A Hymn: Put Me in Remembrance.
Singing and composing hymns and other songs have been part of my life since my teenage days
Composer's Foreword
Singing songs have since the ancient days been part of people in the Yoruba land, and when Christianity is brought into the land, singing has been one major part of worship which the people enjoy most, and having been an integral part of Christian worship it is not hard for people to learn songs remotely, including hymns without notes.
This I alongside others during my days benefited from.
However, since the internet has made the world a global village, I considered it wise to apply the little knowledge of composing songs that I have gained over the years by using a well appreciated template so that people all over the globe would benefit from my composed songs.
To actualize this, I used to employ the use of known hymns from which I believe lovers of songs would be able to join me in singing as well as adding one or more to the composed songs as they may have been ministered to by the Spirit.
Therefore, if you know this hymn, you can also sing the composed song beneath.
The Composed Hymn
1. Put thou me even in remembrance so says the Lord God
Come let us plead an' argue our case 'even together
Present your case
Also prove thine innocence
So that thou may be justified
2. Put thou me even in remembrance so says the Lord God
Produce your cause, bring forth your strong reasons says King of Jacob
Because I am
Even the One who declares
Ending 'ven from very beginning
3. Put thou me even in remembrance so says the Lord God
Because I will watch over my words even to perform it
Know assuredly
That a tittle of my words
Will not go without being fulfilled
4. Put thou me even in remembrance so says the Lord God
Because I am even the Alpha and the Omega
Yea even in me
There is no wavering at all
For I am God and there is none else
