#10, Cell: Cell came along shortly after the Android Saga, a bio-engineered android with the ability to absorb Android #17 and #18 to increase in power and ultimately reach his height of power. Perfect Cell. Cell has a bug like appearance with armor like shells covering parts of his body, green skin with black spots. Cell has a combination of Goku's,Vegeta's, Freiza's and even Picollo's abilities making him a ferocious combatant. Aiding in his ability to regrow even from being destroyed he was able to defeat some of the most mightiest hero's in DBZ until being ultimately defeated by his own technique. This creation of Doctor Gero is a sarcastic, eccentric, charismatic and antagonizing enemy. At his height of power he manhandled Super Vegeta, Goku and his Cell Jr's were able to easily beat all the Z-Fighters. A powerful foe no doubt.

#9, King Cold: King Cold is the father of both Cooler and Frieza and was the leader of the Cold Force till his son took over and it was renamed The Frieza Force. King Cold has the same visage as Frieza in his second form and is argued to be even stronger then Frieza himself. A tall menacing figure he is a tyrant, though he isn't afraid to play the diplomat. While he did not receive as much screen time as his sons he still remains true in the fans eyes. Not batting an eye when his son was slain in front of him, warning his child about the legendary Majin Buu and God of Destruction Beerus, he is a knowledgeable character and makes a striking figure.

#8, Babidi: Babidi is an evil space wizard who set forth to unleash the power of Majin Buu on the world, while not even nearly as powerful as some of the weakest villains and characters in Dragonball he still has some skills to give him an edge. Being able to make people with evil in their hearts his minions, the power to create force fields and change the reality on his space ship to suit his fighters needs he is able to turn the field of battle in a moments notice. If he wasn't fighting Saiyan's that is. Coming to earth to unleash the dreaded creature Majin Buu Babidi collected the Ki of several fighters, Gohan's energy due to his half Saiyan self was able to charge the egg where Majin Buu slept. Though his run was cut short by being killed by his own creation he was still able to unleash a monster that defeated the worlds greatest fighters and even destroyed the planet.

#7, Janemba: Janemba is the culmination of hundreds of evil souls being absorbed by a lowly demon, thus turning it into the childish Janemba. A large and golden skinned baby creature Janemba had the power to easily hold his own against Goku and Pikkon, only when turning into Super Janemba did the fight take a drastic turn. A more demon like appearance he had and his power and speed increased drastically, only when Goku and Vegeta fused to form the powerful Gogeta were they able to defeat him. While only appearing in one of the movies Janemba is a dangerous being, while he did not get as much screen time as some of the other villains in the Dragonball world we can only be relieved that he wasn't able to escape Hell or who knows what would happen to the world.

#6, Frost: Frost appears in Dragonball Super as another universes version of Frieza, while this version appears to be good hearted and a great person at first it quickly changes into something more sinister. Causing wars on other planets before settling the dispute himself to sell the war-torn planet for a good profit his true nature as a conniving and wicked character comes to light. Though there are several similarities between Frost and Frieza it was clear that Frieza in terms of both powers and evil were far above Frost's abilities. Unfortunately Frost was erased from existence by the Omni-King when he tried to get payback for Frieza's betrayal and his own elimination.

#5, Recoome: Recoome is the strong man of The Ginyu Force, an even larger then usual brute of a fellow with a puff of orange hair on his head and a leering gaze. Recoome was able to easily defeat Vegeta who himself had been defeating anyone who came his way at the point in time. Despite having his hair burned off, multiple teeth knocked out and a overall gnarly looking appearance afterwards he simply laughs it off. Striking more poses then a model at a photo-shoot Recoome is possibly the strongest of the force. Though before he could finish off his prey like the giant bully he is he was quickly taken down by Goku.

#4, Spike The Devil-Man: Spike is a demon from Hell who worked for Fortuneteller Baba in Dragonball, he was the strongest fighter she had when compared to The Invisible Man and Bandages the Mummy. He was talented enough in martial arts to win The Martial Arts Championship twice but was not able to take the punishment given to him by Kid Goku. Despite his ultimate attack Devilmite Beam which has the ability to kill anyone with evil in their heart he didn't know Goku was pure-hearted therefore it didn't work on him. Despite this he is a two-time champion and demon of Hell and while not truly a villain he did face off against Goku and tried to kill him.

#3, Baby: Baby is part of the Tuffle Race, an exterminated race thanks to the Saiyan's. He was rebuilt to be part organic and part machine, with him being rebuilt all he wished to do was destroy the Saiyan's and rebuild his home world. With the ability to take over people he was able to take over Vegeta turning him into Baby Vegeta, even being able to take over the minds other Z-Fighters and re-creating his home world where hundreds of people treated him like a king. The only way to defeat him when he turned into a Golden Great Ape was for Goku to transform into a SS4, one form where there has been mixed reviews on. In any case he is one of the few villains who have managed to walk all over the worlds finest and nearly accomplish their plans. Though his name does imply he acts childish, prone to outburst he acts immature and can be taunted enough to make him freak out. Just spank him, set him straight.

#2, King Piccolo: King Piccolo is one of the oldest Dragonball Villains, while being a Namekian at the time he was known as a demon. With power to destroy entire cities, take over a government and put a beat-down so bad on Kid Goku we thought the show would end right there he is the pinnacle of dastardly doers. Vicious, evil, cruel, powerful and with a need to take over the world. Though his son Piccolo would eventually become a fellow Z-Fighter and help save the world dozens of times the real King Piccolo was a monster and would be better of being left forgotten.

#1, Broly (DBS Version): Broly from Dragonball Super is a re-imagining of the previous one, instead of a giant monster who simply didn't like Goku for crying so much this one actually had a back story. Cast off to a deadly planet for simply having a high power level he was forced to survive, when his father couldn't get them off the planet they were stuck there for years. With a strong rage inside him and overwhelming power Broly is a true force to be reckoned with. Able to stand up to Vegeta SSG and Goku SSGSS he was unstoppable until the two fused to form Gogeta. Though he had a tough life in the beginning he was able to escape back to that dangerous world to live in solitude with two close friends.
