Bound to be the fifth bride, everyone admires her for being chosen to marry the wealthy and all-powerful Pharaoh. However, Sarah only has eyes for Matthaios, a slave from a distant land who has been designated to be Amenemhat’s faithful servant. Matthaios doesn’t understand why Sarah should be the fifth wife of any man, but still, he decides to accept his duties. If only he were a pharaoh, he could pursue her. Soon, they couldn’t hold back their desire to be with each other, so they risk their lives, knowing the danger that awaits them.
