IBM was a great company. It was founded by a great family - The Watsons. They knew how to motivate people to be their best. The Three Principles of the Old IBM was:
IBM's three basic beliefs, the forebears of the values that still guide the company today: respect for the individual, superlative customer service and the pursuit of excellence in all tasks rounded out the trio of beliefs.
