Are Americans Destined For A Trump-Harris Administration?

Like many of you out there, I am an American voter who who trusts that our checks and balances will protect our democracy from harm.

No, you did not misread the title of my article, and I did not misstate it. In light of the legal challenges that President Donald J. Trump is making regarding the 2020 American presidential election results, this article is about whether the United States of America may be destined for President Trump to serve a second term in the Oval Office and for Senator Kamala Harris to be our vice president on or after January 20, 2021.

Now, I’m not trying to be funny and I can wholeheartedly agree with each and every one of you that this situation with our nation’s presidential election is no laughing manner. However, I have done some extensive research and have found out something downright bizarre, if not completely shocking, about how the United States Constitution deals with a contested presidential election.

Even though I am a moderate Independent, I have made it no secret in other articles of mine on this writing platform that I am an avid Trump supporter. I admire how he has fought fiercely against government corruption since the beginning of his presidential administration. I feel that he has a good record as our nation’s leader.

President Trump deserves a second term in office; and because of the debacle that our presidential election has become, it is my prediction that he will prevail in his challenge of the recent election results and get back into the Oval Office once again to serve an additional four years as our nation’s leader. On the other hand, I don’t know what is going to happen with Vice President Mike Pence, although it would only make sense that he be able to serve a second term in office as our vice president if President Trump is successful in getting back into the White House for a second presidential term.

1. Emily Webster Murphy of the General Services Administration Has Granted Access To The Biden Transition Team For Certain Funds

On November 23, 2020, it broke in the news that Emily Webster Murphy, who is the Administrator of General Services, granted the Biden Transition Team access to certain funds in the General Services Administration (“GSA”) that would allow former Vice President Joe Biden and Senator Harris to proceed with their so-called transfer-of-power. Biden supporters are getting excited all over the nation inasmuch as President Trump gave Ms. Murphy the green light to grant this same access to the Biden Transition Team. However, President Trump made it clear that he will not concede the presidency and he is going to continue with his legal challenges of the 2020 American presidential election results. He also clarified that he gave Ms. Murphy the green light to authorize the above-described funds to the Biden Transition Team inasmuch as she, her family, and GSA employees were all receiving threats from Biden supporters.

Now, how should we all interpret this event? Well, there is still strong indication in the news that President Trump plans on sticking to his guns and refusing to concede the presidency until he has exhausted every legal and administrative avenue that is available to him to challenge the 2020 American presidential election results. Recently in an interview with Fox News journalist Pete Hegseth, White House Press Secretary, Kayleigh McEnany, explained that President Trump was having his Trump Legal Team utilize the Equal Protection Clause to get the Supreme Court of the United States (“SCOTUS”) to overturn the 2020 American presidential election results. Watch the video about it below.

Kayleigh McEnany Tells Pete Hegseth That The Trump Team Will Push Equal Protection Clause In Court

An extensive report from the NTD network provided thorough coverage and interviews regarding the massive voter fraud and procedural derelictions that took place in the 2020 American presidential election throughout our nation, and it describes what legal and administrative avenues are being pursued to address this entire debacle. From everything that was reported in this same news segment, it would appear that the entire 2020 American presidential election will be thrown out and a contingent election will be subsequently held. Unfortunately, that news segment is no longer available on YouTube. Nonetheless, voter fraud and procedural derelictions were too numerous in the 2020 presidential election for the American people to ignore.

On the other hand, on November 23, 2020, Laura Ingraham of Fox News expressed her skepticism that the SCOTUS was going to rule that the victory of the 2020 American presidential election be delivered to President Trump and Vice President Pence. She believes that former Vice President Biden will definitely be inaugurated on January 20, 2021. Here is a news clip of her speech below.

One major detail that Ms. Ingraham overlooked in her narrative was that even though the SCOTUS may not rule for the presidential victory to be delivered to President Trump before January 20, 2021, the United States Electoral College could still throw out the entire presidential election if all of these legal challenges that President Trump and his legal team are making to the court system are not resolved by January 6, 2021. I agree with her that the SCOTUS probably will not deliver the presidential victory to President Trump. However, I also believe that the United States Electoral College will likely throw out the entire 2020 presidential election and send a directive to the Congress for them to hold a contingent election.

Delegates of the United States House of Representatives could also come together to block former Vice President Biden’s entry into the Oval Office. If they were to do so, their success would become dependent upon whether United States senators were willing to endorse their actions. Of course, I will get to the current mindset of the United States Senate regarding President Trump further on herein.

In my article titled “Did the Federal Bureau Of Investigation Sabotage President Donald J. Trump’s Reelection Efforts?,” I describe in detail how a contingent election would be conducted and how President Trump would be the presidential candidate that would be most likely to be anointed to serve as our president for the next four years. That is, President Trump would, therefore, serve a second term in the Oval Office. However, what is not being talked about in the news media is who would become our vice president in that event. Because the United States Senate would decide who would serve as our nation’s vice president for the next four years, I am not so sure whether Vice President Pence would be anointed back into office.

2. A Contingent Election Could Cause Senator Kamala Harris To Become Our Next Vice President Upon President Donald J. Trump’s Anointment For A Second Term

I have never been a fan of former Vice President Biden. Herein I will not go into details about why I do not want former Vice President Biden to become our 46th president, because I will be posting an article here on this writing platform later on that explains why I do not believe that former Vice President Biden is fit to lead our nation. In any event, former Vice President Biden should be the least of our worries for now. Senator Harris, on the other hand, may not be going away as quickly as many of us want her to do so.

According to an article titled “READY FOR A TRUMP-HARRIS ADMINISTRATION? IT’S A POSSIBILITY” by Sean Spoonts, the United States Constitution is completely silent about whether a president and a vice president can be from two different political parties while serving in office at the same time. As a matter of fact, as recent as 2008, the late Republican presidential candidate John McCain had considered picking former Senator Joe Lieberman as his running mate, even though Mr. Lieberman was an Independent and had been a vice-presidential candidate on the Democratic ticket eight years earlier. Therefore, there is nothing that would legally prevent the United States Senate from anointing Senator Harris as our next vice president even if the United States House of Representatives were to anoint President Trump for a second presidential term.

If the 2020 American presidential election is legally thrown out somehow and the Congress is ordered to hold a contingent election, President Trump would have all the odds in his favor of being anointed back into the Oval Office. However, the United States Senate is not so promising for Vice President Pence to receive a second term in office. Why? A journalist named Carl Bernstein recently reported that 21 Republican senators disapproved of President Trump.

Now, it would only make more sense that the United States Senate anointed Vice President Pence for a second term in office in the event that the United States House of Representatives anointed President Trump for a second term in the Oval Office. Mike Pence has done an excellent job in his role as our nation’s vice president these past four years. It doesn’t even take a rocket scientist to know that Vice President Pence would work much more harmoniously with President Trump than Senator Harris would do so in the White House. It would not be fair for the 21 above-described Republican senators to take their differences with President Trump out on Vice President Pence. However, if their misgivings about President Trump cause the majority of votes in the United States Senate to go to Senator Harris in anointing our next vice president, our nation would be in for a very awkward situation and a very rude awakening, to say the least.

If I am not mistaken, our nation has not had a president and a vice president from opposite political parties in the White House at the same time in over a hundred years. Correct me if am wrong. Then again, no presidential candidate has resorted to the United States Constitution to challenge a presidential election to the extent that President Trump has done so in over a hundred years. That is, since the 1800s to be more precise.

3. It Should Not Be Taken As A Red Flag That 21 Republican Senators Disapprove of President Donald J. Trump

As in the case of Senator Bernie Sanders with the Democratic Party, President Trump falls outside the ideological orbit of the Republican Party. The only difference is that Senator Sanders identifies himself as an Independent, whereas President Trump actually labels himself to be a Republican. In any event, both of them are outsiders to the political parties whose tickets they use to run for office, and they are so in a good way.

When President Trump was running for the Oval Office back in 2015 and 2016, former Florida Governor Jeb Bush was his nemesis. The Republican National Committee wanted former Florida Governor Bush to win the nomination for Republican presidential candidate back in 2016, but the American people did not want another Bush in the White House. Therefore, President Trump was able to defeat him in the 2016 primaries and caucuses. Senator Sanders went through a similar experience with former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in 2016 and former Vice President Biden here in 2020, but Senator Sanders was unsuccessful in winning the nomination as Democratic presidential candidate in either election year.

4. Senator Kamala Harris Could Cause President Donald J. Trump Serious Problems If She Were To Become Vice President And He Received A Second Presidential Term

Now, some of you may be asking me the million-dollar question. That is, if there have recently been states in our nation in which their sitting governors and sitting lieutenant governors were from different political parties and they were able to work harmoniously together, why couldn’t such an arrangement work in the White House? Well, why don’t we explore such a scenario?

If the end results of a contingent election were to send President Trump back to the White House for a second term in office and replaced Vice President Pence with Senator Harris as our new vice president, most of us can agree that a tremendous amount of friction would ensue between Senator Harris and President Trump. President Trump would be attempting to do his job the best way he could, and Senator Harris would be getting in his face all the time, trying to get him to do his job her way. There simply would not be good chemistry between the two public servants.

The only upside to the above-described scenario would be that Senator Harris would be less likely to become our next president. Luckily, President Trump is in good health, and he would not be likely to die within the next four years and leave the Oval Office open for Senator Harris to succeed his position as president. Also, I seriously doubt that he would resign from office before his second term was up.

Former Vice President Biden is not in the best of health right now. He suffered an aneurysm back in 1988; and when you watch him on camera and you observe how he falters in his cognitive functions more and more every time you see him, it can be no secret that he could suffer a fatal ailment connected with his cerebral health any day now. If he were to die in the Oval Office within the near future because of it, our nation could be confronted with the dreaded possibility that Senator Harris would become our president for the next four years.

It was not a good idea for the Democratic National Committee to allow former Vice President Biden to run for president in the first place, and it was a complete abomination for them to have allowed him to select Senator Harris as his running mate. We also must not forget the allegations that have been made against former Vice President Biden and his son, Hunter Biden, of money laundering. Former Vice President Biden’s prospective impeachment from the presidency would make it even more the so easier for Senator Harris to succeed him as president shortly after the beginning of his tenure in the Oval Office.

Now, don’t get me wrong. I would like more than anything for our nation one day to have a female president. However, Senator Harris would never be my choice for that role any more than former Secretary of State Clinton would. First of all, Senator Harris is way too inexperienced to lead our nation. She has only served in the United States Senate for three years. She was previously an attorney in different elected capacities of the public sector while she was still living in California. However, her performance as a prosecutor leaves so very much to be desired. She was a tyrant and likely still is. The videos below describe how she engaged in prosecutorial misconduct while she was still working in the public sector in California.

Senator Kamala Harris Could Never Be Presidential Material Because Of Her Sketchy Background

Second of all, Senator Harris does not set a positive example for young girls in our nation. In essence, Senator Harris is a home-wrecker inasmuch as she got involved with a married man back when she was in her twenties. This married man did her favors in return in the form of her career advancement in politics. Keep in mind that if Senator Harris were ever to become president of our nation, she would be our first female president and young girls would follow her example regardless of how sordid and depraved it was. It could cause a spike in unwanted pregnancies among underage girls as well as juvenile delinquency. Her ever becoming president would be a colossal nightmare. Wake up Americans and smell the coffee!

Nevertheless, if a contingent election in 2021 results in Senator Harris becoming vice president and President Trump receiving a second term in the Oval Office, President Trump will need to be constantly on his guard with this dragon lady. It’s not that I believe that Senator Harris would go as far as slipping cyanide into President Trump’s coffee while he wasn’t looking, but she would not be loyal or trustworthy toward him as Vice President Pence would be. Whenever there would be a dinner gathering at the White House that involved members of the presidential leadership and Senator Harris would have to be there at the event, President Trump and the First Lady, Melania Trump, would constantly find themselves losing their appetite at the mere sight of Senator Harris in knowing what kind of evil hides behind her face.

Senator Harris’s vice presidency would become a nightmare for the Trump family in a Trump-Harris administration. For that reason we can only hope that President Trump and the 21 above-aforementioned Republican senators at odds with him can resolve their differences before a contingent election takes place so that both President Trump and Vice President Pence get anointed back into the White House. We may have to put up with Nancy Pelosi as our acting president for a short while if the SCOTUS or the United States Electoral College sends a directive to the Congress to hold a contingent election and the matter is not resolved before January 20, 2021, but at least we will not have Senator Harris making President Trump’s life miserable for the next four years. Perhaps the Democratic delegates in the United States House of Representatives will even remove Ms. Pelosi from her position as Speaker of the House before Inauguration Day and spare us the indignities of a temporary Pelosi presidential administration while the Congress is still deciding on who to send to the White House for the next four years. Only time will tell.

5. If A Contingent Election Were To Result In A Trump-Harris Administration, Reasonable Measures Could Still Be Taken To Undo Such An Aberration

As a result of a contingent election, if President Trump faced the dreaded fate of Senator Harris becoming the vice president upon his entering into his second term in the Oval Office, he could still take legal measures to have her removed from office afterwards. Perhaps going down that road would be easier said than done for him, but he could still do it if he could somehow prove that she was a danger to the safety and the integrity of the Oval Office.

In the early 1970s, the United States Attorney for the District of Maryland investigated then-Vice President Spiro Agnew for criminal conspiracy, bribery, extortion and tax fraud. Mr. Agnew eventually resigned from office in 1973. Senator Harris has an entire grocery list of transgressions involving prosecutorial misconduct and the likes in her background. President Trump would merely need to hire a team of private investigators to dig into her past and eventually they would find something that would cause the wrath of the law to rain down on her like a ton of bricks. Then President Trump would have to follow the procedures laid out in the United States Constitution for impeachment of a vice president. If all went well, it would be “Bye-bye, Kamala Harris!”

6. My Conclusion To This Topic

Many Americans feel that the 2020 presidential election in their nation was rigged and that the presidential victory was stolen. I am one of those Americans. Even though President Trump has allowed for the GSA purse strings to be loosened up for the Biden Transition Team to have access to certain funds, President Trump’s fight to seek justice in what could be the biggest case of voter fraud ever in the history of our nation is far from over.

Although a few cracks in the United States Constitution could bestow a Trump-Harris administration instead of a Trump-Pence administration upon us, I am confident that Republicans in the United States Senate who may have differences with President Trump are wiser than to allow for an aberration of President Trump being stuck with Senator Harris as our nation's vice president for the next four years. Hopefully, they will clear up those differences with President Trump very soon, because it appears more likely than not that our entire 2020 presidential election will be thrown out and our Congress will be holding a contingent election after January 6, 2021.

Let’s all first get through the holidays and be prepared for what awaits us next year when the time comes. In the meantime, we can all be voicing our concerns through the power of digital media about how the 2020 American presidential election was rigged and stolen. We must not take this travesty within our electoral process sitting down so long as we face the prospect of a Biden-Harris administration illegally occupying the White House for the next four years. Otherwise, the electoral process will never be the same in our nation, and we could face the same problems that Venezuela has been encountering ever since the late Hugo Chávez-Frias first took office in that country. It’s time to act.
