A report by the nonprofit election integrity organization Election Justice USA (EJUSA) is recommending that Democratic primary results in numerous states, including New York and California, be decertified and that the paper ballots be recounted by hand in all states which show irregularities, where paper ballots are available, and counted by hand in all future US elections.
Certification of election results is in the hands of the elected position of Secretary of State in each state.
The report, "Democracy Lost: A Report on the Fatally Flawed 2016 Democratic Primaries,"questions the legitimacy of the nomination of Hillary Clinton. It is co-authored by the 100th president of the American Statistical Association, Fritz Scheuren, a professor at George Washington University. The report declares:
"We conclude by calling for decertification of the 2016 Democratic primary results in every state in which we have established a reasonable doubt as to the accuracy of the vote tally."
The states in which EJUSA found strong and compelling evidence of election fraud against Bernie Sanders are Alabama, California, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
As a remedy for future elections, the report calls for the "exclusive use of hand-counted paper ballots in all future US elections."
The report calls attention to a famous scene the HBO documentary "Hacking Democracy," in which the ease with which a vote-counting machine can be "hacked" is demonstrated. The machine employs a kind of ballot-scanning technology which is currently in use in most states. A malicious program is inserted in the machine, with or without the knowledge of local election officials, which miscounts the votes on the ballots inserted into the machine. Most voting jurisdictions in the US now use such "optical scan" vote tabulating machines.
"Hacking Democracy" Hacking Demonstration
The report estimates that up to 184 pledged delegates went to Clinton which should have gone to Sanders. The report concludes:
"an upper estimate of 184 pledged delegates lost by Senator Bernie Sanders as a consequence of specific irregularities and instances of fraud. Adding these delegates to Senator Sanders’ pledged delegate total and subtracting the same number from Hillary Clinton’s total would more than erase the 359 pledged delegate gap between the two candidates."
Following the release the EJUSA report, the mainstream media have attempted to dispel the notion that election fraud could happen in the United States.
In a piece mocking Donald Trump's recently expressed fears that the general election will be "rigged" for Clinton, Brendan Nyhan of the New York Times writes in "How Donald Trump’s ‘Rigged’ Claim Chips Away at Democracy":
"Most recently, supporters of Bernie Sanders spread similar conspiracy theories that Hillary Clinton’s campaign used election fraud to win the Democratic nomination."
Nyhan even goes so far as to charge that it is Trump who threatens democracy by challenging the integrity of elections, rather than the perpetrators of possible fraud, saying:
"This claim threatens the norms of American elections and could provoke a damaging reaction among his supporters."
And the Washington Post, in an article published on August 15th, two weeks after the release of the EJUSA report, seems intent on preemptively discounting any future allegations of election fraud. The title of the Post article is "Why plenty of Donald Trump supporters will believe that Hillary Clinton stole the election."
EJUSA identified voting patterns it said were "strongly suggestive of electronic voting machine tampering."
The report noted that "in other technologically advanced countries such as Germany, Canada, France, Ireland, Italy, Denmark, Finland, and 53 other countries," election ballots are counted by hand and in public. Germany banned the use of machines to count ballots in 2009.
The entire Democratic primary season was marked by multiple lawsuits, federal and state level investigations of election fiascos and irregularities, and open instances of fraud benefiting Hillary Clinton, all of it unreported by the national media. In Chicago, a citizens election watchdog group testified at a Chicago Board of Elections hearing that they witnessed local election officials manipulating the results of machine-counted ballots. A lawsuit has been filed by election integrity activists.
Who's Counting Testifies Before Chicago Elections Board
In San Diego, citizen election observers filmed ballots on which votes for Bernie Sanders appeared to be erased with white-out. A lawsuit alleging election fraud on the part of city officials has also been filed in San Diego County.
Other election integrity groups are also calling for all future elections in the US to be conducted by paper ballots which are hand-counted in full public view, such as the Institute for American Democracy and Election Integrity.
The recent EJUSA report is one of a number of reports and papers released this year challenging the primary election results which propelled Hillary Clinton to the status of "presumptive nominee." Another was published by graduate students affiliated with Stanford University entitled "Are we witnessing a dishonest election?"

I am sorry I missed this article when it was fresh. But, this is not like fish that goes bad with time, it is more like aging a fine wine.
The democrats only see fraud when it works for them, not against them.
Nothing has changed from the published date of this article to make it outdated.
The democrats shined the light on alleged Russian Interference with our election. The government based it on the allegation made by a private company hired by the DNC that said the Russians hacked the DNC servers. This started the 5 investigations on Trump based on the non verified by the government allegation. The FBI nor any other government agency actually investigated the actual DNC servers.
While the democrats diverted the election fraud to the Russians and Trump, no one investigated the real fraud that could easily be proved with tangible evidence. And that was the DNC and Hillary Clinton, and I would say Bernie Sanders. I think he was more of a willing co-conspirator than a victim. They should all have been investigated, but the democrats successfully got control of the republicans, using the best defense is a good offense. And they are still successfully doing it today.

I disagree with the conclusion "exclusive use of hand-counted paper ballots in all future US elections."
The greatest election fraud in history occurred with paper ballots.
The issue is AUDITABILITY NOT the technology. A bad paper based system is far worse than an auditable electronic system.
We should be demanding AUDITABLE systems regardless of the technology.

Hand counted in the public only or I would not vote again, because my vote to Bernie Sanders got stolen or erased by the corrupt Hillary Clinton & DNC with the helps from the major medias, like CNN, NYT, WP even the public funded NPR.
Peggy Ellswortth on September 06, 2017:
If we are to continue to be a Democracy, hand counting in public is the ONLY way to go. No one feels right about the last election and perhaps a couple before that.

Was it not Clinton who passed the Election Modernization Act?? Was it not Clinton the reason for Citizens United SCOTUS ruling? Clinton criminal cabal lie as much as 45 while feigning innocence. They are disassociatives intent on moving the NWO goals forward by any means available to them.

The nomination was already decided by the Super Delegates. I consider this years election one of the greatest failures of Democracy ever to occur. Not running as an Independent was Bernie's biggest mistake. If you think the nomination was rigged the Presidential election was even worst and its being investigated at several angles. In psychological operations you accuse the other person of what you intend to do yourself. Never once did we stray from calling the election rigged and everyone's a crook. The greatest failure was the media who told everyone that Hillary could not lose. They then broadcasted an FBI investigation for two weeks that never went anywhere. There is no way that public anger is going to cool off anytime soon. We have hackers everywhere and conflicts of interest galore.

We have a government more interested in reputation, and in denial about its mistakes than in honesty. The system can be as crooked as loaded dice but don't tell the truth or insult the system or people will no longer respect it . What preposterous malarkey that juvenile mind perpetuates jailing reporters, and whistle blowers rather than admit to mistakes .

These last four of five to comment sound like ridiculous, scary, unreasonable and desperate people don't they? The last one to have any tangible proof, biting, caustic humor, actual facts are longer than a few uneducated pecks on a keyboard was from... OH! ME!
Notice these brainwashed horsecrap spewing populace of the (not more than) 40% must know deep down they come off sounding near psychotic except to their own. So this "type" never show their faces. Both have comic book extreme scenarios for their laughable reasoning like the hope of an illegal, realistic rigging (Ha! That hasn't happened since the "hanging chad" recount by the Bush brothers 12 years ago) and overblown made up scare tactics from "instant medical school graduates" who haven't been physically close enough to even make a ignorant deduction. But can from a quick video snippet or doctored up bad photo of Mrs' Clinton. Give that desperate theory up. You're only going by the last nutcase who claims to also be an M.D. But notice a health issue is not about brains, experience, tact, education, negotiating skills but a grasp at ANYTHING to frighten the stupid people.
Do you trust Russia? I don't. Who do they love? Yeah, they want to see the demise of America while under a salesman's rule with a stripper First Lady (who by the way, is not a citizen of the U.S., ironically. ) Not gonna happen, Putin.
"Taking the world with her," eh? PFFFFT! What a drama queen. Wish I could wager a bet against that or even better still ALL the sensational claims made by these evil, bitter people in the past who are all still batting zero. I'd be rich.
The smart don't fall for simple scare tactics while the less educated states are so gullible and believe such nonsense. (Roll out the stats of the idiot states.) That's it. Feed on the illiterate, the weak feeble-minded who are following a loud-mouthed salesman in a suit with a ridiculous looking John Deere hat trying to appear to be just "one o' the guys." Like lies that are constantly said right up until 24 hours ago, there's a lie that is said nearly every day (search YouTube. Pages of them! There's your "moral fabric.")
You suckers! He has NEVER worn a ball cap in his life but it makes for a great symbolism prop for his uninformed sheep.

Certification of votes is in the hands of the Secretary of State in each state, an elected position. In affected states, Bernie supporters could protest at the office of the Sec State and demand he/she decertify, and then hand count the paper ballots. We want to know if the election was rigged. People doing this across the country would get news and pressure will be even greater of Hillary to step down because of health concerns, due to her black soul rotting slowly from the inside.
She will either go down by herself or she will go down and take the world with her.

Hillary has now ADMITTED herself hat she has a memory recall problem. She has been described as having memory lapses, being confused, rewriting history, *short-circuiting*, and possibly having seizures. In her interview with the FBI, she said THIRTY NINE TIMES that she couldn't remember or recall.
SHE HAS ADMITTED SHE HAS A PROBLEM WITH HER MEMORY. SHE MUST DROP OUT NOW.

I still don't understand why people want to vote for Clinton after all of this has become public. I know it speaks volumes about her moral fabric, but some of it appears illegal. I don't think I would want that hanging over my head while in such a position of high media exposure. But, whatever comes of the situation, I'm not sure I can be surprised by any further moves our government makes. It's just the more reason for me to vote for #JillStein2016

Oh, you mean like in ARIZONA where GOP Sec of State Ms. Reagan was finally cornered on her blatant voter fraud. Yeah. I personally know three people where the incorrect party info was sent to and to find out someone had switched their info all around.
Because Arizona is a closed primary state, those who aren’t previously registered as Democrat, Republican, or Green are prohibited from voting in primary elections. In its investigation of voter suppression claims in Arizona
Arizona stores voter registration information in easily-hackable SQL databases, it would be easy for any hacker to gain access to databases and change voter registration from one of the approved parties to independent. This would render thousands of votes impotent in the primary and drastically change the outcome.
Let's face it, the GOP are just plain EVIL PEOPLE. Google or Youtube search Trump lies and there are PAGES just during the elections.
Meanwhile, THE PARTY OF HATE, keeps beating a dead horse regarding Mrs. Clinton on two issues where IT'S OVER, DONE, found no blatant wrong doing. Give it up.
By the way, I am a registered DNC member for years since I switched after the Reagan Years when the party went evil and changed.
I get monthly info from national Democratic Headquarters because, as my party states in most correspondence I am a "... leader among my community" and mainly because I have so much pull on the internet, in social media that I am protected by the DNC.
They know I just make that one phone call, send one text and things are taken care. I get ZERO replies, comments, feedback on whatever I say on these sites. We take notes on who does. Yeah.
I tell you this as a favor, a warning because people tend to disappear when retaliation seems near. Even a facebook note and published article that I AM "The Godfather of Facebook."
Read and learn and come to grips with your intentions deep down because The Lord knows the GOP's evil intentions. Also get some education from reliable sources, ALL SIDES and other than your same tired methods. Not bothering to read the bordering on psychotic responses. Waste of my valuable time. I have many other interests like Dems do. We don't focus our entire world on politics. After all, everyone knows, liberals are the intellectuals and even called that and meant to be as an insulting term. Now THAT'S funny. Oh, also GOP just DOESN'T DO COMEDY. Weird. Very weird.
Have a nice day,

Hillary doesn't need any help looking bad. She's the most unqualified person every nominated by a major party.
