City of the future

City of the future

At the end of the Arabian Peninsula bordering on the Arabian Sea and the Persian Gulf is a megacity often referred to as Dubai. This is also given the name "El Dorado of the East' or the city of gold. It does not literally mean that there is gold there but it means the lifestyle and the amenities being offered in this city are extremely luxurious and akin to the value of gold.

Just a few decades back, Dubai was little more than a fishing village but the discovery of oil and British rule has propelled this city to now rank as one of the playgrounds of the world. Dubai is part of the United Arab Emeritus which consists of nine sheikhdoms and the ruler is Sheikh Mohammed Al Maktoum who is also the prime minister of the UAE.

The Maktoum family has a visionary approach and this has resulted in making Dubai an economic power house whose per capita income is more than the United states. Since 2016 Dubai has no oil but yet the economic boom has not stopped. Dubai has now diversified into many other fields and one of them is construction. The government of Dubai has permitted the construction of luxurious villas for the affluent who may like to come and spend time in Dubai. Given the other facilities there including nightlife, bars, and entertainment centers, the people have flocked to buy these villas. There has been a liberalization and anybody with a passport and can establish his identity can buy property in Dubai.

The terms to buy the property are extremely user- friendly and one has to pay only 5% of the cost of the property and the balance can be paid in seven years.

Thanks, Manatitaji, It is indeed a lovely place. I wish I had that much money to fly a close friend like you to Dubai.Credit must go to the ruler Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum who is pragmatic and secular. Unlike other Islamic nations. Dubai has the biggest gurudwara at Jebel Ali and its a wonder.

Emge, I'm on the next plane! So send me the money!!!

Looking at the stately creamy-coloured Villa, the verdant foliage and immaculate pathways; the magical deck-chairs ... the marine-blue pool smiling at the heavens; I'm hooked!!! Trump Villa is absolutely Fabulous.

Yes, They have come on in leaps and bounds! I love their airport, which is amazing! I used to get free food, (A banquet), as long as my stay was over 3 hours there. Now I think it's 4 hours. Oil has done wonders and perhaps the leaders are also visionary, for they have created other miracles as well. Much Love, Bro.
