The Devil Behind the Democrats - George Soros

I'm on the right side of politics and enjoy a good debate on government, the economy, common sense, and the rights of the people.

George Soros has been called the single most dangerous, destructive, demagogue leftist in American politics. He is a megalomaniac with messianic tendencies and also one of the wealthiest men in the world. He holds dual citizenship in Hungary and America and is known across the world as an investor, business magnate, philanthropist and author. Unfortunately, what he is known for is mostly negative self-serving business deals, particularly centered on currency manipulation. He is also laser-like focused on using his billions to impose a radical political agenda on the United States of America.

Early Life and Early Influences

George Soros was born in Budapest, Hungary August 12th, 1930 as György Schwartz to Jewish parents who were educated professionals. Soros’ father changed the family name to Soros in 1936 to keep off the German radar during the roundup of Jews. During World War II, Soros lived with and posed as the godson of an employee of the Hungarian Ministry of Agriculture, whose job it was to confiscate the property of Jews and George worked as his assistant. He felt no connection with the Jewish population that he was part of and was quoted as enjoying his job with the Minister. He later survived the bloody Battle of Budapest in 1945. In 1947 Soros left for England where he attended the London School of Economics. He was quickly enamored by one of his professors, Karl Popper, an atheist who mentored Mr. Soros until his death, with the “open society” concept being his most influential teaching. In 1951 George earned a Bachelor of Science in philosophy and in 1954 a Master of Science in philosophy in 1954. Upon leaving school he entered the merchant banking field in an entry level position. After gaining some experience in the banking field, Mr. Soros moved to America with the intent of making some money and then returning home, however the level of success he had in America kept him there permanently. First as an Analyst and then a Portfolio Manager is where Soros really flourished, starting his own investment fund with $250,000 which grew in value over the next fifteen years to over $1 billion. He is a highly skilled investor, ruthless and without a moral compass when he’s making money. His predictive skills have been termed near-magical as he seemed to know just the right funds at the right times to make huge profits.

Currency Manipulation for Profit

Yet it was his deals involving currency that really gave him the nefarious notoriety that he has today. Currency manipulation is something central banks of their respective countries do to artificially lower the value of their currency and by default the cost of their exports to give them an unfair advantage in the global economy. Savvy traders can hoard currencies in large amounts hedging on the fact that they will gain strength which will yield them a profit. The process is quite complex and could certainly be an entire article on its own. Some of Soros’ activities, such as when during the 1997 Asian financial crisis, Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir bin Mohamad accused him of bringing down the nation’s currency through his trading activities made him hated. In Thailand he is known as an economic war criminal. In the United Kingdom, Soros is known as “The Man who broke the Bank of England,” due to the time he initiated a British financial crisis by dumping 10 billion sterling, which forced the devaluation of the currency but left Soros collecting a billion-dollar profit. He was able to for-see a European financial crisis and bought short positions on the British Pound and sold them all simultaneously which pushed the UK’s exchange rate to a point where they were forced to raise their interest rates just to keep stability. Some conspiracy theorists say Soros has insider information from Germany; however it’s never been proven. Soros won big, his reputation soared, and the world saw him for the evil man that he really was.

Soros, Bill Clinton, and World Destruction

During the tenure of Bill Clinton, Clinton-appointed U.S. advisors, among whom George Soros wielded tremendous influence, several Russian oligarchs hijacked the Russian privatization program, acquiring the crown jewels of the Soviet economy in rigged “auctions,” at fire-sale prices. In the four years between 1992 and 1996, 57% of Russia’s state-owned companies were sold for pennies on the ruble, with some of that property ending up in Mr. Soros’ personal investment portfolio, as he later admitted in Congressional testimony. Much more ended up in the hands of corrupt Russian oligarchs, many with roots in organized crime. The U.S. House banking chairman declared that at least $100 billion dollars had been laundered out of Russia with the help of US banks making it one of the greatest social robberies in human history, but with Bill Clinton in office, it was casually swept under the rug. Leftist’s writers often state the entire event differently stating that Mr. Soros played a significant role in the peaceful transition from communism to capitalism in Easter Europe in the late 1980’s or how he created and provided the Central European University in his hometown, one of their largest-ever educational endowments. By looking deeper, we can see that everything George Soros does might have nice wrapping, but what is inside always benefits him.

George Soros was part of the full court press that dismantled Yugoslavia in 1990 and was understood by only a few insiders for what it was. Washington, using George Soros's Open Society Foundation and the IMF, introduced economic chaos into Yugoslavia as an instrument of geopolitical policy. In 1989, the International Monetary Fund demanded that the prime minister impose structural reform on the economy, but under those IMF policies, the Yugoslavian GDP sank in 1990 by 7.5%., and by another 15% in 1991. The IMF demanded wholesale privatization of state enterprises and the result was the bankruptcy of more than 1,100 companies by 1990, and more than 20% unemployment. Behind the scenes, different groups were pitted against one another which eventually led to the country breaking up into smaller states and a series of wars and genocide which led to a quarter of a million people being killed. Soon after the Clinton administration went to work on the next stage of the project with American and British oil companies scrambling to exploit the potentially vast oil reserves believed to lie under the Caspian Sea off Baku, and bordering Kazakhstan in central Asia. As we can see, the strategic position of Yugoslavia in regard to the potential oil sources of central Asia became increasingly important for Washington. Some say Soros played a role because he supported to Muslims in Bosnia while others say Yugoslavia was for an unnamed personal reason, perhaps tied to his ties in Eastern Europe.

Soros rarely gets caught

The list of atrocities Soros is attached to, is long and complex, however he has been quite adept at avoiding prosecution in most cases. He was convicted in France of insider trading for buying and selling Société Générale shares in 1988 after receiving information about a planned corporate raid on the bank. He’s continued to appeal the case with no luck. In a March 2005 ruling, a French appeals court confirmed a fine of €2.2 million, or $2.8 billion, set by a lower court for the illegal purchase of 95,000 shares in Société Générale. In 2009 a Hungarian court ruled that Soros Fund Management LLC will have to pay a fine of 489 million forints ($2.5 million) for unlawful trades in shares of OTP Bank OTPB.BU. The fine relates to a complicated series of deals Soros made just before the market closed on Oct. 9, 2008, which PSZAF said improperly influenced the market and led to a plunge in the price of the shares of the country's biggest bank and gave Soros a tidy profit, of course.

There have long been quiet conversations about what role George Soros and his hedge funds had in the financial crisis in America in 2008. It’s no secret that Soros met with a heavy hitter in the Wall Street trading circle beforehand, and it just so happens that this Wall Street trader, John A. Paulson, made billions of dollars on the decline in housing prices. The collapse of the financial system in mid-September 2008 greatly damaged the electoral chances of the Republican ticket of John McCain and Sarah Palin, who were ahead in the polls at the time, and paved the way for Obama’s victory. Obama was bought and paid for by Soros, but more on that later.

The Open Society and American Politics

The Open Society Foundations which George Soros serves as founder and chairman of is a network of foundations, partners, and projects operating in more than 100 countries and follows his commitment to the idea of open society. A global society where rights are respected, government is accountable, and no one has the monopoly on the truth, or at least his idea of the truth. In the United States, Soros is a well-known supporter of progressive and liberal political causes. He’s given or donated billions of dollars to leftist causes such as ACORN, the Apollo Alliance, the National Council of La Raza, the Tides Foundation, the Huffington Post, the Southern Poverty Law Center, Planned Parenthood, the Center for American Progress, America Coming Together, and Media Matters. Soros was a financial backer of the progressive watchdog group which has been accused of hyper-inflating even the smallest faux paus of any Republican or conservative candidate in an attempt to destroy their careers. He has also been a huge sponsor of a progressive PAC (political action group) that raises millions of dollars for Liberal candidates at all levels. He tries to influence American elections by pouring tremendous amounts of money into candidate funding either directly or indirectly. He wants to limit America’s sovereignty and has pushed for international groups to take primary roles in world leadership

Soros OWNS Obama

Once Soros and his cronies created the disruptions in the financial markets and housing markets which shattered the chances of Senator McCain in the 2008 election and helped propel Barack Obama, a highly unqualified candidate into the White House, things began to heat up in earnest. Obama had some time ago been given the nod by Soros that he would be the candidate and not Hillary Clinton. Soros saw young Obama as more electable and made it clear to the rest of the party by pledging one of the first donations to Obama after he announced his intentions to run. Most people do not know that George Soros had a direct connection to Obama during his run for a Senate seat serving as his mentor. The limited experience Mr. Obama had in government meant George Soros could easily manipulate him and use him as a tool to destroy the United States.

Soros Says It - Obama Does It

Obama has done just what he set out to do just, as he stated just 5 days before the election: "In just 5 days, we are going to fundamentally change the United States." That was something people seemed to ignore. Yet, it’s now obvious that he was just doing the bidding of Mr. Soros. History show us that just a few days after Barack Obama was elected President, George Soros made a statement where he was quoted as saying “I think we need a large stimulus package which will provide funds for state and local government to maintain their budgets because they are not allowed by the constitution to run a deficit. For such a program to be successful, the federal government would need to provide hundreds of billions of dollars. In addition, another infrastructure program is necessary. In total, the cost would be in the 300 to 600 billion-dollar range." And amazingly enough one of the first priorities of his presidency, Obama pressured Congress to pass a monumental $787 billion economic-stimulus bill whose text was 1,071 pages long. Obama stressed the urgency of passing this bill at the earliest possible moment, so as to minimize any further harm to the U.S. economy. Some of the things hidden in that gargantuan bill were the repeal of numerous essentials of the 1996 welfare-reform bill (George Soros had strongly disagreed with,) 32% of the new stimulus bill was earmarked for new means-tested welfare spending for every poor person in the U.S. ($6,700 per family.) Unprecedented levels of spending did not at all trouble Soros since they ultimately made the American government more vulnerable. Again, in December 2009, Obama moved forward with a set of new multibillion-dollar stimulus and jobs proposals while explaining that America must continue to "spend our way out of this recession.” Many people have realized how strange it was that if Soros mentions it, Obama has pushed it, almost like they are connected.

Another complex but hard to ignore topic is Obama’s foreign policy. It’s actually whatever Soros’s Open Society Foundation tells him it will be and history will show it. The $100 million Mr. Soros “gave” to Human Rights Watch and his sponsorship, along with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID)-funded National Endowment for Democracy (NED), of a number of Eastern and Central European front organizations has given the global hedge fund tycoon an inordinate amount of influence over President Obama’s foreign policy. Soros’s domination of the Obama administration can also be seen in Obama’s selections for not only Cabinet-level positions but, more importantly, in the secondary and tertiary levels of government where policy is produced. It is at these levels where Soros’s minions concoct foreign, economic, and defense policies that are indistinguishable from those of Soros. When we step back and look at the connections between the Muslims, Soros, and how American policy has played out over the last eight years, it’s eerily clear about whom the real puppet master is in Washington.

Multiple Examples of Soros Guiding Hand

In March 2009, President Obama appointed Harold Koh as legal advisor to the U.S. State Department. Koh is an advocate of transnationalism, a concept arguing in favor of “global governance” as opposed to the constitutional sovereignty of independent nations. His perspective was that the world's most challenging problems are too complex for any single country to address effectively on its own. The only solution is for all members of the international community to recognize a set of laws and institutions whose authority overrides those of any particular government; a new world order. Soros's desire for a worldwide social welfare structure is consistent with his preference for some form of global government. He often spoke that the greatest hindrance to pushing through a world based system is the United States and the freedoms of its people.

During his 2008 campaign, Obama stated his support for cap-and-trade. In 2009, Soros announced that he intended to spend $10 million over a ten-year period to fund the formation of a new Climate Policy Initiative, designed to address global warming by helping nations achieve low-carbon development in what he termed, the new energy economy. Despite the fact that under a cap-and-trade system, electricity rates would skyrocket, Obama wanted to push it through and Soros backing it made it seem possible.

In 2010 George Soros predicted the U.S. economy would remain in the midst of a prolonged downturn and it would be imprudent for lawmakers to extend the Bush-era tax cuts which were due to expire on January 1, 2011. Soros went so far as to propose that the existing tax rates be permitted to return to their previous, higher levels, and that whatever extra revenue was booked should be used to finance yet another federal “stimulus” program. But as the economy foundered and the President's popularity waned obvious by the historic losses suffered by congressional Democrats in the midterm elections, Obama began to break from Soros and restricted his calls for a tax hike only to those in the highest income brackets. In the end, the President, recognizing that the electorate fiercely opposed higher taxes for anyone, stubbornly agreed to extend all the Bush tax cuts for two more years. George Soros was not pleased and it was widely circulated that he now regretted his support for Obama over Clinton.

In 2012, The Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG), a United States government agency that oversees government-supported news media hired a George Soros-linked pollster to “conduct a national survey on media and opinion in a difficult research environment of the Latin American market. Strangely enough, this particular contract was not put out for bids and that the company has been publically accused of polling in a way to further the Liberal narrative. Also, the other polling companies have repeatedly stated that this firm was always wrong and produced shoddy and fraudulent data.

In 2015, five major banks agreed to plead guilty to criminal charges brought by the U.S. Department of Justice for manipulating the exchange rates of U.S. dollars and euros. The banks will pay $5.8 billion in fines to the United States Government. Not one individual banking executive was indicted in the currency manipulation scam. This scenario sounds all too familiar after reading about the actions of George Soros. The reason for no personal indictments is simple; George Soros. The man who owns Barack Obama and is estimated to have poured millions of dollars into Obama’s coffers has been doing this for years through his funds and he was never prosecuted.

Throughout his term, Obama has been pro-immigration, primarily as a way to dilute the American population with enough foreigners to out vote Americans. The immigration-related agendas of Barack Obama fit perfect with those of the Soros activist groups. As the President called for, “comprehensive immigration reform” those groups translated it to mean incremental amnesty. Obamas Senate voting record was right on the money with what Soros wanted. He opposed workplace immigration raids; favored a “path to citizenship” so as to “bring people out of the shadows”; advocated laws that would permit illegal aliens to obtain driver's licenses; supported the DREAM Act, which would allow illegals to attend college at the reduced tuition rates normally reserved for in-state legal residents; and opposed a Senate amendment calling for the withdrawal of federal assistance to “sanctuary cities” that flout federal immigration laws.

Soros was also the brainchild behind Obamacare, despite what the Clinton’s would argue. Records show that he has long favored a greater role for government in the American healthcare system. In 2009 and 2010, Health Care for America Now (HCAN), a vast network of organizations supporting, ideally, a “single-payer” model where the federal government would be in charge of financing and administering the entire U.S. healthcare system had center stage. HCAN’s strategy was to attempt to achieve a system incrementally, first by influencing public option that a government insurance agency would better serve people and would compete with private insurers. This message was communicated with emphasis that it helped Americans so they would longer be at the mercy of the private insurance industry. Because such an agency would not need to show a profit in order to remain in business, and because it could tax and regulate its private competitors in whatever fashion it pleased, this “public option” would eventually lead to private insurers dropping out of the system until only one remained; the government. Trickery which would make Americans, think that they only had a single option and that the government was just stepping in to save them when no one else would. Soros heavily funded the groups that pushed the message for Obamacare.

"Investing in the Democrats"

From 2001 – 2010, Soros directly or indirectly invested $32.5 million dollars into American politics, while the hated Koch Brothers, the Conservative brothers who serve as Liberal whipping boys, spent a mere $1.5 million. The proliferation of the 527 organizations that were made possible by McCain-Feingold in 2002 opened the door for multiple abuses of the system which have been heavily exploited by Soros. The spending to unseat President George W. Bush in 2004 was unsuccessful but shattered political spending records with over $27 million injected through 527’s. Soros has also aided hundreds of left-wing groups in America since 2000 under the auspices of his Open Society Foundations. From 2003 - 2013 he gave more than $550 million to liberal organizations in the United States. This funding was spent to further liberal agenda topics like global warming/cooling/climate change, gun control, government funded of student loans and even the IRS targeting of conservatives. Any agenda item that the Liberal’s show a strong stance on is usually because Mr. Soros tells them so.

Soros Upping the Ante in 2016

After an 11 year hiatus, George Soros is returning to big-ticket giving with a commitment of more than $13 million to support Hillary Clinton and other Democrats this election cycle, already more than his total disclosed spending in the last two presidential elections combined. Also it should be noted that over the past few years, Soros' charities have given between $1.5 million and $6 million to the Clinton Foundation. The reason for this sudden and frantic outlay of cash is alarm over the past few months at the candidacies of Republicans Donald Trump and Ted Cruz. In a statement last week about a new group he's funding to increase voting by Latinos and immigrants in the election, he specifically mentioned the two candidates by name. Neither of these two candidates would give Soros the access to government he enjoys and they would both likely eliminate most of the things he spent millions of dollars on building with the support of President Obama. This spending by Soros is larger than just supporting Ms. Clinton; it serves as a message to other big donors that it’s time to write checks to maintain their grip on the nation.

Soros has such a wide web of organizations all working in tandem to drive his message, some which will surprise many Republicans. Tax records of the Soros funded group, Open Society, shows that Soros gave 33 million dollars in funding that kept the Ferguson riots going among other civil disobedience the group has funded. Soros has used Open Society much as he has to support Black Lives Matter protests as well. These incidents, whether in Staten Island, Cleveland or Ferguson, or a Donald Trump political rally are not spontaneous protests. They are well planned and well-funded. Soros used his other groups to fund scholarly works blaming conservatives for the actions as well as decimating that same information through his bought and paid for media campaigns of and Think Progress. He also feeds that information to like-minded news organizations like PMSDNC, CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC and the New York Times.

Soros's biggest contribution this year is a total of $7 million to Priorities USA, the main super-PAC supporting Clinton. Another $1 million went to American Bridge, an opposition-research group. And last week, he announced he was putting $5 million into a new super-PAC known as Immigrant Voters Win. The group is part of a coordinated $15 million voter-turnout effort, first reported in the New York Times that is targeting Latinos and immigrants in Colorado, Nevada and Florida. He’s also pledged $5 million to another effort, led by Democratic lawyer Marc Elias, to challenge new voter-identification laws and other restrictions at the state level.

Education Manipulation

Soros and several others of his Liberal billionaire friends play an often overlooked role in influencing education and ideology with his funding of major universities. To date he has spent over $400 million dollars in educational coercion. His foundation gave $26.4 million in grants and projects to U.S. universities in 2013 alone, doing his part to shape the agenda, research and curricula at the college level where the next generation of American adults are being informed. Another billionaire, Tom Steyer, gave $40 million to Stanford University to create the TomKat Center for Sustainable Energy in 2009 with the mission of helping educate and train the next generation of leaders in sustainable energy. Former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, a fierce gun control advocate, has given to the Johns Hopkins Center for Gun Policy and Research, which resides under the aptly-named John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Mr. Bloomberg has given more than $1 billion to Johns Hopkins’ various departments in his lifetime.

Republicans - Hold On To Your Hats

Republicans need to hold on to your hats but according to the Center for Responsive Politics; Soros Fund Management is one of John Kasich’s top financial contributors. Yes, George Soros is funding Republican candidate John Kasich against Trump and Cruz. Soros has been a top funder of the push to open America’s borders and just recently Kasich publically spoke, making a series of extreme statements on immigration that places him to the furthest leftward reaches of not just the GOP Presidential field, but the Democratic Presidential field as well. For instance, Kasich has said that enforcing our immigration laws and deporting the illegal immigrants is not “humane.” Kasich likened deportations to the Japanese internment camps of World War II. Kasich has also pledged that he will enact amnesty within the first 100 days of his hoped-for Presidency. Those Republicans who are supporting John Kasich’s presidential campaign are voting to enact the largest amnesty in U.S. history by April 30, 2017.

Additionally, two Wall Street titans who helped George Soros make his billions have channeled hundreds of thousands of dollars into John Kasich's presidential bid. Given that Kasich, after retiring as a congressman in 2000, worked for seven years at Lehman Brothers, until its collapse in 2008, it's not surprising that the Ohio governor is an attractive investment for big finance guys. It’s no longer a question of party affiliation but a question of power, with Trump and Cruz standing up for the people, while Kasich rolls over and follows the orders of his handlers. Amnesty John Kasich supports open borders and TPP, which equals fewer jobs and lower wages for Americans.

Kasich - Paid Puppet (Sound Familiar?)

Republicans are scratching their heads again wondering why a Republican would take a stance so contrary to the interests of the American people. Marco Rubio offered legislation to do the same thing back when he was part of the gang of eight and still showed up for work in the Senate. It’s obvious that they are owned by their financiers, and that is who they represent. In the case of Kasich it’s following one of the most evil anti-American men in history. The man who has been a national menace that has been sending insurgents to disrupt Donald Trump rallies across the nation, George Soros. It’s no wonder Kasich chose to vilify Trump in the aftermath of his rally cancellation in Chicago. Rather than placing responsibility with the paid and volunteering disrupters he maligned Trump; he’s already doing the bidding of his master.

Is this the complete story behind George Soros? No, sadly its just the tip of the iceberg (I'd write more, but it would be too long for anyone to read.) Does it sound conspiratorial ? To some yes, but if you open your mind, read and research the topic like I've done, it will become clearer. Or you can keep voting for Liberals and watch America go down the drain and watch your puppet candidates surrender every freedom we have all because of one man's vision for a world without he and his cronies control.

Hate it, Love it, tell me why - Don't be offensive - This is an issue all Americans should be able to get behind - when someone tries to influence our nation for their own gains, its time for a change. I think this is why they fear Donald Trump being elected - he's not anyone's lap dog.

The Logician from then to now on on November 15, 2019:

Jack, do the math. The federal government will collect $3.645 trillion in taxes for FY 2020. If we stopped all spending tomorrow how many years would it take to fund 122 trillion of unfunded spending? 33 years! Oh but in just the next 4 more years the unfunded spending will go up 35 trillion. Every year beyond that the infunded liabilities will go up by multiple trillions - stop all spending and you will NEVER be able to fund it!

And how long to you think America will last if it stopped all spending to fund the unfunded liabilities?

Simple math Jack, we’re doomed. Cut spending? That’s a joke! Do the math!

Jack Lee from Yorktown NY on November 15, 2019:

T, I disagree with your assertion that there is no solution. The solution is to stop spending. When at a time of great economic boom, there is no reason we should be spending more than we take in.

It is up to Trump to put a stop to big government spending. These tariffs will help but more needs to be done. Asking foreign governments like Japan and Germany to help pay for their defenses is another source of revenue.

However, spending is the big issue.

We need to cut spending. There are just too many programs that don’t work, full of waste and abuse...

If we just cut 1 penny or 2 with every dollar, we will reverse this debt crisis. Simple as that. Don’t tell me we can’t cut 1% of our budget.

The Logician from then to now on on November 15, 2019:

Well actually America’s politicians have driven her off the cliff long ago and no matter what happens it won’t stop the fall. Eventually the crash will come, Trump or no Trump, Rinos or no Rinos, nothing can stop the fall once we’ve gone off the cliff. The doom of which I speak is unfunded liabilities — $122 trillion in payments the government owes and has promised its citizens — without the funds to fulfill those obligations and it’s never going away. Surely, such an incomprehensible number makes you gasp. But now, get ready to gag because in 2023 the “Debt Clock Time Machine” projects unfunded liabilities will be $157 trillion, a $35 trillion increase in only four years. At least the Congressional Budget Office was honest when its 2018 report stated, “The prospect of large and growing debt poses substantial risks for the nation and presents policymakers with significant challenges.”

Those “substantial risks” and “significant challenges” — now too politically painful to address and resolve — are baked into the debt bomb and scheduled to explode sooner than you think. As reported last June, Medicare’s hospital trust fund is expected to run out of money in 2026. (Hey, 2020 candidates, be sure to mention this when flacking Medicare-for-all.)

And what is our precious elected leaders’ solution?

IGNORE IT, act like it doesn’t exist!

Yes! That’s the only choice because there is no solution, they all know it and so who cares? No one.

Jack Lee from Yorktown NY on November 15, 2019:

John Kasich is a RINO. He and other Republicans have done nothing to help the party advance conservatism. In fact, the GOP leadership are not supporting the TEA party candidates. They are part of the swamp of DC. Everyone of them should be voted out of office. We need a renewed TEA party movement. These bureaucrats has spent us to oblivion. The Democrats has raised the debt, and Republicans are no better. We don’t have two parties in the US anymore. We have the same party of big government and crony capitalists. Soros is the king of crony capitalist.

The files detail Soros' work plans, strategies, priorities and other activities. These documents shed light on one of the most influential networks operating worldwide.

An aggregation of leaks show Soros to not just be sponsoring Democratic Candidate, Hillary Clinton (besides hundreds of politicians all over the world) - but to be directly dictating US Foreign Policy in exchange for donationsto the Clinton Foundation. Of the Clinton emails which were hacked from her private server and released by WikiLeaks last March, there is some correspondence which shows that Soros directly dictated US State Department policies (in this case, involving Albania), giving instructions directly to Hillary Clinton, which she followed to a "T". Savvy - I was insulted when you, and I quote said "RJ, I explained the Soros/Kasich thing. I talked about Frank Church---and you withheld my comment. Shouldn't readers be able to see all sides of the story and make up their own minds?" That is you directly accusing of something I didn't do and then belittling me a bit - and by the way, I went through all of your comments on your profile and checked - they all matched the timeline and none showed as denied, yet you are still hanging on to it. In this case, I'm sorry to say but you are wrong. I expect people to challenge my work and I respond in due order, but you were challenging ME and trying to weave it in with some post that I NEVER EVEN SEEN. It's your choice to comment or not comment in the future - if you want to bring up additional information on a story , please do so, but please don't say I'm hiding anything from the discussion. Post it again if it was so important that you're still bringing it up. You can just apologize and we can forget about it. I forgive you in advance!

savvydating on March 24, 2016:

Tsad. Thank you. Ralph, not trying to insult. I did write about Frank Church here and in breakfastpop's hub, but it appears it did not go through. It could be there is a time out thing that applies here since I multi-task. Don't know. In any event, I was merely bringing up another aspect of the Kasich background. However, since my bringing up these other findings offends you and causes you to think I am questioning your integrity, (which I certainly was not), then I will not post on your hubs any longer, so as to make you more comfortable. Again, my only goal was to bring up additional information, just as I did with breakfastpop, who took it all in stride. No hard feelings. You're a good writer. Best of luck in all you do.

I doubt Kasich would subscribe to any of Soros's beliefs, but he'll take their money to get elected and deal with him later even if there is a tit for tat. In other words he'll allow Soros to believe he is using him to get his money. Meanwhile Soros' goal to keep Trump from getting the nomination by keeping Kasich in the game is accomplished. If Kasich were to by some miracle win, not Soros' goal btw, Soros will deal with him later (because he has a stake in him, literally through his heart)

Later, her husband noticed her sitting in her car in the driveway with the

windows rolled up and her eyes closed, with both hands behind the back of her

He became concerned and walked over to the car. He noticed that Linda 's

eyes were now open and she looked very strange. He asked her if she was okay,

and Linda replied that she had been shot in the back of the head and had been

holding her brains in for over an hour.

The husband called the paramedics, who broke into the car because the doors

were locked and Linda refused to remove her hands from her head.

When they finally got in, they found that Linda had a wad of bread dough on

the back of her head.

A Pillsbury biscuit canister had exploded from the heat, making a loud noise

that sounded like a gunshot, and the wad of dough hit her in the back of her head.

When she reached back to find out what it was, she felt the dough and thought

it was her brains. She initially passed out, but quickly recovered.

Linda is a blonde, a Democrat, and an Obama supporter, but that could all be

a coincidence.

The defective biscuit canister was analyzed and the expiration date was from

2008, so it was determined to be Bush's fault.-

ALL the Washington Politicians, by that I mean Dems and Reps, Senators and Presidents, have guided America down the wrong path for over 20 years... it has led to the empowerment of China into a Super State that has more global influence and economical power than we do. It has led to the rise of Iran as the growing de-facto power in the Middle East. And it has led to the exodus of our industrial strength to other nations... I don't see how any of this has made for a better tomorrow in America.

The Logician from then to now on on March 18, 2016:

And Cruz would be in! That's all you need know to figure this out. (please excuse my senior moment typos like sight for cite, I know the difference). The one think you can be sure of is the sane electorate of this country is fed up with the Republican Party as it has conducted itself for the last 20 years and it won't be happy until the donor class is defeated. Trump followers care only about one thing, he calls a spade a spade when it comes to the people running this country and they want them gone. Like Tantaros says, it isn't going to matter to them what they bring up about Trump.

The Logician from then to now on on March 18, 2016:

SD I'm glad you say what you say and I'm sure Ralph welcomes your point of view. I think you make perfect sense, Trump is unproven on this front having never been a policy maker nor in a government office so there is plenty of reason to doubt whether he will do what he says or even if he can and his demeanor in words, actions proposed policies can be viewed as reprehensible.

But by the same token you can say that of all the candidates, all except Cruz. Kasich has shown himself to be just like the Democrats on immigration and big government programs so we actually know where he will go with that.

So my point is all the things you say about Trump, which I grant you are basically true as far as who he has been (not necessarily who he will be) the idea that this Republican establishment fears Trump because of who he is is total "Honeymoon" THEY FEAR TRUMP BECAUSE OF WHO HE IS REPRESENTING, HIS FOLLOWING. The same reason they fear CRUZ, because of his solid core conservative backers. They do not want a conservative and anti-status qou electorate to hand over their power to anyone not in their (especially not bought by) their cabal.

You are letting your disdain for Donald Trump's character cloud your vision of how the establishment (users just like Soros) views this primary, their role and the voter's role (which to them is totally irrelevant if it is against their objectives).

The proof is Cruz, you even say you like him and he obviously is the only one who can win (Kasich can't). So why would you think the establishment doesn't want Cruz? Same reasomn's you sight why you don't like Trump? Cruz is not guilty of any of the criticism's you mention about Trump, yet the establishment hates him more than Trump, so why would you think your dislike's of Trump are the reason the establishment dislikes him? Kasich is their only pawn left and without them he'd be gone, without him they'd be gone.

Ralph Schwartz (author) from Idaho Falls, Idaho on March 18, 2016:

I think Trump has solid ideas behind his message - Jeff Sessions and Dr Carson believe in him and that's a solid endorsement

Ken Burgess from Florida on March 18, 2016:

Check the Center for Responsive Politics - they track financial contributions to candidates. Soros fund management donated over $200k to Kasich, and suddenly his new viewpoint is that he will make all illegals legal... he is now another bought and paid for anti-American globalist.

Do some research on NAFTA, on TPP and TTiP, and you will begin to see what the real threats to our country are, and why all the jobs are fleeing our country, why our wages are going down, not up, and why we have nearly triple the amount of people on Welfare since Obama took office.

Trump is saying he will change that... and he says it in as simple terms as he can, he mentions NAFTA, TPP, China, the illegals because collectively combined with the Trillions in debt we have amounted... these things spell America's doom if they are left unchecked.

Ask yourself why is EVERYONE out to destroy him, why is every mis-spoken position and misdeed ever done being polarized and magnified?

Simple, Trump has been pointing out the real threats to America's future, the future for you and I, our children, our freedoms, our independency as a Nation. We can't be sure he will do anything about it, but we CAN be sure the rest of the candidates running WON'T.

savvydating on March 17, 2016:

Who is the 1%? Do you really believe Trump will not sell us out---when that is all he has ever done? Trump is a Clinton lover who lives for himself. Have you looked into the debacle called "Trump university? Do you wonder why he does not reveal his taxes. Does anyone wonder why he is being audited? As an aside , does anyone care that he is for late term abortion? Has it occurred to anyone that he is morally bankrupt? Or is this just a thing of getting back at the "estsblishment." By the way, this is why I have defended Kasich. I look at the records---not conspiracy theories. If we denigrate every "estsblishment" candidate for no other reason than they are anti-Trump, then we are no better than radical left wing hypocrites who deride everything that doesn't align with their agenda.

We can't do that. If we choose Trump, who is a Democrat and a Clinton lover (do your research) then we are screwed.

Will Cruz be any better? I don't know. I do know one thing, even if it costs me my HP friends. I would choose Kasich over Trump anytime, anywhere. Frankly, I see nothing terrible about his record and I alarmed that anyone would knowingly vote for Trump. Frankly, I wonder if Cruz is much better.

Alright then, I'm quite sure RJ has had enough of me. I've said what I felt needed to be said. Voting is not about making friends. After Obama the divider, we need to be cognizant that Trump had also divided the races, and he had done it quickly. This is not a good thing, folks.

The Logician from then to now on on March 17, 2016:

Yea Ken!

Ralph Schwartz (author) from Idaho Falls, Idaho on March 17, 2016:

Ken that is a great post and your analysis of how the Obama Administration keeps global deals under wraps is spot on. It takes our sovereignty away - the NWO must not be allowed to take over America.

Ken Burgess from Florida on March 17, 2016:

One of the main men trying to stand in the way of the people taking back their country and doing away with all that Soros has done to harm our nation the past decade (or two).

The only 'monumentally stupid' people in the US are the ones who haven't caught on to the game... which Trump has successfully exposed.

Few people have any real clue what has been passed under Obama's Administration... like the WTO and TPP.

A WTO appellate tribunal declared a U.S. federal law illegal, that should have caused giant shock waves across America and should have sunk any hopes of congressional passage of the TPP, which, twinned with the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), forms the centerpiece of the Obama's Trade/Globalist agenda. It was never reported, no one knows about it.

TPP which was passed last year, how much have you heard about it?

If we get four years of Clinton it will cement all that has been done the past 8 years and going back 25 years or so to NAFTA.

America as we know it will cease to exist, our rights as we know them will quickly be encroached upon and stripped, and in less than ten years we will be dealing with issues far worse than what Greece contends with today.

Trump is saying he will change that... and he says it in as simple terms as he can, he mentions NAFTA, TPP, China, the illegals because collectively combined with the Trillions in debt we have amounted... these things spell America's doom if they are left unchecked.

Those Americans that haven't been duped by the media, or just have their heads in the sand are voting Trump, because Trump is the only one who doesn't have his knee bent to the establishment, and to Soros.

I'm saying ALL Washington Politicians are bad... Obama, Bush, Clinton... they are all Establishment, all knees bent to China and International Corporations and Globalization... and that's why both sides, the left and right are out to get Trump.

The two sides only exist to make simpletons who feed into their BS believe there is a difference between the Parties... there is none anymore, both sides are selling this country out, and ruining it for all Americans (except the 1%).

And they have been doing so for more than 2 decades now.

The Logician from then to now on on March 17, 2016:

SD I don't think you actually got the gist of what I said. I didn't say Kasich was responsible for the antics of Lehman. I said no one person can be made responsible.

Yeah he was in the senate in the 1990's and that is my point. It was Congress in the 1990's who sent bills to Clinton which he signed, financial deregulation, which in many ways set the stage for the excesses of recent years. He was part of the "establishment" back then who turned a blind eye to what was obvious to many was leading America down a path to destruction with the government (the senate then was part of the government) organizations like Fannie Mae and their practices. If you support Cruz why in the world would you give a hoot about Kasich who is bought lock stock and barrel by the people in the Republican Party Cruz wants to do away with and who hate Cruz more than Trump.

savvydating on March 17, 2016:

TSAD. Kasich was not to blame for the collapse because he worked at Lehman. He was not involved in that aspect of the business. He began putting together a committee to run for governor of Ohio around 2009. He was in the senate in the 1990's. I do not blame him for the 2008 meltdown. The article I provided looks at that. This is an area where you and I and Ralph disagree. I also don't believe Kasich could not even remotely be a Soros man.

OK, I've said my piece. Not going to beat a dead horse anymore. You know that I adore you.

Perhaps you may want to "add" this video to your Hillary hub.(?)

I would be curious as to how this could all be whitewashed by Hillary loyals, especially her star supporter, LMC....BUT at this point, I'm only 100% certain they WOULD whitewash every stinking bit of it. (Utterly outrageous)

EXCELLENT hub by the way. You & pop are without a doubt, our best political informants....and I for one, Thank you. Paula

The Logician from then to now on on March 17, 2016:

I had heard that Trump threw Kasich under the bus with Lehman but hey, who's going to believe any one person was to blame for that? The truth is the Government's LIBERAL policies and laws that basically forced banks to write bad loans started back in the Clinton administration and Kasich and all the other politicians who served in elected office from then until now ARE to blame for the outcome. They either caused the situation or stood by and did nothing (or not nearly enough as Bush tried to head it off) about it even though the writing was in the wall (from DANIEL) as to where this was going.

That's why we need to clean house, get rid of anyone from the times leading up to the crash and allow a new generation of political conservatives not hogtied to the party's establishment classes, we need term limits, a balanced budget, the end to capitalist cronyism, a whole new start!

But I don't believe we will actually get what is needed no matter who is elected because we went over the cliff long ago, financially, economically, morally and in practicality and now the only question is when will we hit the bottom.

I said earlier Looney toon politics. Did you see Obama's latest creation? Obama WH Addresses 'The Diaper Divide'; 'We Don't Have a Program to Help Struggling Families Buy Diapers'

Congress won't give him the money to fix the "diaper divide" in the country so he'll veto the budget unless it is in it. Then the Republicans will be blamed for taking away babies' diapers! Can you believe it? I wonder if Soros dreamed this one up.

Obama wants to literally make it so you need the federal government to wipe your ass! Crash landing, here we come America.

RJ, I wasn't trying to put you down. Just questioning the Kasich thing since I had heard differently. My goal is to get to the truth, always. It is my way. I read your entire article and it was well written. Thanks for replying.

TSAD, my friend, thank you for answering my question. I'm still looking into some things, so I am not agreeing with anyone at this point.

Well done! If there is more , and there is, to be said about Soros write on, because it is so important. Sadly, the electorate didn't care about Obama and his associations. They put him in office twice and we all suffered and are still suffering the consequences. Katich won't make it to the WH unless the Republican elite decide to put him there. It is becoming quite clear that all these primaries and caucuses are a sham. What the voters want might not be who they get.

Brad on March 17, 2016:

Another well written hub.

Kasich just because he was deeply involved with Lehman, and they were the first to topple in 2008, causing the domino effect, he should be suspect as part of the problem.

People say that they have researched their candidates, but based on their comments they just didn't do enough research.

Soros and his other rich like minded people shouldn't be allowed to manipulate the political system of the US, and any country. The voters need to look more closely at the source of funds for the campaigns of the candidates. These sources will more accurately define the motives of the candidates. As you pointed out about Obama being supported by Soros, and then Soros having an inside puppet president.

I agree that dilution of Americans has already morphed the America of the 50s, which in my opinion was the pinnacle for America. Starting in the 70s, America has been declining and it continues today.

The last 24 years have seen America manipulated, and weakened of its values. The US constitution has been changed to put the tail in position to wag the dog. While, the Supreme Court has been making some of its worst decisions, and most of them 5-4.

Open borders is not just Immigration failure, it is also the drug, weapons, and human trafficking corridor. The single most important issue is that it is a way for terrorists to easily get into the country. Remember, it only took 19 of them to bring down the US. There was not a single active defense by the entire US government to even try and stop those terrorists.

I am getting off the track, whee.

America is becoming a puppeteer run governments. We always knew about the financial backers of the parties getting favors from their puppets, but Soros took it to an extreme

Sadly, none of your information here will even be read much less absorbed and intelligently assessed by the loyal party voter. Like religious believers, it is all about faith for them.

Even if they go to a brokered convention, he's not going to be the nomination. Either mittens or Paul Ryan will get it and he'll be left open mouthed and disappointed. He's like the 4th string establishment guy after Jeb, Marco, and Hillary would mop the floor with him.

When I heard Kasich pledging amnesty in the first 100 days, I thought he just killed any chance of being elected or appointed to any position in the new Administration. It made no sense until I read about the Soros connectiion. I guess money is King.

Ralph Schwartz (author) from Idaho Falls, Idaho on March 16, 2016:

Jack, thanks for stopping by to comment. I've been putting together a list myself and since I was stuck in a hotel on business decided today would be the day to write a hub. I found myself having difficulty on what to omit just to keep it short. What's your take on the wave of stories about Kasich being funded by Soros? That SOB will do anything to stop Trump.

Ralph Schwartz (author) from Idaho Falls, Idaho on March 16, 2016:

SD - I'm not sure if your putting me down with your remarks, or trying to prove me wrong and frankly, I don't really care what position you are taking on the facts. Why did Kasich suddenly pledge amnesty? Try looking at the Center for Responsive Politics - they track financial contributions to candidates. Soros fund management donated over $200k, your looking into it must not go further than those publications you consider reputable. I guess Breitbart, WND, the Daily Caller, Bloomberg, Western Journalism, Allen west, Hannity, and many more must not qualify as reputable under your guidelines.

Jack Lee from Yorktown NY on March 16, 2016:

Excellent summary on Soros. I knew most of what you wrote about Soros and have been tracking some of his actions for some time. He is the puppet master behind many of our elected officials. It is a mystery for me why a Jew would be so anti-Israel in his policies. There is no doubt that he and the many elites are pushing the One World Order. His activities are clearly anti-American and anti our Constitution. I would like to see a future DOJ indict him for un-American activities.

The Logician from then to now on on March 16, 2016:

Hey SD! I took a test online to see who my views line up with the most out of all the candidates. I got 98% Cruz, 92% Trump and 3% Hiliary! No surprise there!!

What is happening now I think is totally revealing what those who run the Republican Party, the establishment Republicans, really are and that is Democrat lite. Reagan had to fight them every inch of the way. He didn't want Bush Sr. (establishment Rep.) as VP but to get where he wanted to go that was a compromise he had to make in the party. George Bush Sr. worked hard as President to undue the political progress Reagan made with conservatism and we can thank him for giving us the next 16 years of liberal policies and spending under Clinton and his son George W. There is a second world of "politics" behind the scenes and concerning global power in the hands of a few "families" Bush being one of them. Tyrants and other world leaders are well aware of this "new world order" as Bush H.W. called it and I believe, though it can never be proven, the motivation behind the war in Iraq was payback delivered by his son to Saddam for his attempted assassination of George Bush senior. All the other reasons for going into Iraq were just excuses, Saddam had nothing to do with 911. But Saddam, being a dictator and so part of the world order, had to be made an example of for that "Cabal" to know the consequences of attempting to assassinate one of these global elite.

But now we come to Kasich. He is NOT a conservative though he points to things he has promoted that are he never mentions the myriad of things he has done that are diametrically opposed to conservative ideology or if he is called to defend his actions he dodges principal falling back on well it's the humane thing to do or something like that.

The guy has won only one state! and he thinks he can win the primary? BS, he knows he can't possibly and he is throwing his hat in with the establishment just like Rubio did, betting on the donor class while they are betting on him to throw this primary into a contested convention. I have no respect for him or Rubio because if they were truly conservatives as Cruz is, they would have gotten out of the race as soon as it was obvious Trump was only getting 35% of the vote and the three of them were spliting the other 65%. One on one Cruz would cream Trump. The establishment loaths Cruz, that is where the money is so Kasich and Rubio preferred to be bought rather than unite and fight for conservatism. TRUMP can never be bought and that is his greatest strength as we now can clearly see why.

savvydating on March 16, 2016:

I have looked into it, and I will look further..... But Trump did twist the facts about Kasich. The Lehman Brothers thing was a non-issue given Kasichs position, as was the immigration issue. According to the Washington Post, Trump lied. I would think Trump would be more worried about Cruz, but maybe the contested nomination thing has got him spooked. I just don't see Soros supporting Kasich, who is a known "penny pincher." That would be a 180 for both of them.

Like I said, I'll keep reading, from reputable publications, about Cruz and Kasich.

Ralph Schwartz (author) from Idaho Falls, Idaho on March 16, 2016:

I'm sorry, but I do not delete anyone's comments but don't always get time to respond to each one. You may be in doubt of the claims about Kasich, and perhaps you don't see my work as credible, which I cannot say.

All you'd have to do is search the web and see the overwhelming amount of stories about it. Trump isn't the one making the claims.

savvydating on March 16, 2016:

From what I have read, this narrative about Kasich is false. Trump has made some claims which, thus far, have not panned out. I also wonder why RJ has chosen to follow me, but has either deleted or ignored my comments. Interesting article, but I have my doubts about some of these claims. That being said, I despise Obama.

My vote will go to Cruz---at this juncture. I have doubts about this character assassination of Kasich. I'll look into it. This comment might not see the light of day, but no matter. It has helped to clarify my thoughts.

Ralph Schwartz (author) from Idaho Falls, Idaho on March 16, 2016:

Thanks - I'd have liked to talk more about immigration but maybe that's for another hub

savvydating on March 16, 2016:

TSAD. What is your take on Kasich? This is the first I've heard that he is aligned with Soros.

The Logician from then to now on on March 16, 2016:

A great expose on Soros Ralph!

A shame isn't it, when people like Hiliary supporters

don't even inform themselves of her history of lies and histrionics how can we expect them to be informed about people like Saul Alinsky or George Soros ?

Well done Ralph.
