Why Does Mike Pence Make Joe Biden Nervous?

Like many of you out there, I am an American voter who who trusts that our checks and balances will protect our democracy from harm.

*Note - This article here of mine was initially published on December 26, 2020.

Many Americans may not realize it, but Vice President Mike Pence has the legal ability to act as the gatekeeper against former Vice President Joe Biden being certified as our nation's 46th president. Now, I realize that many Biden supporters out there are going to respond to this article here of mine with great skepticism and insist that there can be no other fate for the American people but to be stuck with former Vice President Biden as our president for the next four years. However, the United States Constitution never lies.

Some of you Trump supporters out there may have given up all hope of President Donald J. Trump ever getting a second term in the Oval Office come January 20, 2021, but you are going to feel much greater optimism once I reiterate to you everything that I have found out about how the process works to overturn a presidential election here in our nation. If Biden supporters wish to go on living in their bubble of denial that any evidence exists to prove that voter fraud and procedural derelictions did occur in the 2020 American presidential election, then they are free to do so. They will be eating their own words once they realize that this situation is about to take on a life of its own to the extent that the United States Constitution allows.

So, you're probably asking why I believe that Vice President Pence makes former Vice President Biden nervous. Did Vice President Pence catch former Vice President Biden watching Rocky and Bullwinkle cartoons and former Vice President Biden wants nobody to know about it? No, it's nothing like that. Did Vice President Pence catch former Vice President Biden addressing Senator Kamala Harris as his boss during one of his cognitive misfires and he wants to keep it under wraps? No such luck. However, I'm sure that Senator Harris would like the idea of former Vice President Biden mistaking her for management. She'd have him mopping the floors. Allow me to explain what Vice President Pence could actually be getting ready to do to former Vice President Biden to keep him from ever setting foot in the White House in the future.

1. Vice President Mike Pence Has Two Ways Of Standing Between Former Vice President Joe Biden And The White House?

Vice President Pence is currently considered to be the President of the United States Senate. In that same capacity, he has the authority to reject the submissions from the United States Electoral College so that former Vice President Biden will not be certified as our nation's president-elect. He has two different ways of doing so.

If you have been watching the news faithfully, you will recall that Republican legislators from seven battleground states (Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico) chose Trump electors for their own states. Even though the secretaries of state for these seven states chose Biden electors in accordance to the alleged outcome of the November 3, 2020 presidential election here in our nation, Vice President Pence has the authority to refuse to certify the Biden electors from those same states and then certify the Trump electors from those seven states instead on January 6, 2021. If he does so, then President Trump would be declared the winner of the 2020 American presidential election.

Vice President Pence could also take his actions in a different direction for this same purpose. He could merely refuse to certify the Biden electors from the seven above-described states to push former Vice President Biden below the 270 electoral threshold and could remand the matter to the United States House of Representatives for a contingent election accordingly. Because there would be more Republican state electors than Democratic state electors voting in that event, President Trump would be much likelier to receive a second term in the Oval Office than former Vice President Biden would be to get inaugurated as president on January 20, 2021.

The second above-described option that Vice President Pence has regarding a contingent election would be the one he would most likely employ if he were to act as a gatekeeper against former Vice President Biden's pathway to the White House. Even though the first option would be the most painless one for Vice President Pence to employ, it would be the less popular one compared with the second one. 2. Republicans On Capitol Hill Are Organizing Against Former Vice President Joe Biden's January 6, 2020 Certification As President-Elect

Republicans on Capitol Hill are organizing to dismiss the submissions of the United States Electoral College for the above-aforementioned battleground states so that former Vice President Biden will not be certified as our nation's president-elect on January 6, 2021. In other words, they will organize to reject the Biden electors from those same battleground states; and if they are successful, a contingent election will ensue. Alyte provides a full explanation of how these events could likely take place in her YouTube video below.

Republicans On Capitol Hill Are Organizing To Keep Former Vice President Joe Biden Out Of The White House

Because there are dueling electors in the seven above-aforementioned contested states, Vice President Pence would have the ability to select the Trump electors over the Biden electors under the 12th Amendment to the United States Constitution. If all goes well on January 6, 2021 and former Vice President Biden is not certified as our nation's president-elect, Vice President Pence may not even need to take the measures as described above. Our nation could very well be expecting President Trump to get sworn in for a second term in the Oval Office on January 20, 2021 or afterwards depending on how quickly everything moves along. Then again, if Vice President Pence becomes concerned about RINO Republicans turning against President Trump in a contingent election, he may decide to certify the Trump electors instead of the Biden electors from the seven above-aforementioned battleground states so that President Trump will be guaranteed that he will get back into the White House for a second term in office. We all have to see how these events play out.

3. My Conclusion To This Topic

January 6, 2021 will be rolling around not before long, and important decisions are going to be made on Capitol Hill. Despite that smoking guns have been surfacing all throughout our nation and the world that the 2020 American presidential election was rigged and stolen, die-hard Biden supporters continue to indulge in their denial of any evidence to support that there was voter fraud and procedural derelictions at the polling places throughout our nation.

Americans need to realize that a Biden presidential administration could provoke serious social and political problems throughout our nation that may take us all beyond a point of return. The United States Constitution is the only thing standing between us and that dreaded fate, and President Trump and his allies have every right to utilize the full machinery of it.
