The Shiplap Planks

Shiplap has grown in popularity over the last couple of years. Shiplap is everywhere from walls and fireplaces. Dark black charcoal paint features on the fireplace walls. Thin Panels

The Shou Sugi Ban

The process is Japanese art charred is made by shou sugi ban. It is to use the blowtorch on the planks outside are preparedness.Clean it aggressively after the wood has cooled slightly to avoid any excess burnt pieces. The planks are oiled with the grain of the wood and becomes clear.
