Even I can get them to grow. Pick off a leaf. Insert end in dirt. Wait a few days, maybe a week or so, and voila, roots and a new plant.

Propagation is Almost (Yawn) Boring

The watering is the picky part. They grow and flourish when their soil becomes dry. So, like once a week they start to get active. Then you water them and the process slows until the dirt is dry.

Growing - Soil is on Edge of Dry - Slightly Cool to Touch

Growth, plants are getting taller. One leaf had disintegrated as has been removed. Over watered.

I have jade plants and have propagated them. As I am often away for long periods, they do experience neglect so maybe this is why they thrive.
