Healthy relationships are best described as interdependent. It means you rely on each other for mutual support. But healthy relations do not look the same for everyone. Its definition varies from person to person as everyone has different needs. Still, there are some essentials for a relationship that make it strong and healthy.

1. COMMUNICATION:

The most important part of a relationship is open communication. The ability to communicate openly makes your relationship strong. Expressing your thoughts and talking about your feeling for your partner make both of you understandable to each other. Communication gaps might make it difficult to understand each other’s true feelings.

2. TRUST:

Another hallmark of a healthy relationship is trust which involves honesty, belief, and integrity. You should have strong trust in your partner. You can keep any secret from each other it might weaken your relationship.

You should give physical comfort to your partner so that you both feel physically safe with each other. You both do not force each other for anything and make things comfortable and pleasurable for each other. Mutual intimacy also involves respecting each other’s sexual boundaries.

Having enough space and privacy for your partner is much important in order to bring both partners happy. Both partners should accept and respect the privacy of the other. As everyone has their own interests so it should be the other one’s responsibility to give personal space and time.
