Resistance | Even Unto Bloodshed

In Everything you go through to strive, and fight against sinning, have you sweated blood to avoid it?

In your struggle against sin, you have not yet resisted to the point of shedding your blood.> Heb 12:4

Remember those earlier days after you had received the light, when you stood your ground in a great contest in the face of suffering.> Heb 10:32

For this reason, when I could stand it no longer, I sent to find out about your faith. I was afraid that in some way the tempter might have tempted you and our efforts might have been useless.> 1 Thess 3:5

And when Jesus was at the place, Jesus said unto them, Pray that ye enter not into temptation.

And he was withdrawn from them about a stone's cast, and kneeled down, and prayed, Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done. And there appeared an angel unto him from heaven, strengthening him.

And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground. And when he rose up from prayer, and was come to his disciples, he found them sleeping for sorrow, And said unto them, Why sleep ye? rise and pray, lest ye enter into temptation.> Luke 22:40-46

Jesus was tempted and in agony when the time was drawing near of his crucifixion. He sweated blood - is was a pressure from satan to try to stop the will of God.To stop Jesus from choosing to die for us (Is 50:5). Our flesh screams at us to sin and it screams loud at times but truly we have never sweated blood from the agony and torment from it.

Jesus Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and was heard in that he feared;

Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered; And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him;

Called of God an high priest after the order of Melchisedec. Of whom we have many things to say, and hard to be uttered, seeing ye are dull of hearing.

For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.

For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe.

But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil. > Heb 5:5-14

Thank God we don't have to sweat blood, or even shed our blood, or die on the cross to be able to stand against sin. We have Jesus, his blood was shed for us, he was tormented for us.

Surely Jesus hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.

But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.> Is 53:4-6

So we must go to the one that has all power over satan and stand in Jesus name no matter how hard it feels to strive against sin. God doesn't always deliver us out of a situation or temptation but he will strength us against it, so we can resist it. We can do it with Jesus.

Behold (have in sight; see clearly), I give unto you power to tread (to press or beat with the feet ;to crush or injure; trample, walk ) on serpents and scorpions, and over ALL the power of the enemy: and NOTHING shall by any means HURT YOU.> Luke 10:19

And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:

That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;

And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. >Phil 2:8-12

Resist sin to complete the call God has on your life

And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat:

But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.

And he said unto him, Lord, I am ready to go with thee, both into prison, and to death.

And he said, I tell thee, Peter, the cock shall not crow this day, before that thou shalt thrice deny that thou knowest me.

And he said unto them, When I sent you without purse, and scrip, and shoes, lacked ye any thing? And they said, Nothing.Luke 22:31-35

I hope everyone realizes how close we can actually get to sinning without much or no effort at all. Real effort comes into action when you say "No I don't want that', or "No I will not go by how I feel or by whatever you put into my head", No, I will not be deceived and walk out of God's safety for any pleasure or empty promise!"

So, if you think you are standing firm, be careful that you don't fall! > 1 Cor 10:12

These kind of tests comes in waves at times attacking me, harassing me, to torment and tempt me away from God. The test only can survive a season, unless I open the door for it to take residence in my life to reek havoc. Opening this door through what I will call any major sin, which I will address later, will and can cause destruction in ones life. If you are and have dedicated yourself to Christ, walking out that call and choose to not heed God's warning you will die in that sin period!

Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season;> Heb 11:25

If God has brought you from a far way or even brought you out of anything that you had no power over than you have to understand that those demons, strongholds, and all that lies in wait for your destruction is always waiting for you to expose yourself. They are waiting and pondering the way to make you crack under pressure, so they can come in for the kill. To kill YOU! Satan desires to sift you as wheat!

Sin To Death

Son of man, I have made thee a watchman unto the house of Israel: therefore hear the word at my mouth, and give them warning from me.

When I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; and thou givest him not warning, nor speakest to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand.

Yet if thou warn the wicked, and he turn not from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul.

Again, When a righteous man doth turn from his righteousness, and commit iniquity, and I lay a stumbling-block before him, he shall die: because thou hast not given him warning, he shall die in his sin, and his righteousness which he hath done shall not be remembered; but his blood will I require at thine hand.

Nevertheless if thou warn the righteous man, that the righteous sin not, and he doth not sin, he shall surely live, because he is warned; also thou hast delivered thy soul.> Ezek 3:17-21

  • If anyone sees his brother commit a sin that does not lead to death, he should pray and God will give him life. I refer to those whose sin does not lead to death. There is a sin that leads to death. I am not saying that he should pray about that.

  • All unrighteousness is sin: and there is a sin not unto death.> 1 John 5:16-17

  • There is a way that seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death.> Prov 14:12

  • Don't you know that when you offer yourselves to someone to obey him as slaves, you are slaves to the one whom you obey--whether you are slaves to sin, which leads to death, or to obedience, which leads to righteousness?> Rom 6:16

  • For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.> Rom 6:23

  • For when we were controlled by the sinful nature, the sinful passions aroused by the law were at work in our bodies, so that we bore fruit for death.> Rom 7:5

  • The mind of sinful man is death, but the mind controlled by the Spirit is life and peace;> Rom 8:6

  • For if you live according to the sinful nature, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live,> Rom 8:13
  • Rather, we have renounced secret and shameful ways; we do not use deception, nor do we distort the word of God. On the contrary, by setting forth the truth plainly we commend ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God.> 2 Cor 4:2
  • The one who sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature will reap destruction; the one who sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.> Gal 6:8

A naughty person, a wicked man, walketh with a froward mouth.

He winketh with his eyes, he speaketh with his feet, he teacheth with his fingers;

Frowardness is in his heart, he deviseth mischief continually; he soweth discord.

Therefore shall his calamity come suddenly; suddenly shall he be broken without remedy.

Major Sins to God:

These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.

My son, keep thy father's commandment, and forsake not the law of thy mother:

Bind them continually upon thine heart, and tie them about thy neck.

When thou goest, it shall lead thee; when thou sleepest, it shall keep thee; and when thou awakest, it shall talk with thee.> Prov 6:12-22

Is dying without finishing or even getting to know your call from God worth it really? I so thank God for my choosing to meditate on these consequences. When you care enough about God and what he will think of your actions it makes all the difference. When you have sought God after He himself chased you down first, and he has placed His anointing, call, love, passion and will within you how could this ever be allowed by you, or me to ever choose to take anyone's hand other than Jesus?

We can choose to either complete the call that we answered YES to when God called us clearly by name.

  • Therefore, my brothers, be all the more eager to make your calling and election sure. For if you do these things, you will never fall,> 2 Pet 1:10

Or we can walk away and leave his shelter through disobedience and the lack of self control and die in that sin, because sin birthed out leads to death. An early death at that.

Or God may choose to deliver us over to our own flesh for the deliverance of our soul.

To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.> 1 Cor 5:5

Why turn us over to our own flesh to deliver our soul? So we won't be turned over to a reprobate mind from following after the lusts of the flesh and renounce and deny Jesus Christ as our Savior, or blaspheme the Holy Spirit.

If I was to stop seeking God and allowing Him to hold me up I know and promise you all I would go backwards a little at a time and eventually full speed ahead to self-destruction, and in misery for the whole ride and would end up dead without finishing what God has called me to do. This is how serious it is that we stay close to God. Keep the word of God in you, before your eyes for your sanity and well being. So you will remember to do it. So you can remain faithful and you don't become lazy and allow the tempter to come in and steal your inheritance, your life and your call.

I cry if I picture the outcome of any major sin that I am tempted with now, because I really truly know the outcome is for me not to finish my call and be taken out of the race. Oh how these tears comes screaming from deep in my stomach, like my inner man that is filled with the Holy Spirit is grieving that thought of my failure to obey God. It is so strong it like fire, God's power, God's desire and love surging through me giving me the strength to stay in His hands.

It reminds me of when the bible says that Peter bitterly weeped after he denied Jesus.This type of gut wrenching agony, this feeling is good for us because it should grieve us and even make us sad if we are in deep temptation of any sort. We should be thinking about God and what honors him, and listen to His voice and stay on the path of life. In his safety is where we really should want to be and remain if we've ever had a taste of life with God and than without seeking God, than we would truly understand what peace there is in obeying God at all costs. These pressing decisions are so very hard to make when everything around you is trying to lure you out, making it look good.

The costs of sin can scar your life forever. Causing one to never reach their true potential in Christ.The precious thing about investing your time in the word of God is that when you need it, it will already be inside you and will rise up in you to expose all lies and lead you in the light.

The cost of being uncomfortable for a season by resisting the temptations of the devil is worth it, with your reward in heaven where no man, demon, devil or anything else can steal it away from you.

Jesus said "Ye are they which have continued with me in my temptations.

And I appoint unto you a kingdom, as my Father hath appointed unto me;

That ye may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel."> Luke 22:28-30

We must think of our future and not at what it will do for our flesh right now. We can not afford to let our guard down even just one time or think that we can do it again because we have gotten away with it before.

You can not out run what sin reaps, you will pay for it if you do not turn away from it and don't even look back at it. Always keep in mind what sin does in your life. Remember the past and how miserable you were. Remember where God has brought you from!!

I remember where God brought me from and No!, I don't want to go back! You know when we are doing well and being consistent in seeking God, we will be tested and tried. Where God is wanting us, is requiring us to step it up and resist even harder, strive, press through in His strength. We are in the midst of a battle and we have to have courage.

The battle is to prevent the Body of Christ from resurrecting with all the power and promises of the end time saints. Satan knows that if we ever realize exactly what God has given us, that we are a giant in size and strength, we are God's army! God's army isn't weak and Satan is a defeated foe and we are the only ones that God is recruiting into this end time harvest, those that have accepted Jesus as there Lord and know and act like God has defeated Satan already! God has given us the authority over satan and His works in the name of Jesus, standing in faith!

Whom have you so dreaded and feared that you have been false to me"?

"Whom have you so dreaded and feared that you have been false to me, and have neither remembered me nor pondered this in your hearts? Is it not because I have long been silent that you do not fear me?> Is 57:11

Even Peter while being tempted with fear denied Jesus three times. This was a temptation from satan.Peter had witnessed Jesus healing, raising people from the dead and was changed himself by Jesus. Jesus had just said satan desires to sift you as wheat and that He had prayed for Peter, that his faith will not fail him : and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren".

  • For a just [man] falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief.> Prov 24:16

We are going to make mistakes and also strait out rebel against God at some point in our lives. But what happens when you have learned enough from God and it is time to stand and fall no more?

There is a point of no return with God do you know this? What I mean is that we are held accountable for doing as we have learned from God and come to a point where we have to grow up. We will have to suck it up and God will no longer take any excuses from us. God himself will not kill us but he will allow satan and his demons to come in through the open doors if we refuse to shut and thus resulting in our early death. I am not saying every God loving person that has died early or young caused there own death, not everyone dies just from rebellion alone. Sometimes we do not know why at all. I am talking about the sins that lead to our early death. Satan tempts us with the goal of killing us because we bare the word of God, Jesus Christ. It isn't as though it is us he wants dead but God's word.

There comes a point where we have to be serious and do what it takes to stay right with God no matter what. You see before I really loved Jesus and was doing my best to follow him and sin kept coming with it's temptations and I caved in over and over.

So over the years I seriously struggled with many different sins. One day after sevens years of being on fire with God and then not being on fire with God. It was on and off during this time because when I sinned I would feel really really bad and get worse. I would go deep into depression, acting out in self hatred. After all it was my fault, I choose to do the wrong thing! I really didn't understand the correlation of the two. I mean how if I messed up that I would go backwards every time. And I'm not talking about small sins that we may never be perfected on until heaven but, I'm talking about self-destructive sins such as sexual sins, lust of all types, drugs, lying, and stealing. So as I can not tell you everything but one day God kept telling me the stuff that was trying to seduce me was a trick. Than I still didn't listen to God, next HE said do or die over & over for years.

I knew what God meant by do or die. It meant that I had to walk away from that bondage of sin that I was in or it was going to kill me. So I heard God say this for years and didn't listen. Crazy right?

Next, I returned to the church I had originally been going to before I had stopped going 6yrs before. I was so miserable I was ready to do anything for God's peace to return and for this condemnation from the devil to stop.

Than one night at church God had sent me a message through another person and the main point was do or die. God sent the message that I could no longer commit major sins anymore or else the attack from satan would be so bad that I would end up walking so far away from God that I would be taken to perdition. BUT that God didn't want that and He would turn me over to my flesh for the saving of my soul. I already knew how far I had went during my darkest hour of my life when I walked away from God and it wasn't pretty . So I already knew I was capable of some horrible stuff that God hates. To go from street ministry being on fire with God's Spirit to dabbling into the occult is the example of my worst time of my life! This was many years ago and God pulled me back!

So was this warning from God harsh to me? NO, I knew God was right. I learned from my self caused misery to obey God. The call that has been placed on my life to bring to Gospel of Jesus to all God sends me to and it is very serious and satan's main goal is to stop all from receiving Jesus. With each level God brings us up to, it gets more dangerous to us to step out and sin against God. Because as we get stronger in God so do the attacks that comes against us. There is no turning back with God.

The great thing with this page is that I passed my last test! Praise God! I really don't want to give satan the advantage over me. The other night I was trying to go to sleep and another attack came on my body and mind while I was laying there. Before when these sinful thoughts would come I would for some stupid reason just let them stay to torment me to say the least! Or I would pray a little, sometimes a lot of prayer, or I would wake up from a bad sinful dream crying because I didn't want it. I wasn't asking for torment or even inviting it! Before this night it never seemed to stop when I would tell it too, never it always stayed for longer than I thought I could handle.

This last time I wasn't even trying to stop it, and all of a sudden I started thinking something like God is awesome, God is good. These type of simple thoughts and sentences and God's anointing came strong unto me, filling up my mind and body. It was so strange but amazing!

I didn't even purpose myself to think like this at that time, it just happened. After 2-3 mins of what I just described I realized the sinful thoughts had left and the attack on my body had stopped! This is a breakthrough for me! I realized even more that it was not me and actually an attack from the enemy, because it left just like that!

I think all a long I was trying to stop these attacks with my own strength and not in God's power, in faith. It is an awesome thing to being given the choice to live a life free of torment. I won't forget God, No I will not forget God.

We can't just be scared and weak to satan's tricks and traps. Don't sit there and take the assault, assault satan's kingdom and tare it down in Jesus name!!

Also if you are out there sharing Jesus with the world, or anyone at that- expect an attack, and it will start in your mind! Whatever you are teaching on or sharing that is drawing people to God, expect a test / attack in the same area you are teaching!

What better way to get the devil's attention, than by exposing him! It's better than getting that same demons attention by bowing down to it and letting it invade and destroy you! Not that I'm looking for his attention or anything. Just think if you are going to get satan and his demons attention either way which way would you prefer? FIGHT OR DIE IN VAIN PERIOD!!

If you belong to God you have no other choice if you want to stand. But if you don't want to push back and stand in faith than you can go ahead and and give up. You probably will die early. And thank God you will still be meeting Jesus if you were not turned over to a reprobate mind and renounced Jesus, blaspheme the Holy Spirit, or take the Antichrist mark during tribulation period, but how disappointed you will be when you find out how much you forfeited by that one wrong move of disobedience to God.

A lot of you, yes YOU who are reading my page I plead to you- choose wisely what you allow yourself to do. You could be one sin away from you not being able to fulfill the call God has on your life. God will not and can not protect you if you choose to commit major sins after a certain point. And if you don't know what I mean than one day, one day soon hopefully you realize how you refusing to seek God and his good plan for you by you obeying God because HE LOVES YOU could cost you your call and life! And once your dead how many people will be affected by that? God has called you to help someone, to do awesome things in his power! Far more than you could imagine! It is time to grow up and do it anyways, even if you don't feel like it!

See to it that you do not refuse him who speaks. If they did not escape when they refused him who warned them on earth, how much less will we, if we turn away from him who warns us from heaven?> Heb 12:25

Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of such things God's wrath comes on those who are disobedient.> Eph 5:6

God wants you to remain strong and do not allow yourself to weaken, or draw back from him the source of your LIFE!

But my righteous one will live by faith. And if he shrinks back, I will not be pleased with him." But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul. > Heb 10:38-39

Paul and Timotheus, the servants of Jesus Christ, to all the saints in Christ Jesus which are at Philippi, with the bishops and deacons:

Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.

I thank my God upon every remembrance of you,

Always in every prayer of mine for you all making request with joy,

For your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now;

Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:

Even as it is meet for me to think this of you all, because I have you in my heart; inasmuch as both in my bonds, and in the defence and confirmation of the gospel, ye all are partakers of my grace.

For God is my record, how greatly I long after you all in the bowels of Jesus Christ.

And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgment;

That ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ.

Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God.

But I would ye should understand, brethren, that the things which happened unto me have fallen out rather unto the furtherance of the gospel;

So that my bonds in Christ are manifest in all the palace, and in all other places;

And many of the brethren in the Lord, waxing confident by my bonds, are much more bold to speak the word without fear.

Some indeed preach Christ even of envy and strife; and some also of good will:

The one preach Christ of contention, not sincerely, supposing to add affliction to my bonds:

But the other of love, knowing that I am set for the defence of the gospel.

What then? notwithstanding, every way, whether in pretence, or in truth, Christ is preached; and I therein do rejoice, yea, and will rejoice.

For I know that this shall turn to my salvation through your prayer, and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ,

According to my earnest expectation and my hope, that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but that with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ shall be magnified in my body, whether it be by life, or by death.

For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.

But if I live in the flesh, this is the fruit of my labour: yet what I shall choose I wot not.

For I am in a strait betwixt two, having a desire to depart, and to be with Christ; which is far better:

Nevertheless to abide in the flesh is more needful for you.

And having this confidence, I know that I shall abide and continue with you all for your furtherance and joy of faith;

That your rejoicing may be more abundant in Jesus Christ for me by my coming to you again.

Only let your conversation be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel;

And in nothing terrified by your adversaries: which is to them an evident token of perdition, but to you of salvation, and that of God.

For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for his sake;

Having the same conflict which ye saw in me, and now hear to be in me.> Phil 1

Humble yourselves, therefore, under God's mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. > 1 Pet 5:6

And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. > Matt 10:28

Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast [some] of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life > Rev 2:10

What good will it be for a man if he gains the whole world, yet forfeits his soul? Or what can a man give in exchange for his soul?> Matt 16:26

We can not clean ourselves up and in the case of addictions there is demonic involvement.. influence.. so with Jesus is the only way to not let this overcome you. God just wants to teach us to walk in life... so we don't have to have what sin opens the door to.

As we submit to God and resist satan he will flee, Just as those in AA go to meetings everyday to stay clean.. we are to seek God with the same consistency, but with Jesus as we follow him we are set free.. he will take it out from the root not put a bandaid on it.. Deliverance is a process, one step at a time, one day at a time.. remind yourself of what God has done in the past ..stir up your reading his word.. Faith is to trust God.. yes we are weak but he will turn satan's plan for good.. to strengthen you. You having conviction and longing for God alone proves you're not too late.. He has always loved you.. enter into his presence through praise and worship,ask him to give you more of the Holy SPirit.. let his spirit fill and surround you.. as it cleanses your soul.. hands up in worship.. let the tears's is cleansing you.

His call is still there.. his plan is there for you. remember satan is a liar.. he wants you to feel so bad that you won't run to God. Draw close to God he will draw close to you.

I felt the same as you before.. like I was so lost in sin and my sins made me cry out to God.. he knew I didn't want to do them.. it brought me misery and I longed for when I was on fire with his spirit before.. this I think is called Godly sorrow which brings repentance.. the turning away of sin. So now is the time.. God knows you hate the sin.. and want him more than anything. Seek him again.. and don't stop no matter the falls.. a righteous man fall seven times.. God will meet you where you are.. 7 times.. In my life I saw it as 7 different seasons and with the 7th and rose and it may not be easy but now I have Godly fear, I can and have given up the world,it's ways, I learned to deny myself..and follow Christ. Peter denied Jesus 3 x even though he had been following Jesus.. Jesus said once you are converted go and strengthen your brother.. so Peter had godly sorrow for his sins and realized nothing was worth denying Christ and than became so strong that we got a full conversion. Read all of Matt 26. I have many more pages on deliverance,prayers and other stuff that will be helpful to you. I hope this has helped. God Bless you!

Do you think someone can sin so often that God won't take you back let alone forgive you no matter how much you cry out to Him? I have fought the sin of alcohol off and on thru a lot of my life to the point I think it is demon influence. I am just so scared that I have reached the point. It has been so long since I have felt His presence.

But if you don't want to push back and stand in faith than you can go ahead and and give up....

HI heavenbound,

Good subject, yes Jesus did pay for us with his blood and we are lucky we don't have to bleed, although people have been martyrs...but who's to say not everyone can be a martyr? for doing what God wants of us, and saying "let your will be done" or "I want to suffer to help others" even thou it's not crucifixion, it can be extremely hard, not just physically and emotionally and mentally...the crosses we are given, but the sheer Choice to be spiritual is a battle of the will.

Excellent comment, how could we ever choose anything or one besides Christ. I am so glad after all these years I have become the "new creature" in Christ!
