It was reported on World News Tonight With David Muir that climate change driven heat is building in Britain. There is a deadly heat wave across Europe, one of the worst heat waves on record.

Hundreds of people have died in heat waves in Spain and Portugal. The current death toll is over 1,100.

2. Reporting on the Mass Shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas

REPORTING ON THE MASS SHOOTING AT ROBB ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN UVALDE, TEXAS


Reporting on the mass shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas has been ongoing in the news.

The Texas House of Representatives have formed an Investigative Committee on the Robb Elementary School Shooting.

New information continues to come to light.

The mass shooter had attended 4th grade at Robb Elementary school and targeted that classroom first. (Rms 111 and 112)

In total, nearly 400 police officers were on site at the Robb Elementary School shooting.

They are being accused of failing to prioritize saving the lives of children over their own lives.

The gunman was eventually killed in a shootout with police at 12:52pm.

3. There has been another deadly shooting at a mall in Indianapolis, Indiana

THERE HAS BEEN ANOTHER DEADLY SHOOTING AT A MALL IN INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA

  • The shooter was 20 year old Jonathan Sapirman.
  • He had recently been served a notice of eviction at his place of residence.
  • After spending around an hour in a nearby restroom, he began firing an assault rifle into the food court at the mall.
  • There were at least three casualties.
  • The gunman was stopped when he was shot by a 22 year old legally armed man named Elisjha who is now being hailed as a hero and a "Good Samaritan".

4. Ukranian officials suspended

Ukraine President Zelensky has suspended to officials amid a treason investigation.

5. Firefighter trapped

In New York City, an SUV flipped, in an accident trapping a firefighter and many people rushed to help. The firefighter is now in the hospital and is expected to recover.

6. A woman who was in a coma for two years has woken up

A WOMAN WHO WAS IN A COMA FOR TWO YEARS HAS WOKEN UP


She had spent the two years in a coma in a nursing home. Based on information that the woman revealed when she woke up, investigators say that it was her brother who attacked her (and caused her to be in a coma). He has now been arrested and charged.

7. Large waves in Hawaii

LARGE WAVES IN HAWAII


Very large waves caused by a tropical storm in Hawaii rose over entire buildings. Waves were also crashing into a beachside wedding ceremony and reception there.
