John is an actor, writer, and entrepreneur interested in the search for truth and meaning in the world.

God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16

There is a Love that has existed from the beginning. This Love encountered hatred, anger, and continual plots from a fallen friend. Throughout the eons, Love sought someone to become one with. Love’s yearning was like that of a mother for her children or a foal’s desire for its mother’s milk. Love in itself was perfect. However, it was not complete, for love without expression is left wanting.

Therefore, Love said, “We will make a being called man in our image wherewith our love will be lavished upon him.” The beloved one was given dominion over all of His other creations, even the fallen friend. Love revealed His innermost being and communed always with the man. Yet, when the fallen friend came with a cunning plot to destroy the beloved, man forgot that Love is also Truth and followed another. But genuine Love covers all wrongful acts. Even though Love was betrayed by His cherished creation, He sent His only begotten Son to pay the fine for transgression.

Thus, with thanksgiving we must praise our God, who is Love, for making us beloved and for forgiving all our sins.
