Thai Basal Chicken & Vegetable Stir Fry

Well, you guessed it, guys, I am now on a roll with negative calorie foods, as I have lost 20 pounds over the last month and feel fantastic. I just whipped up this recipe today and thought I would share it with you.

Simple, easy and delicious, Thai Basal Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry is primarily composed of negative calorie foods, protein and omega-3 fatty acids, meaning your body will have to exert a ton of energy just to utilize the calories from this meal. The more energy your body has to use, the more calories you burn digesting it! On top of that, Thai Basal Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry is a great tasting meal that your whole family will enjoy and the best thing is, they won't even know it's good for them. Enjoy!

Wow, negative calorie food, I'd never heard of such a thing, that sounds great! Not to be pedantic, I was a little confused by Basal too, I'm pretty sure you're talking about basil, right?

djtphn1 (author) from Riverside County, California on September 05, 2008:

Basal is an herb. You can buy it in any store, fresh, or dried. Fresh is best for the recipe.

hmmmnnn, any time wine is served, we would have to turn it into a win-win! YOu are funny!

John Chancellor from Tennessee on May 14, 2008:

I was certainly going to suggest that I bring a good bottle of chardonnay, but I was concerned about the calories. Then I found a sommelier that swears he has a special bottle with no calories. Of course he also mumbled something about my buying a bridge - so I suspect we'd would have to eat more to offset the calories from the wine. Is that a no win situation? Or a win-win?

It is, trust me, I am going to the store right now to buy more food so I can experiment a bit. I will be posting more recipes as I venture onward. Thanks for stopping by.
