Here's 50 of my favorite hacks that will make your life a little easier, a little cooler and a lot more fun. Most of the ideas only cost a few dollars to make and around about 30 minutes to an hour to make (depending if you have the supplies to hand or not!).

Check out this awesome Shaving Pedestal - an amazing little gadget for shaving your legs - it has grips so your feet wont slip and when you're finished shaving it flips back up so you won't bang your leg on it!
1. Add This to Your Shampoo
If you suffer from different conditions then adding things like rose water, lemon juice, honey, essential oils, aloe vera etc can help relieve the symptoms. For example by adding rose water you can soothe dry itchy scalp add shine and spur hair growth!
2. Remove Dead Skin on Feet
Fill a bowl with Listerine, vinegar and water and soak your feet for 10 to 15 minutes and the dead skin will be easily washed off your feet!
3. Dry Your Nails Quickly
Need your nails to dry quickly? Submerge newly painted into cold water for a few minutes. When you remove your fingers your nail polish will be dry!
4. Clear Acne Scars
Calamine lotion can be used to clear up acne scars and dark marks. Sleep with it on the areas and watch it clear up your skin.
5. How to Get Snow White Teeth
Put a tiny bit of toothpaste into a small cup, mix in one teaspoon of baking soda plus one teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide and half a teaspoon of water. Thoroughly mix then brush your teeth for 2 minutes.
6. Mascara Hack
Use a plastic spoon to apply mascara to prevent it from getting on your skin.
7. Foot Soak Detox
One of the best softening and detoxifying foot soaks ever! Fill a large bow with warm water and add 1 cup of apple cider vinegar with 1 cup of Epsom salt. Soak your feet for 10-15 minutes, rinse and lightly scrub with pumice stone. Then say hello to gorgeous feet!
8. How to Have Super Smooth Legs
Best secret to super smooth legs - shave then use an olive oil/sugar scrub then shave again. It will get rid of dead skin you didn't even know was there!
9. Special Underwear
Ladies, there's underwear made specifically for your period! They're called Tomies and they come with heating pads and a pocket to hold it!
10. Car Freshener
Add a few smell good wax cubes to a jar and screw on the top and pierce some holes in it. Place in the cupholder of you car. When your car heats up from the summer sun the wax melts and you have an instant air freshener.
11. Overnight Beauty Tips
Learn some awesome overnight beauty tips for your dry lips, acne, split ends etc. For example for dry skin: exfoliate your lips and apply a thin layer of raw honey on your lips before going to bed, to wake up to soft smooth lips.
12. Mascara Remover
Use this to take off your mascara. It doesn't damage your lashes and before going to bed every night apply some on your brows and lashes with the eyelash brush or with your fingers. It makes your brows and lashes longer and thicker.

Okay the trick here is simply to chew gum while you cut onions and it prevents you from crying. This one gets mixed reviews but it's worth trying out at least once!
23. Tic Tac Container
Trying to organize and keep hold of bobby pins is a total nightmare - so just get an old tic tac container (or buy one, if even just for this hack!) and store them there. Seriously, you'll wonder how you ever survived without this hack!
24. Pancake Mix Hack
Use your old squeezy ketchup and mayonnaise bottles to put your pancake mix in, and hey presto no more slopping big spoons of messy pancake mix across your counter. It also gives you way more control over how much mix you use for each pancake.
25. Soda Can Hack
Here's a great hack for the beach - slide a soda can over your beer can and enjoy a slightly more adult beverage in public. Just remember it's a good for for a beer or two - just remember to take it easy!
26. Coat Hanger Hack
Double up your coat hangers so you can keep matching shirts and pants together!
27. Bucket Hack
Filling a bucket from a really small sink is impossible. Or should I say WAS impossible. Now with the application of your trusty dustpan you can fill your bucket with ease. No splashes, no mess. Just a bucket of water. What you do with it is anyones guess....

Use binder clips to keep all your cables nice and neat and oh so organized!
29. Key Hack
Color code your keys by applying different color nail varnishes to them. Yo could even add dots and stripes if you've got too much time on your hands!!

31. Toilet Roll Holder Hack

32. Clean Bathroom Grout Like a Boss!
Mix 7 cups of water, 1/2 cup of baking soda, 1/3 cup of lemon juice and 1/4 cup of vinegar - spray the concoction on the dirty grout - let it sit - and scrub with a brush. Sparking grout awaits!
33. Save Money Easily
Fill up a 2 liter bottle with dimes and you should have about $500. Even if takes a year it's still better than not having it!
34. Frozen Marbles
Fill balloons with water and add food coloring - once frozen cut the balloons off and they look like giant marbles!
35. How to Contour Like a Pro
Learn how to get a flawless look by following the tutorial below - and remember the best thing about contouring is that you want to look like you're not wearing any make up at all!
36. Longer Lashes
Pick a natural oil that works for you - eg: castor oil, olive oil, vitamin E oil etc. Aplly the oils to your brow and lashes before bed using a clear mascara wand or Q tip.
Stop throwing your Parmesan lids away! They fit on mason jars - so use them for storing flour, spices, seeds etc!
38. Get Super Shiny Hair
Melt 3tbsps of coconut oil and mix with an egg. Put it in your hair for 40 mins - then wash your hair. Amazing results!
39. Remove Blackheads
Squeeze a lemon and add baking soda until you make a thick creamy paste. Leave on top for 20 mins and rinse with cold water.
40. Use Chalk
This is such a simple hack but it works! If you spill grease on your clothes then simply rub chalk on the stain until it's worked out!

This is not only very interesting to read but it is very useful to follow too. Not everybody have the wild imagination on creativity to re-utilized daily goods around the house. People would just buy stuff. They think people can just make new ones instead of using the good conditioned product recycled ones.
