DIY ROPE COASTERS

Things You'll Need

The supplies that you will need for this project are as follows:

  • Rope (approx. 1.25 meters)
  • Glue Gun
  • A Pair of Scissors
  • Pom Poms (Optional)

Instructions

Step 1.

Take one end of the rope and secure it using hot glue.

Step 2.

Roll the rope on itself. Keep using the hot glue in between to secure the rope in place.

Step 3.

Repeat the process until you get the desired diameter of the coaster.

Step 4.

Once, you are happy with the diameter, cute the end of the rope. Use hot glue to secure that in place. This will prevent the rope from unravelling.

Step 5.

You can attach pom-poms at the circumference of the coaster and you are done!

DIY MINI PALLET COASTERS

Things You'll Need

The supplies that you will need for this project are as follows:

  • Ice-Cream Sticks (17 sticks)
  • Glue Gun
  • A Pair of Scissors

Instructions

Step 1.

Cut the curved ends of all the sticks using a pair of scissors.

Step 2.

Take one end of the stick and using hot glue, attach it to the end of another stick, keeping both the sticks perpendicular to each other. Repeat the process the the other end of the first stick.

Step 3.

On the other side of this arrangement, attach another stick perpendicularly.

Step 4.

Hot glue another stick in the center of the arrangement.

Step 5.

Fill one side of the arrangement with other sticks. In total there should be 7 sticks lying flat on the coaster.

Step 6.

Repeat Step 5 on the back side of the coaster. And you are done!
