Nature's Heavenly Vista. Monday's Inspiration 80, to the Lovely Devika Primić

Manatita is an esteemed author living in London, UK. He writes spiritual books, flash fiction and esoteric poetry, his favourite genre.

On Nature and Devika

Nature is a tool of the Absolute Supreme. She remains humble, nourishing and sustaining us in equipoise, balance ... harmony. In spite of this, we use our limited freedom to harm her, and so, whenever she feels burdened, she uses her Light, as sanctioned by Jannah (Paradise), to bring us back to the Heart Centre.

Devika is a kind loving soul, a friend, an adventurer and wife, a creative and a lover of nature, a subject that has surfaced time and time again, in her most touristic endeavours and love of life. She writes on a wide variety of beautiful topics - including Croatia - and is well respected by the Hubpages community.

Nature’s Heavenly Vista

The verdant hue and foliage, like large strips

Of Jetty’s - some intertwined - portray a

Natural vista of panoramic excellence, jutting

Out into the serenity, of an aqua-marine blue.

Scattered amidst these minute Peninsulas, are tiny

Brown houses, smiling like babies, delicate; intimate.

In their richness, the distant verdure of

Undulating hills, all walk on my vison,

Pulling at the glisten of silvery clouds,

Majestically adorning this arena of lushness.

Today the light zephyrs float upon my soul, as the

Lake’s stillness, kisses the crown of my Heart’s

Temple. The few fishing boats, leave a white trail

On tranquil waters, whispering praises to God.

"She came --sweet serenity of Nature,

Adorned in the colour of Love,

Soaring with me, like a phoenix,

To the sweet vastness of infinitude." - Manaita

Nature poems by Manatita

"Lillies, daises and snowflakes ...

Just a drop of the vast purity

Of Mother Gaia, transporting my soul

To the Breath of Paradise." - Manatita

The flora of my Heart calls!

Send me the quintessence of jasmines,

To fill this Citadel, with the scent of Your Bliss." - Manatita

Well hello, Devika.

Great that you honour me by coming here and commenting so eloquently. I don't write anything I don't believe. Thank you so much!!

manatita44 (author) from london on March 08, 2021:

I was looking for the one that inspired the write, the one that Microsoft sent and found many of these. So beautiful!! One is from the Phillipines and I think its called 'hundred island ...'

The other I got by bringing up Peninsulas. The original picture, which is not here, looks more like a cluster of Islets, jutting out into the sea, but connected in some places. It shows clouds, boats and tiny houses, as well as undulating hills. So happy you like them. You're a nature lover too? Ha-ha. Much Love.

VIDYA D SAGAR on March 08, 2021:

Manatita, what a lovely tribute to Devika. She deserves it too, she is such a kind and wonderful person. The images are so beautiful and quotes, so inspiring.

Manatita, your words are as pretty as Devika is! The islands you show above are breathtaking. Where are they and what are they called?

I really enjoyed your nature poetry. Short, sweet and full of depth.

manatita44 (author) from london on March 08, 2021:

Manatita, as usual, you have done a wonderful tribute to Devika and the place she lives in as well as the focus of her writing. I wish her the best in everything she undertakes.

manatita44 (author) from london on March 08, 2021:

Well, Jodah,

We are connected of course and Prana (life-energy) travels. I've seen a lot of similarities, even between Sean (Ioannis) and I sometimes. Most of my work comes from inner experience, but occasionally I would use pictures or prompts.

This morning I turned on my desktop computer and the first thing I got from Microsoft was a sublime nature image. I started writing straight away. Actually, I wrote part yesterday and again when it came on today, to be precise.

I will get to you soon. Thank you so much!

manatita44 (author) from london on March 08, 2021:

Yes, Ann, I agree.

She's is improving and has improved tremendously. Your kind sentiments will be noted by her. Thank you so much!

Indeed, Peggy.

In some ways she's like you and Mary, all with a love for colour; for things aesthetic and touristic. Thank you so much!!

Appreciations Bill.

I think Spring's here now. Have a great day!

Rosina, you chose a lovely quote and your observations of this work is commendable. Much Love.

John Hansen from Gondwana Land on March 08, 2021:

Manatita, it seems we have both chosen to use nature as subjects for our poetry today. I have noticed this happen on more than one occasion. Is it coincidence or something else? This is a fine tribute to both Devika and nature. Thank you for sharing and inspiring.

Rosina S Khan on March 08, 2021:

A fitting tribute to Devika and obviously a great one. Full of poem, quotes, lovely images and a video, this article is very enriching and I loved it all. I especially liked the quote, "To be beautiful means to be yourself....."
