Be Still My Soul by Don Moen
Dawn of hope
Emerge each day
As the sun rises
Brightening the day
Life may not be perfect
Circumstances may be absurd
Dawn of hope still lingers
As we wake up for another day
As long as we still breathe
As long as we still find life's meaning
So long as we never give up on our dreams
Dawn of hope constantly reappear
About this poem
At this time of the pandemic, I pray that I will never lose sight of that dawn of hope that all things will be well in His time.
