Homemade Bread - Thawing, Raising, Baking, Eating
Spray the frozen loaf with cooking spray. Wrap with plastic wrap. Place on thawing tray. Takes about 2 hours to thaw.

Placing the plastic wrap covered bread pan, in a large pan of water, heat on low, cover. Let the water heat the bread pan gently and the bread dough will respond to the warmth and will grow 4 times the original size.
Once slightly over the top of the bread pan, it's time to remove the plastic and place in the oven at 350 degrees. 22 - 25 minutes until golden brown. The bread will be stiff on the top and will sound hollow.

The oven sets the bread, then starts to darken the exterior. Takes about 22 minutes or so to turn a nice golden brown.
