Sensual Paradise

I am an artist, designer, photographer and writer. See more of my work on cmariearts.

paradises-heat

Erotic sensuality

Devours me

Rising up slowly

From the unknown

Creeping lowly

Never to be

A stitch unsewn

Basked in sunlight

A tropical zen

The sensuality of it's curves

Wraps you in

The blaze of the fire sun

Sizzles the drum

That strums my soul

From beginning to end

My passion is awakened like

An animal that was caged

Running into the freedom of wilderness

Releasing it's rage

My paradise has opened up to me

Showing me it's beauty

Like a rose blossoming

Uncovering it's many folds

In this moment a quiet silence comes

That overtakes me

Where things from the unknown had

Spun to take hold

Caroline, could I use your new picture in a poetry hub?

Please !!!!!

cleaner3 from Pueblo, Colorado on January 13, 2012:

Caroline, You sure don't need no advice from anyone!!!! to tell you how to write poetry.

Please Frosty, you are not supposed to give advice to someone who writes like this. Next time, don't insult, just enjoy.

@ Hi Epi thank you so much for reading and your kind words. Thanks for posting it too. You are awesome. Always good to see you!

@ Senoritaa Thank you for stopping by!

@ JaggedFrost Thanks for the advice and read. It wasn't about my arousal more how the paradise has a life of it's own. I was trying to describe it's own sensuality in a way.

@ Schoolgirlforreal thank you for reading and your comment!

schoolgirlforreal on January 13, 2012:

The beautiful picture adds so much to the words, very nice!

Jaggedfrost on January 13, 2012:

i loved the imagery and emotion behind your words. A couple things. Using like isnt really needed. Try to write without it and see what you think. You don't need to work so hard foor rhyme if it doesnt quite work for you. i Loved the picture that went with it. It would have been nice to have more reference to what got you so aroused.

Rinita Sen on January 13, 2012:

Brilliant Caroline. Never knew sensuality like this before.

.....I tried to make a comment here two hours ago and I'm not sure if it went through or not - so I leave one again by saying that your writing here is sensuous art in a poetic paradise and this time I'm sending it to where it belongs on a marquee posting on my Facebook page with a direct link back here - lake erie time ontario canada 9:44pm

A thread on your blanket, What I wouldn't give to be

to write such words as beautiful as these

Soft, Tender,Words When you lay down on me

Oh what a thrill, though it never will be

just to look into your mind, read your words

will have to be enough for me

cleaner3 from Pueblo, Colorado on January 10, 2012:

WOW, you strike deep into my imagination

Powerful, only a woman can write like this.

Please, don't stop!

Always share that which you see and feel, it makes for the best gifts there are in and of everything . One needs to always speak that which he/she knows, knowledge is power. show me the one who refuses a share of such.

Great work Caroline.

Give thanks.
