My New Journey Begins 12/12/2020
The morning started with me getting up for work and my wife getting up soon after. Six-thirty comes early. Especially when I went to bed at one A.M and my wife at midnight. We ate cereal our usual go to. I had Raisin Bran and my wife had Toasted Oats. We managed to wake up long enough to start to function. My wife has been working at home since the Pandemic and I drive solo to work. For the past seventeen years we have traveled together. So we have made many changes and adjustments to accommodate our work schedules. We both started work at nine A.M.I had to stop for gas every other day and filled it up today. That is seventeen dollars spent. The gas at Irving was 2.07 a gallon. My work went well and my wife said her work was steady. It rained most of the day and driving home was a little bit scary. The rain is so much better than snow. I stopped on the way home at the Ninety-Nine and picked up two lobster meals to go for Ninety-Nine Lobster weekend. We treated ourselves and the lobster was delicious. Once home we relaxed and played catch up on our t.v. shows The Neighborhood.Bob Heart Abshiola, 2 episodes A Million Little Things, Sheldon and Mom. We will save Shameless and 2 Shark Tanks for another night. The time is a little after eleven and I decided to write about our day.
In summary why we do what we do. We try to make the most of each day and pull out the highlights and the low points to reflect at a later date. Every day we keep working toward our end goal. Even if we are able to retire at age 66 that is still ten years from today. I believe it is important to take the time and review each day.

Chrish Canosa You are wise beyond your years. Most people live today and forget about it as fast as it comes. I try to make sense of it. I pull it apart and twist it. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. The more I try the better I can become. It takes time. Thank you for making the time to leave me such lovely comments. Have a sensational day.

The question I often heard " why we do what we do?" Remind me this question " what is the meaning of life? "
And the answer is this - the meaning of life is what we are doing in our daily life.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us, so we too can sometime take a look on it ;-)
Lots of love and you all out there I wish to have an awesome day!

Bill Holland When we put ourselves in the do all we can mode things have to get done. Winter snow throws a twist in our day and we have to press on and leave a little more time for things that we have to do. Just when we thought we were pressed for time before now we are on overtime. I always appreciate all your visits and your lovely positive vibes. May you and Bev. have an incredible Christmas and a Happy New Year.

It's important to keep the main goals in sight. It's so easy to lose track of them as we go about our daily routines. Thanks for the reminder. Every step in the right direction is a good step.
Blessings to you, my friend! Happy Holidays!
