With Love, to Gina

When I depart from this world,

You will not find me where tears run, like a river,

Or mourning becomes as solemn as jilted love.

Rather would I be in the alcove of thy inner mansion,

Bedecked in the joys and fragrance,

Of the breath of spring.

I’ll be your bonfire,

Alight in the flares and fire-crackers; a torch-bearer,

Carrying the hallowed flames of your inner citadel;

To dine at the supernal banquet of Her Majesty.

I am a wayfarer, and will continue to enchant you,

Weaving the sweet words of the Beloved,

Through the firmament of another realm;

Re-awakening the charming melody of your Heart.

Come! My darling delicate one,

For I must lie on the wings of your beauty.

Like cockatiels, nightingales and canaries,

Scroll to Continue

All whistling their smooth symphonies;

Emanating their sacred flames,

In the mysteries of thy longing.

when-i-depart-from-this-world-a-loving-dedication-to-gina

My friends will remember me.

For the songs of the lark; the twinkling stars;

The autumnal leaves dancing on the merry hills,

Above the Choo Choo trains in Dillsberg,

Will all chant my glories,

In the magnificence of the setting sun.

You will find me in the running brooks;

In the moon’s glimmering light on the horizon.

We will hold hands in your dreams,

And soar with the eagle to an ineffable Delight.

So come! Let us build a tabernacle to our Queen.

For the weaving of Her yarns of purple satin,

Adorns the plains and valleys;

Covering the zenith of the Himalayas and beyond,

Spreading the wafts of crimson roses,

A remedial energy to the Soul.

Conches will blow and trumpets sound,

While minstrels chant: “Alleluia! All glory to our King!”

Thus will your spirit be full, like the ocean,

Filled with the aroma of one thousand candles,

Lighting up the greatness of the Soul.

~ Awakening The Inner Light~

Into A River of Stillness, Flooding the Temple of the Soul

The magenta hue of Autumn,

Lights up the violet path ahead,

Like the rays of the moon lights up my inner lustre.

The sheltering branches, like

God's Love walking through my Essence,

Soothes my Heart, offering solace and inner cleansing,

To make me whole again.

The eagle of my Spirit soars,

As I escape from my world of shadows,

To Love's beacon glistening in the perennial sky.

I fly past a realm of twinkling stars,

Dance with the enchanting moonlight,

Finally merging with the void of Silence --

A river of stillness, flooding the temple of the soul.

Guruji's poem is A Song for my Beloved, Sweet Surabhi. I now have three videos with it, and Al's and Adams are real gems.

What's wrong with you? Not focused these days. You're in Love? (chuckle)

Hello, my Sweet. Not started yet? Love you lots. Thanks for visiting. Gratitude.

Surabhi Kaura on September 07, 2016:

Love, love, love it! It reminds me of your earlier poem dedicated to Guru ji, "When I Am Gone, Rememebr Me." But let's just say, both are sublime. This one was deep and meaningful. Tremendous beauty. Om Shanti.

manatita44 (author) from london on August 29, 2016:

Sweet Deb I thank you. Back in London soon, God's willing.

Deb Hirt from Stillwater, OK on August 29, 2016:

All beauty in nature sounds just like this to an open mind and heart.

manatita44 (author) from london on August 25, 2016:

Ha ha. Come to London, then. It's 'cool.'

Shannon Henry from Texas on August 25, 2016:

I actually don't live far from Dallas or Ft Worth. A rather short drive either way compared to the hours it takes to her to Houston. Never been to Austin either, but I have been to Houston many times. Used to work there and I will be there for a wedding in just over a month. I'm in the wedding party. I would love to visit NY someday. I love to travel, but haven't in years. I see you listed as being from London. I have been there and love it there. Noticing how mechanical my reply sounds so I'll stop now. LOL

manatita44 (author) from london on August 25, 2016:

Texas, I see. I visited my Sisters there 3 or so years ago. Tried to make it to Nellieanna, but time and family constraints affected me. Try and come next year, God's willing, and I'll show you around Manhattan, buzzing with Life. By the way I went both to Houston and Austin. Loved Austin!

I'm here for our annual spiritual celebrations.

Shannon Henry from Texas on August 25, 2016:

Thanks. No worries about going back. I saw the nice comment you left. You're talking about Bill's challenge, right? Talk about getting lucky. I don't know where that story came from. I am humbled often by the comments here on HP, though. Guess I did something right.

Are you visiting New York? I have never been there. Hope you're having a good time.

manatita44 (author) from london on August 25, 2016:

Thanks Shanmarie. Sometimes I set out to do this, but sometimes I don't, and perhaps not intentionally in Gina's case. Just got lucky. I have one here which will definitely fit two people. Not posted yet but it will not be dedicated. I have another which will suit you well. Not yet posted either.

Thank you so much. I've read your nice Hub, but I'm tired here in NY, and so I left it to come back to. Much Love.

Shannon Henry from Texas on August 25, 2016:

This is incredibly moving. I love the way you seem to so effortlessly tailor your poetry to fit so perfectly with the one you honor. It's like introducing the essence of a person to the world.

manatita44 (author) from london on August 25, 2016:

Hi Shauna. You do know that she is still alive! Ha ha. For some time, we hope. For some time ...

I do agree with you, but there is no mourning here... just pure joy, I hope. Love you, my Sweet.

Ah Nellieanna, so sweet, so gracious! So many nice things you say! In New York! Thank you so Much!

Gina, I thank you. I will leave NY on the afternoon of the 29th. My UK address is 72a Felix Road, W13 ONU, London, UK. Do what you can. Thank You so much for your kind attention and support.

Gina Welds from Tampa, Florida on August 24, 2016:

Awwww! That's so sweet, Nellieanna! I have thoroughly enjoyed our exchanges as well. It is amazing how much we have in common, and I am so glad we got to "meet."

Manatita, I am always awestruck when I read your poetry. I feel blessed that you took the time to get to know me, and to pen such words of admiration, love and beauty.

By the way, I have the "anti-fatigue" blend made, and I am hoping that I can make it to the post tomorrow. It's been a "rough" last few days and today was just stormy. If not, I will just have to send it to England.

Hope you're well. Hugs!

Nellieanna Hay from TEXAS on August 24, 2016:

Dear Manatita, I've been scrolling the list of your amazing hubs since you've been on hubpages and since I've known you. It's quite a journey, - several years! I've been privileged and honored to have walked along close to you. It's always a treat for me to visit your page and to read your hubs. It's wonderful the way you give recognition and honor to many of your fellow-writers and thinkers by your special tributes. It's inspiring to us.

I truly love this special, enchanting dedication to Gina. You could not say too much good about her. Since recently meeting her here on one of your hubs and exchanging thoughts and mutual experiences, I'm delighted to know her. She has great depth and much knowledge.

Hope all is well with you!

Shauna L Bowling from Central Florida on August 24, 2016:

Manatita, I didn't know Gina, but this tribute is amazingly comforting. The celebration of life carries through to the beyond - whatever that may be. Absolutely beautiful sentiments that are sure to lift the hearts of those who mourn.

manatita44 (author) from london on August 21, 2016:

God bless you, Bro.

Gratitude.

Eric Dierker from Spring Valley, CA. U.S.A. on August 21, 2016:

Marvelous. You do so well my friend. Thank you.

manatita44 (author) from london on August 21, 2016:

Ha ha. You took this in a great spirit! I was worried....

This is probably life's most powerful word, from the lowest to the Highest... it is the ultimate gem ... treasure ... healer ... we insult It when we bind It.

Love you, Rasma.

Gypsy Rose Lee from Daytona Beach, Florida on August 21, 2016:

Took you suggestion and in my poem changed chain to unite. Thanks for the idea.

manatita44 (author) from london on August 21, 2016:

Thank you, Gypsy. Much Love.

Gypsy Rose Lee from Daytona Beach, Florida on August 21, 2016:

A wonderful and inspirational tribute.

manatita44 (author) from london on August 18, 2016:

Ah, sweet Gina, but I do live inside your Soul...in Spirit. I am truly touched by your beautiful sentiment, and wish you the very best in your endeavours. In New York, but will return to your hubs and Bill's soon. Much Love.

Bill, I'm so glad. I have been doing some truly special ones lately. I'm inspired. In New York but have noticed your Hubs. Give me a couple of days, perhaps. Love to Bev and family.

Ah Patricia, I remember you in your struggles. Still, I know that your Heart and Soul are very vast and accommodating, Higher blessings to the family.

Patricia Scott from North Central Florida on August 17, 2016:

What a lovely tribute...how blessed Gina must feel. You have a talent for painting such an amazing tribute to those whom you select.

Angels are on the way to you ps

Bill Holland from Olympia, WA on August 17, 2016:

I do not know of this person but I know quality writing from the heart, and this is it. Touched my heart, this one!

Love, always, and tons of blessings, my friend.

Gina Welds from Tampa, Florida on August 17, 2016:

Manatita, I am crying. Let me just say it. Such powerful imagery....inspiration for another painting, I am sure. I am not often at a loss for words, but I am (almost) now.

The Lighted candles image that is displayed is VERY similar to what I will be doing to the ceiling of the building where I will be having my upcoming art exhibit.

Your words have penetrated deep into my soul. It's as if you've been living there for a while. I am going to comment again, when emotions have not overtaken me.

Yes, thank you, Ruby, for the connection with Manatita.

Tears! Joy! Tears!

Much love, Manatita!

manatita44 (author) from london on August 16, 2016:

Thanks Ruby,

And you are extra special for sending Gina my way. Loving thoughts.

Ruby Jean Richert from Southern Illinois on August 16, 2016:

The video was perfect with this beautiful poetry. To know when we close our eye's in death, we open them to see the beauty God has for us, and to see our loved ones again, free of pain, no more sorrows, only joy! Gina you are blessed....

manatita44 (author) from london on August 16, 2016:

Thank you Audrey. Appreciated.

Ah, Venkatachari M.

Always a joy to hear from you. Appreciated.

Venkatachari M from Hyderabad, India on August 16, 2016:

What a beautiful poem! You created so beautiful sceneries with your words. I am filled with joy reading it and viewing those sceneries in my joyful heart. Thanks for the feast. It is a lovely dedication to Gina.

Audrey Hunt from Pahrump NV on August 16, 2016:

This lovely poem delivers a strong message. A loving tribute to Gina. We must live appropriately to prepare for death, a crossing over to another sphere. Love awaits us with open arms as angels gather around to gently lead us to our loved ones.

Well done my friend. You are love!

Audrey
