Sometimes its a wonder...
In waves of survival
Amazing minds that swivel
In paths drawn by creation
There lived little humans
Majestic, grand and dynamic
The rights and the wrongs
The dos and the don'ts
The success and the failure
They made formulas
And called them the answer
Then comes a better genius
He makes another
Little beings runs and keep running
In never ending circles
Finding success and happiness
Peace that brings abundance
You want peace but you keep trading
You have lost your bargain
For the force is winning
It comes free, why are you sweating
Remove the frills and you see it bare
It was always there and to you it stare
Look right there amidst your own maze
Success is yours to never chase

Thanks John. Yes, we hardly stop to appreciate what we have and when we do, there are more than enough to be grateful about. I am quite tired of the chase, just want to live.
John Hansen from Queensland Australia on May 30, 2017:
A well written poem with a good underlying message. People often waste time chasing what they already have but don't recognise.
