Beautiful Assam, India -1

I am a writer of poems short stories and short articles on the feeling of nature.

There is a lot of historical content in Assam. I have tried to write 15 content of such historical content. These contents prove that Assam is a beautiful state.

1.Umananda

Umananda is located in the middle of the Brahmaputra to the north of Kasarighat in the city of Guwahati. The world's smallest river island. According to ancient proverbs Shiva exists at this place to give joy to his wife Uma so this place is called Umananda. The English name in this place is Peacock Island. Its Shiva temple was built in 1694 at the behest of Ahom Late Gadadhar Singh.

2.Jayadol

The temple is located on the banks of Joysagar pond in Sivasagar. Ahom king Rudrasingh awoke in 1698 in memory of his mother Jayamati. The temple has a statue of the goddess engraved on it.

3. Karenghar

Built by Ahom King Rajeshwar Singh in 1751. This palace is located at Garhgaon in Sivasagar district. Two floors of this palace are underground and five floors above.

4.Ranghar

The house was built in 1746 by Ahom King Pramattsingh. The house is located in Sivasagar district. The house is two storeys. The king's family used to enjoy the game in the playground.

5. Majuli Island

Majuli is situated in the middle of the Brahmaputra river on the north side of Jorhat district. It is the largest river island in the world. This region is famous for its satra and satrya culture.
