looked outside through his kitchen window and a large creature with green skin and long arms was kicking his dog which was on its chain about forty yards from the back door.

He ran into his bedroom and grabbed his rifle. He then went to the back door and opened it quickly. He raised his 22 rifle and fired into the creature several times. It snarled at him and started towards the back door. He fired directly into the creature a couple more times and it ran out of his yard and into thick brush across the road. When the police arrived the large collie mix dog was dead laying on the ground and when the man and the police checked there were spots of blood on the pavement on the road. Swabs were taken of the blood and they were sent to the state crime lab.

It was later determined that the blood was not from a human but it could not be determined what type of creature the blood had come from.

The man Harold Watts who had done the shooting said it was a large green creature with scales all over it that had attacked his dog. He said he knew for a fact that he had to have hit the creature at least 5 - 7 times but the police were not able to locate a body. Though a trail did lead into the heavy brush and drops of blood were located in several places.

The area was searched the next day by the local police and wildlife officiers but no sign of the creature was ever found.

Davis Sighting Of The Lizard Man In 1988

Christopher Davis, a 17 year old, local was the first person to encounter the Lizard Man on June 29, 1988. He said that a tire on his car blew out and he had stopped to change the tire when he heard a strange noise and looked around.

He said he saw a seven to eight foot tall creature that looked like a lizard with green scaly skin coming towards him running. He said he jumped into his car and drove away at a high rate of speed when the lizard creature leaped onto the roof of the car and attempted to climb through an open passanger side window.

Davis said he threw a cup of ice and drink in the face of the lizard man through the window of the car on the passanger side and that he whipped the car from side tio side and eventually the creature fell off and ran after him for a while but that finally he was able to get away from it.

Later that night the boys father called the local police and they took several photos of a lot of deep scratches on the cars foof and around the passanger window. No one could ever determine what made the deep scratches on the car.

What a lot of people don't know is that 17 year old Davis passed not one but two lie detector tests about the strange incident. The second test was administered by a SLED ( South Carolina Law Enforcement Agent ) who said that Davis was telling the truth. He said he couldn't prove a lizard creature had attacked the car of Davis but that he believed the 17 year old believed his car had been attacked by a lizard man.

It was not until after the two lie detector tests had been administered and passed that the insurance company finally paid for the damage that had been done to the new car Davis was driving that June night in 1988.

Lizard Man Attacks On Sunday June 23, 2013

Leon and Ada Marshall reported to the local Lee County Sheriffs office that something attacked their car sometime after 10 PM on Saturday June 22 , 2013 and 11 AM on Sunday June 23 , 2013 when they discovered all the damage to their car. The couple said they heard some kind of strange screeching sounds early Sunday morning before daylight and it must have been the sound of what ever attacked the couples car.

Two deputies were initially sent out to the scene but they called Sheriff Truesdale who had seen similar attacks on vehicles going back to 1988. Sheriff Truesdale said no animal he knew of could could have possibly done the damage done to the 2012 Ford Mustang. The cars bumpers had been bitten almost in to in places and the cars rag top had been slashed with something that appeared to be a hand with three very sharp claws. There were deep scratches down the car on both sides and the most amazing thing was that the cars tires were flat and it appeared that something had chewed holes in the tires.

The sheriff said that it was not the first time he had seen this kind of damage done to a vehicle and he said it was probably not going to be the last. The sheriff said it was likely that the car was a total loss. Something or someone had also been under the hood of the car from under the car and that wires and hoses had been pulled down and chewed on.

The sheriff said he was convinced that some type of strange unknown creature had attacked the car and that he would attempt to find it but he wasn't sure if it would ever be found.

Sheirffs deputies and S.C. State Wildlife officiers used dogs to try to track down what ever attacked the Ford Mustang on Sunday June 23 but they lost its tracks in a heavily wooded swampy area and the dogs refused to go any further.

A couple who live a few miles from where the attack on the mustang occurred said they saw a seven foot tall green creature run across the road in front of them on Saturday June 22 at about 11 PM. The couple asked that their names not be revealed.

In the last two weeks several dogs have been reported missing in a ten mile area of Bishopville. It would appear that the Lizard Man is once again on the prowl. If I lived anywhere in the area of Bishopville South Carolina I would be on the lookout for the Lizard Man of Lee County.

Lizard Demon In West Virginia

What is the creature that many people in Wood County West Virginia have spotted again and again. It's not like just Buba and July saw this thing. It has been seen for the last 130 years and though we don't have a body yet people have tried to kill it and capture it. So far though with no luck.

It has like the lizard man of South Carolina attacked cars and killed and eaten farm animals. So many people have seen it that there just has to be something to the story.

What exactly is the lizard demon and is it related to or the same type of creature as the lizard man in South Carolina. The lizard man of Lee County South Carolina has struck several times from April through August 2013. Several cars in the area have been reported to have been bitten and to have had huge scratches on them from the lizard man.

Three Large Hogs Killed In S.C. By Lizard Man

The former sheriff Liston Truesdale of Lee County South Carolina says that while he has never seen the creature that he does believe in the creature because he has seen what the creature has done. He went on to say that he has seen large hogs torn to pieces by the creature and he knows that no human could have done what was done to those hogs. The three 400 pound plus hogs were killed in the early morning hours of July 29th, 2013. S.C. State Wildlife Officiers are still trying to determine what killed the large hogs. The Hogs according to people who saw them were shredded and large portions of the hogs were missing. A large portion of one of the hogs was found over 2 miles away in a swamp. It was located with a bloodhound.

However the current sheirff of Lee County South Carolina refuses to comment on the incidents. Maybe someday we will know what the lizard demon and the lizard man really are.

Okay, I was about 9 when I heard my sister tell my mom, that she saw a lizard man on the shore of Lockport in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She was in her late teens then. She referred to it as a demon.

Now I don't know what she saw out there, but I do believe she saw something.

A scary and an interesting article. Reptilian humanoid? Quite possible.. "Reptilians" have been dismissed very often as cock and bull stories created by conspiracy theorists. But when people of an entire town witness such a phenomenon, it cannot be dismissed. This does require a serious investigation.

It sounds like too me that is what happens when a man is deprived of sex! It makes us go crazy and tear things up! left long enough we will chew things too pieces and live in swamps lol. Seriously though that is weird. It could be a prank though too. My dad told me of a story when he was young where their was a phosophorous snake which would crawl across the highway and it glowed. Terrified residents in Elbert County Colorado were terrified too drive at night because of it, but later on an old farmer confessed it was himself who made the thing, as a joke, he would paint it with a green glowing paint and drag it across the road at night with a small rope. But this story is weird, so i don't know what too make of this one. Sounds like this creature is tremendisly strong and full of rage, hmmmm
