The Sapphire Moon, Whispers to the Night. To My Dear Didi Ji, Misbah 786. Saturday's Inspiration 34

Manatita is an esteemed author living in London, UK. He writes spiritual books, flash fiction and esoteric poetry, his favourite genre.

On Misbah

Misbah is a young, vibrant and dynamic woman. As versatile as a gardener, she creates very beautiful flowers with her fingers, drawing on a keyboard of inspiration for Love, education, history, poetry and numerous other aspects of conversation.

A diligent writer, Misbah is blessed with charm, beauty and gracefulness, as well as a willingness to learn. She's an ardent student of this noble art, full of enthusiasm and a beautiful Spirit. May Allah continues to guide and nourish her eternal soul.

Misbah also writes on other websites on matters of faith and Spirituality, always with an aim for erudition … excellence. She shows a keen sense of wanting to learn, covering nature, literature, poetry, house management, travel, recipes, psychology, health, and several other issues.

Misbah would love to see this world a much more beautiful haven, and to this cause, she has dedicated herself to using ‘sweet’ words to help us travel together, in the spirit of inner healing. Her strength lies in service … in trying to share what she knows.

Feel free to support Misbah, who also encourages any questions which you may have.

The Sapphire Moon, Whispers to the Night

Love is a ray of hope that smacks precision;

She never fails! I walk on rivers, as clouds

Disperse, transforming my dreams to indigo blue.

I serenade the stars, sparkling in the distance,

‘Shooting’ their twinkles, without boundaries or rules;

My Beloved laughs, glimmering in their grandeur.

The root of my suffering, is a dearth of Your Beauty.

How I wish to be a flute, You, the Flute Player,

Bewildering me in trance, with Your magical symphonies.

I carve a path to get to You, stumbling upon a

Crown of thorns. I yearn to walk the long red carpet,

Cascading peach-blossoms, at Your feet divine.

This agony of longing, is burning me intensely;

I have scanned the past and future, endlessly grabbing

At moonlight, in my quest to see Thy sacred smile.

Can You hear the larks sing? They hum melodious

Ballads, of the splendour of creation. Drops of diamond

Rain, sprinkles from the blue vast sky, nourishing the meadows.

Yet all are mere straws, as my incessant yearning,

Finally pays off. Last virgin dawn, I teamed up

With red roses, to sing to the elegant sunrise,

Entreating a sweet scent, from the breath of Heaven.

She kissed my lips; my dark veil of curtains was prized

Open; the door of Love glistened without hindrances.

The Light of Jannah, unfurled a resplendent wonder;

I know why the sapphire moon, whispers to the night.
