Coronavirus: The Comforting Prospect of Lockdown

COVID-19: The Undesirable Combat

Undoubtedly, 2020 is a wicked year. The whole world is changing but we all are under a trap of the corona-virus. People all around the globe live in fear of an invisible virus which is making our life visibly hell. Besides all of this, we all are in combat which makes our "mental health" harms the most. Of course, this is not the image of the world we have in our mind even this continuous isolation makes us more panic as a human is a "social animal". Since December 2019, we are still going through it and now this virus has named as a pandemic with no vaccine but doesn't forget the survival chance is 98% so don't be panic. The undesirable situations of temporary unemployment studies disturbance, social distancing and especially the alarming fear of contracting coronavirus is continuously making our lives unsettle as well as depressed. Here, my job is to make you happily distracted through an informative journey.

The Bright Side

There are the various co-operative sides of lockdown which you can view as a bright side of this whole era. You may notice the carbon emission has surprisingly fallen. The improving signs of pollution-free air, blue skies, cleaner water, and quieter oceans indicating a new hope for the better. For us, this is a magical opportunity to protect our land from the virus which is infecting more than five million people worldwide. Here, we are capturing flashes of cure from coronavirus through maintaining the carbon emission in a better way. We can also switch to non-pollution vehicles by reallocates our street for new cycle paths or you can grow a plant too.

Right now, we may be missing the fun of dining out. However, the truth can't be denied that we are eating much healthier than before because the terror of the virus keeps forcing us to eat healthily. You can re-birth your old tradition of having dinner with your family during this quarantine by spending quality time with your family or you can cook food as well.

Have great enthusiasm. Our lives rely on staying home and doing nothing, so why don't you try something that pleased you. Personally, quarantine makes me lazier than ever and that makes ruin myself day by day. Then, I finally decide to do something that I hope for but never done before because of my daily routine so I try sketching and it comes out "all right" as a beginner. I'm so pleased that at least I saved my day so if I can then you can do it too so WHY DON'T YOU TRY NOW? Something creative that you list it but your busy schedule always drag you down. Now, we all have enough time to do anything creative that cheers you up.

Social Stigma as a Sensational Antagonist in COVID-19

I know, this topic is not a positive prospect but we have to make it positive in our community. If we compare both Covid-19 VS Social stigma then exactly social stigma is going to win as well as racism due to the current panic in our society. Social stigma is playing a super-villain character for those who are suffering from a specific disease like diabetes, blood pressure, cardiac patients or many more especially when it comes to Covid-19 patients. These treatments unsympathetically affect their family, friends, caregivers or neighbourhood. Believe it or not, people who are not even suffering from these diseases but care to talk about it in a pessimistic sense that generates social stigma and difficulties for those patients and families. We can't feel their pain. Social stigma is toxic, not only for the one who suffers but for everyone. It's really good to talk about the virus for good purpose but do avoid talking about who transmitting COVID-19 or the infected person, talk about the positive and accurate information such as hand sterilizers, hand-washing or the recover patients but save yourself and others from rumours. This will prevent Covid-19, mental illness and negativism.

Precaution:

Covid-19 content needs precautions too :)

HandsMouth and noseSocial Distancing

Wash your hands for 20 seconds.

Use mask especially when you're not at home.

Avoid crowded places.

Use hand sterilizer if water or soap are unavailable. .

Cover your face and nose with tissue when sneeze.

Avoid close contact but show kindness with safety.

Conclusion

To summarize this prospect, I simply want to say stay healthy with a positive mind because we all are in this together. Stop blaming others, it will only create racism and negativity. Many people are suffering from COVID-19 or other diseases but it doesn't mean we can hurt them with our words. We all are the same, stop comparing others with atrocious grades, try to comfort them rather than create complication in this hard time. For sure, don't be lackadaisical when it comes to precautions. What you need to remember is we all are in this together, if we still not wake up and support each other for good purpose then we'll all heading off to ruin ourselves.

Hope for the better even in the dark.
