Joe Biden's Negative Policies Have Boomeranged and His Overtures to China Resulted in Anus Swabs for US Diplomats
Introduction
Joe Biden won the election but many are not convinced that he won it clean and square. This point is not the subject of this article but an analysis of what he has achieved in the first month of his presidency. It is very clear that he is carrying out the diktats of Obama who appears to be getting a third term though he's not the actual president. The net result is that Biden has let America badly down in the international arena and there is no doubt that all the American allies from Japan to Israel and India are greatly miffed by the approach of this man.
By his antics, Joe Biden has ensured the isolation of America, and very soon new power groupings will emerge.

Damaging alliances
The coming to power of Joe Biden has had a negative effect on the United States image globally as well as making it lose friends very fast.
Joe Biden took over as president of the United States on 21st January 2021. It will surprise people to know that the first act by the US ambassador to Israel was to change the Twitter handle from ambassador to Israel, to the ambassador of Israel, West Bank, and Gaza. The Senate was not happy with this and it angered Israel and the US ambassador changed the Twitter handle again back to what it was. The damage had however been done. It is worth mentioning that the majority of Democratic and Republicans did not support Biden on this and he had to backtrack immediately. This just about shows the character of the man. In the bargain, he damaged the US relationship with Israel.
In his effort to undo the good work done by Donald Trump at the behest of Barack Obama, he canceled the military deals with Saudi Arabia and the UAE. In one stroke he damaged the relationship with his two most important allies in the Middle East who had been with the USA for the last 60 years. The next step he took was to stop support to the Saudi's in their war with Houthis.
Matters were compounded when the secretary of state Antony J Blinken in a statement said he would take up human rights violations in Kashmir but he did not mention the persecution of the minorities in Pakistan or China and the massive human rights violations going on there.
The Indian government has made it plain that it would consider this to be an unfriendly act. Not satisfied with this the Secretary of Defence Lloyd Austin has gone on record to say that they will have better relations with Pakistan and give them military and economic aid. India knows that whenever this military aid has been given to Pakistan it has used it against India only.
This was followed by some uncalled-for comments by the US state department on the farmer's agitation in Delhi. The Indians however reacted very strongly and in a message to the Americans made it clear that all this was an Indian internal problem and the farmer's laws had been passed by Parliament. The Americans were reminded that they themselves had riots on Capitol Hill.
This was a clear signal to the American administration of Joe Biden that India will not tolerate any interference by the US government in India's internal affairs. By such acts, Biden damaged the strategic relationship between India and the United States. India has made it clear to the American administration that the entire relationship with the United States will be reviewed after this sort of approach.
In a matter of two weeks, Joe Biden damaged his relationship with 4 of his allies. This just shows that his sole aim is to undo whatever Donald Trump has done and also points to a confused state of mind as far as his concept of power politics is concerned.
The anus swab test
Joe Biden also took a stand against Russia but began to make friendly noise towards China. This was again at the instigation of Barack Obama but Joe Biden was not aware that China of 2021 is not the same as China of 2012. The Chinese took the soft approach of Joe Biden as a weakness and they started the biggest insult of all time when they insisted on carrying out anus swabs of US diplomat posted to China for the ostensible purpose of testing for Covid19. This was a big insult. China has not done this to any other country. The matter was taken up with China which subsequently reversed this order but it was clear as to what the Chinese think of Joe Biden.
Taking Joe Biden head-on, China began to violate the airspace of Taiwan and Japan in the Senkaku islands. The Chinese announced that the US warship USS John McCain had been escorted out of the South China Sea. The US is silent on it, so obviously there is some truth.
The Quad
Biden realized that he had bitten off more than he can chew and he called for an emergency meeting of the Quad between India, Australia, and Japan to counter China but by damaging his relationship with India which is the main prop to oppose China, the Indian's showed no enthusiasm for this meeting. Joe Biden will now be wondering what to do.
Last word
I wonder if the people in America really realize how much damage Biden is doing to America's relationships in the world. He has not commented on the genocide of Muslims in Sinkiang and it has been left to Canada and Germany to condemn China on this matter. He has applied sanctions on Burma but India, China, and Russia have backed Burma and the Americans have no say at all.
Israel, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and India including Japan are now thinking of a realignment after the antics of Joe Biden. India will move closer towards Russia which has been a long-time ally. The Chinese have also mollified India and there is a complete disengagement on the northern border. This has shocked the state department. India has also agreed on a cease-fire agreement with Pakistan and things are looking better. In the bargain, it is Joe Biden who is going to lead America into an abyss of no return. History throws up incompetent people like Bahadur Shah who destroyed the Mughal Empire. I wonder if we are going to see Mr. Biden in the same colors.

Thanks, Tom, Nehru had written 'that a strong China is an expansionist China.' There is no doubt that the Chinese army is a paper tiger as has been proved in the latest standoff in Ladakh. Joe Biden has not been able to read the Chinese mind and will have to pay a terrible price for it. He is relying on Obama's policies which now do not stand. Mao Tse Tung was a shrewd man; he not only made a bunny of Nehru but also behaved like the emperor to President Nixon and his sidekick Henry Kissinger.

I appreciate this article that gives us a world view to Biden's antics, MG. Many here are also upset about Biden shutting down the pipeline and the crowd at the southern border. Biden promised to be a moderate, but that has not happened at all. Thank you for this information, MG.
